I went for a acrylic fill in with gel polish and a pedicure on July 29th. Less than a week later one of my nails broke off. I have never had this happen to me. For the pedicure, more attention was put in massaging the legs and not the feet. My nails or my feet was barely scrubbed. The polish on my nails and feet is chipping and peeling. The search continues for another salon in Charleston who can do quality nails.

Loved Nail It Salon!! Family run by mom and 2 daughters who were a joy !! I have tried so many now have found my go to. Pedicure was great 😊, gel fill was great. So glad I found a clean salon with personal service my daughter and I had a relaxing visit and looking forward to the next time.

Katie is the absolute best! She always does a great job! She is fast but she pays attention to detail. Highly recommend her for dip nails.

This nail salon is great! It is run by a woman and her two daughters and husband, and they are so personable and do a great job. They take their time, and I have been nothing but pleased with their work. They are a newer salon and do not have a lot of help, so be patient with them. They do a great job!

At first I was skeptical trying a new nail salon! When my daughters and I walked in, I was were greeted immediately, even though we were the only customers. They have exceptional customer service! Very polite & accommodating to my girls. The part that took the cake for me was…when the young lady asked if it were ok to speak to each other in their primary language…. The consideration of that was beyond amazing. Of course, I didn’t mind! The work they did was amazing and they were great.!!! We will definitely be back. Thank you

Wow this place is amazing! Katie and her husband do an amazing job! I am constantly getting compliments on my nails. I always bring in different pictures of nails designs online and no matter how difficult they are Katie and her husband can match exactly I would never go anywhere else to get my nails done!

Love this place. They are such a nice family and I was scattered that day I didnt know what the previous place had put on my nails it took extra time to get all the stuff off. They put in work even though it caused them to stay later.

I normally do not frequent West Ashley because I live on Johns Island so in Charleston terms for distance it is a bit of a drive. I will say this though...I am now a cute nails convert and will only be going here from this point on. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted my nails to look like. It was a very intricate design that was very detailed. I googled nail art nail salons and this is one of the first places that came up. After reading their reviews and looking through their photos on Instagram I was very impressed. I did not have an appointment and the owner took me at 11:45. She spent 2 hours on my nails and I could not be more in love with them. They look exactly like the Instagram photo I showed her. She was incredibly thorough and detail oriented. Her two daughters who were also there were so kind and friendly and helpful. The salon is super clean and cute and in a great location. Like I said, 10/10 experience and I will be making the drive from Johns Island from now on!

The Customer service is great but I did not have a good pedicure. My feet were barely scrubbed. There was no lotion added to my feet at all and quite frankly I’m going to have to scrub them myself. The focus was more on massage. I tried to guide him on what to do but it did not register. I’ve tried a few times and the quality is just OK. Not enough for me to recommend or continue to go, although conveniently located.

First visit and it was a wonderful visit. They did an amazing job on my nail design.

Omg they were so great here! I came here with my 7yo daughter and she loved it too! She got mani and pedi, no chip. I got the dip and gel on feet and it turned out great. They even helped with two ingrown toe nails and took the pain away and fixed my error when I tried cutting myself. They offer drinks and they are so friendly and prices are fair! Definitely recommend!!! I will be coming back!
