I was just waiting around and decided to check Venus Nails & Spa out. It’s a beautiful place and the service was golden. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The nail tech was awesome! I will definitely be back again.

I received the nail dipping powder. I had to tell the gentleman 3 times what I wanted, he didnt understand me and tried twice to give me pink and white ombre when I asked for pink and orange ombre. It was very expensive, even though it was my real nails, but I dont mind paying for good work. That night I realized the sns cracked and had fissure lines all throughout each one of my nails not to mention he had filed my nails in wonky ways, ex: my left thumbnail was filed crooked and was half gone. I went back the next day to fix the fissure lines. I was made to feel pretty uncomfortable about going back. It has not even been 3 weeks and they are lifting and look absolutely awful. Do not recommend

Stopped for a men’s pedicure and manicure. Both were subpar and incomplete, even after giving further instructions. Cuticles were quickly trimmed only at the very top, nails were cut uneven even after filing, among other minor issues (ie, no soap in water). The “massage” took longer than the actual services I sought. Overall, my visit felt rushed and at best a half effort, but at a full $55. Lovely interior design and the staff were friendly, just not particularly good at mani-/pedicures. Definitely a surprise, which is why I posted a review.

I visit this location on a regular basis. I always receive excellent customer service and leave with my nails looking great!

I love this place. Very clean, place looks glamorous and the staff is very professional and very nice. I really enjoy coming here. As soon as I came in, I was greeted with a smile and was happy I was seen right away. The nail tech does a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations. I definitely would recommend this place.

The guy was very unpleasant. Nicked the skin while cutting the nails. Nail polish all over the skin and never fixed. I am not one to complain but had to post this one. I have been here before and had no issues.

I really enjoyed my pedicure and manicure. My daughter told me about this salon so I decided to come with her and I was very happy with the service and results.

When here after work to get a full set dipDid not like the way my nails turned out at all big gap between the color and my cuticle thick dip that looked unnatural and I could not believe they never asked me once to wash my hands!!!Went straight home and spent another half an hour trying to fix my nails! And yes I did make all these comments while he was doing my nails he just kept saying he will fix but never did!

They were very courteous and offered me a beverage. The tech answered questions and took her time doing my nails. I even got a store credit for being a valued customer!!

Always happy with my nails! Love how fast they are, the perfect escape from reality every few weeks!

Got a deluxe pedicure today here, done by Stephen. He did a wonderful job! Ive never had a pedicure with so much attention and quality in my 27 years of living. The salon is clean, shiny, and new. I will 10/10 be back and would encourage anyone else to try it out. Ask for Stephen!

Originally getting pedicure for two which doubled to four two hours prior to scheduled appointment. Their team worked diligently to make it happen with sustaining the environment of relaxation. Very professional team. You could feel the passion they have for their practice. Much laughter and amazing results. Educated me on why one type of treatment fit my needs better. ♥️ My new Nail Spa!!!!!

I had an issue from the last time I was there. I went in again less than a week later and they made it right without hesitation! I always have a great experience when I get my nails done here! Tina usually does my nails and she does a superb job although I have gone to others and they do a great job as well. Its a beautiful shop, always clean and the staff is very friendly. Five-star service all the way!

Wow!!! I was super impressed with this nail salon. I splurged and got the most expensive pedicure that came with ALL the extras. It was totally worth it. The massage was excellent, the products they used smelled great and left my legs and feet really soft. I also has my nails done with sns and their colors were organized well. They had literally every color you could think of. I will be back and encourage everyone to try this place!!! Ken was my technician. Make sure you make an appointment. They are good and fill up quickly!!!

The place has a nice & upscale look, but that guy that did my nails & feet did horrible. I came in for a fill in. He reshaped my nails which I didn’t ask for, & my polish was very lumpy! While getting my pedicure he was extremely ruff & he poked me a few times. The polish on my feet came out ok, but my toes were literally throbbing for 3days post pedi! The young lady that waxed my brows did awesome, so that’s the only thing I would recommend getting done there. I also had to go get a fill in a week later, cause my thumb nail broke & the polish was just awful! Keep in mind this is GEL polish, nails & toes!
