I have been waiting on contract since august of last year 2020. They do not have the business they promise. I invested for 3k per month I got 2 offers for about 250 dollars...if you want to lose money this is about all you get. I am seeking a refund because they don’t care about your investment at all.

If I could I would not give them a star.Coverall is a place if you want to become a franchise owner I would highly warn you not to come here.They just want to sell you there product and charge you for assisting you but they don’t help with nothing I, as a franchise owner have to call them constantly and email constantly and text them constantly for about a few days straight before getting a respond for them to get assistance with anything. They are all nice and smiles when your giving them the deposit but after it’s a whole other dark side. The way they say to clean is not what every client expects. They tell you, not to clean the microwaves but on the contracts it says you have to. They want you to open your ability to move but don’t take under consideration the traffic nor the time it would take. They only look out for themself and don’t care about any other person. They promise a lot to company’s and when we come and clean as they train us it’s an issue. They will make the service cheap so people want to come to them but I don’t think the people who go to “bid” the place, I bet they have no experience of cleaning. They will try to help and would rather prefer you selling it back to them so they can win but will not want to assist when you say you can’t. They are ridiculous, and would not recommend this place to NO ONE!

Great company to buy a cleaning franchise from!! Training and support is the best around. It’s not easy owning a cleaning franchise so it’s nice to have a support team behind you.

Run!!! Do not work with this company, they’re very shady. If I could give them zero stars I would. I’m very disappointed with how they did my parents.
