I never post reviews, but felt like this deserves the review... Called to schedule appointment and was told there is nothing available which is fine but then asked if we could schedule for a different day and was told they dont know call the morning of to see if there is openings... Isnt that what an appointment book is for? This happens every single time I call. Will not be going back there again.

Love this place! My girlfriend and I go every 2 weeks and will continue to do so. Cindy is so nice and knows exactly what she is doing! I highly recommend this nail salon 👌

Walk-ins clearly not welcome!! Walked in right at 10am (opening time) first of all the owners had just arrived so nothing what set up or ready. So if you are so busy wouldn’t you be ready for customers at 10am not 10:10? Second of all, I came in for a pedicure and the son told me to come back at 2:15...I live an hour away I’m not driving back at 2:15...but I just politely said “ok, thank you” turned to leave and the mother is yelling at me “hey, hey you, if you want to come back you have to call me first!” But don’t worry I won’t call first because I will not be back.

They don’t take walk-ins and charge a transaction fee for credit/debit cards. The spa pedicure was average nothing special.

Great service, can always get an appointment within the next day ! Friendly too!

They put on acrylic nails for me a few weeks ago, I’ve called them for weeks trying to get a fill they never answered. When they finally did answer they said they don’t do acrylics. Which is odd considering they’re the ones that put mine on. Disappointing 😞

I was supposed to get my nails done today.. when I called yesterday to make an appointment I asked them if I had to wear a mask they told me no because I explained to them medically I cant wear one they told me that I could still get them done I get there today and they told me a whole different story than that.. an I explained it again how I cant due to medical they were very nasty to me I will never go back..

Love going here to get my nails done!! My bestie and I go every 2 weeks for fills and color change. Cindy knows when we call for an appointment that it is us. So friendly and personal. Highly recommend Vivid for a pamper.

I called at 11 o’clock while I was sitting outside asked was anything available for a tow polish and a full set the guy told me 5 30 because they had an appointment at 3 and it’s literally one person in there at the nail dryer and people just sitting round. Why even be open. It’s 11 why would I want to wait until 5

Have been dissatisfied in the past but the young gentlemen who did my pedicure tonight was amazing. Very personable and did an excellent job on my nails. Pretty sure last time I was here he had corrected the mistakes made by his coworker. Would give him my business over and over again!

The mom, son, and uncle were working today. This was the second time the son gave me a pedicure and he makes conversation, is very professional, and takes pride in his work. The Mom is often difficult to understand, is very passionate about her business, and could use some help with customer service. However, that being said, she also takes pride in her work and works hard. I keep going back and I like their nail polish selection. CALL AHEAD or dont expect to get service because they are usually busy, especially in summer.

My wife went there to get a full set gel polish. 1 week later her nails were all lifting off of her fingers. I’m sure she’s not going back after this. She just sat at home and popped them all off. And the price wasn’t cheap.

Very nice and clean. My nails on the other hand look awful. I got gel nails and they bubbled weird to the side, when I asked for them to fix it she just added more polish. I can also still see my nail by my cuticles, like clearly. I wouldnt recommend getting gel polish put on here, anything else I cant comment on but Im hating my nails and have no time to get them fixed befor my event so Im a bit peeved.

They have new colors available and they also have many new products available! If you are in the Marinette area and what to get your nails done or a pedicure please stop by! We got deluxe spa pedicures today and our nails done and we feel soooo good!

I was in town for my sisters wedding. My other sister and I walked-in Friday afternoon. They squeezed us in even though they were busy. It was THE BEST pedicure Ive ever had. The price was amazing. Im used to paying double the price for half of the service where I live. Staff was friendly. I will definitely be making an appointment at Vivid Nails next time Im in town.

Awful staff. Never answers phone, always gossiping about clients by talking in their different language. You’re better off going to Green Bay for any of their services, you can find better business there. Do not suggest this place

I ABSOLUTELY Adore Cindy! ! She is very good to me when I get my pedicure and Manicure. I feel so relaxed by the time I leave.

I love this place, in fact, I travel from Green Bay to have my nails done by Cindy. This place is very clean, and the owners are extremely friendly. They have a great selection of colors and they can always fit me in.

My friend and I got our nails done. It was 5$ extra from the normal price to have them shaped differently (I wanted almond shaped instead of square). The shape of the nails ended up as more of short coffin nails. My nails have smudges, separation in color, and aren’t the same size. I have crooked nails. The man who did the acrylic was really rough, and blamed me when he hit my fingers with his buffing tools. He was also really rough when using the tools, and twisted my arms, hands, and fingers very roughly. My friend and I can also see our cuticles and parts of our nails because the acrylic doesn’t cover it all.

I was highly pleased with the pedicure service I received here. Clean and the staff was kind. My sister bumped on of her toenails while drying and they repainted it no problem!

Have been here twice. Both for pedicures, and first one was great, done by a lady. Very relaxing, and lasted an hour. Came again, later in evening; both times I had an appointment. Was taken back late, had a full pedicure within 25 minutes, no talk, hurtful massage, very rushed. Way over charged, for what I received.Will not be back.

This is a busy little place! I had an appt at 6:30 (they close at 7:00) to get a full set of gel nails. Steven was very nice and we had great conversation as he did my nails. I was there till after 7:30 and he was in no rush. I was pleased with my nails and will definitely be returning.

Got my nails done a week and a half ago and one popped off already. I even wear gloves at work to protect them. Poor quality.

We travel all over the country and this was the best pedicure we have ever had. They take appointments and are the nicest people.

Nasty behavior if you do not do as the dictator says!! They tell you one time, then another, and if it doesnt fit into your schedule, tough toenails! Definitely NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, and besides that it smells like fried dogfood inside. Worst salon I have EVER been in my life. NASTY!!

We always make an appointment and get right in when scheduled. The basic pedicure is $28 and they dona good job.

Not a lot of friendly conversation, but I thats my favorite part. They are nice people who do a great job. Its my favorite nail place in the whole area.

My friends nails were the wrong color and wrong length. mine had lumps in some of them and it caused one to chip

No conversation didn’t ask how you want your nail shape lady was very rude over charge for what they do lady texting on her phone rushing on my nail so she can done with the day 2nd time I’ve gone there and did not have good service. The man that works there seems like a nice guy wish I had him do my nails the lady talked back at me about a simple question just to add a somple lines she was going to charge me 10$ more. was not impressed

Service is HORRIBLE! Place Is UNSANITARY! I came in with a smile ok my face on a nice Friday. No friendly conversation was made with me, but was made with other customers. Over charged me for something I DIDNT ask for. Nobody asked me what shape i wanted my nails. Just gave me square. Than when I said i was unhappy with it before they were fully done, i just got a nasty look. Never going back.

This was my 3rd location in the Marinette/Menominee area that I went to for my nails. This is the final one I will need to try as they have treated me well and I love the service and outcome everytime.

Awful place. Made my friends nails too short and complained when she wanted them to be taken off and didn’t stop when she told him they were too short. Complained the whole time and said we weren’t allowed to come back.

I usually go here to get my nails done, but the last time I went it was awful. I have cuts on almost every finger from the buffing tool, and the guy just nail glued the cuts shut. The nails came out just okay and 8/10 fingers were bleeding.

Hate they dont do eyebrows no more but i love this place..
