He had call me about an incident that they had, where they damaged some part of this car and called me once again to come to an agreement to fix this incident. With his professionalism and great communication, we came to an agreement that worked for the both of us.Besides all of this, the rest of IAA offices should follow this great example that this office has. Been a member for years .excellent place. Good employees but buyer fees have went up horrible not feisable to buy an repair any more.

My son totaled my 97 Camaro. The insurance company had it taken to IAAI in Charlotte. Prior my wife and son had a chance to get stuff but forgot the license plate. I called IAAI on Friday and they were very helpful. On Monday I went to get the license plate and I did not think to bring the lot info. The young lady that helped me Friday overheard and remembered my call and the young man that helped me got the plate right away.While it is not the best circumstances in the world dealing with a wrecked vehicle the team members at IAAI were very professional and helpful.

Came here to get my belonging out of my wrecked car. The lady was super nice to me, but the person beside of me was getting a lot of attitude. The person he was speaking to was loud almost as if she was trying to embarrass him.

Customers service is horrible. The girls at the front desk think they are doing you a favor NOT DAWN..they are always mad or appears to be..faces always screwed up...short with their answers..very unprofessional..unpleasant atmosphere..I hold my breath when I have to go there. Also when you buy a car ...SOMETIMES when you to pick it up it has more damages..Ive purchased over 100 cars about 40 not what I saw in person when pick up different at the auction on bidding day.

Iaa is one of a kind but getting bigger and overcrowded does not helping much, despite all efforts from the stuff.

I went here with a friend of mine. He buys used automobiles from here. This is a busy place. The cars were nice too. He didnt get one that day.

This place is horrible, I have Patrice process my car. i have paid since 9/18/19 and until now my car document is in the air and he was rude on the phone when i asked why. He had my paper work on his table and went for vacation.
