So impressed. This is the best dip manicure I have had in a long time! I’m so happy I found this place and can’t wait to go back.

Ive had only wonderful experiences here. Everyone does great work and pays attention to detail. It ~feels~ a little less classy because of its location and decor, but the quality is solid. Reasonable prices and no pressure to get more than what you want.

Great experience for a great price. I got a mani/pedi 2 weeks ago and all are still fully in tact, with no chips. Ill definitely be back! They prefer appointments and were able to schedule me the day I called.

Not professional while there watched videos and told callers busy. Only client there. Before had better pedicure but was less then basic

Expert, prompt service; fair price

We made an appointment for 2 people at 130. We get there on time and have to wait over a half hour before someone starts on our nails. My sister showed the girl a picture of what she wanted and as she starts on her accent nails, she tells her that she actually wanted it on her other finger so the girl rolls her eyes and doesn’t fix it. So her nails were not symmetrical on her hands. There are also jagged edges. The guy was filling down my nails and made me fingers bleed. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Did a great job on the designs we asked for!! They also did my 6year old sister and were just amazing with her. 10/10 would recommend!!

Ive recently started going there, maybe 6 months or so, and every time I go I leave happy. The staff is great and I love the look of the salon. Never disappointed by Lovely Nails

I went and got a set of gel nails. Was told it would be $42 with no design. I was perfectly fine with that and let them go about their business. The nail tech cut my cuticle to the point of bleeding three times. Never apologized and tsked at me at one point. Whatever. It happens. So I go to pay. And she says that will be $47. At this point Id been there two hours and wasnt fixing to argue with her. I paid with my card ($1 charge) so totaled to $48. I left an $8 tip so I should have been charged $56 all together but was charged $58 somehow. Im sorry but my nails were not worth almost 5l60 bucks for literally one color on all of them

Great place for a relaxing pedicure!

I went to Lovely today for my homecoming nails. I showed a nail tech a photo of what I wanted and asked if I could do that. After showing the photo to another tech, he nodded and said they could. I am very upset and not satisfied with my “ombre” nails. I will not be coming back.

Unfortunately, I am relieved to hear others had such a poor experience here . I have been here twice (the visits were about a year apart) ...the first time two of my friends and I went in to all get a full set. We all wanted just the basic square shape ..with gel polish and gel powder...not one set came out decent. We kept trying to make ourselves like our nails, but they were HORRIBLE. The older male tech SLAPPED my hand so hard that there was a red mark (I am biracial so I have dark skin that doesn’t mark easily)..both of my friends had multiple bleeding fingers. They do not speak ..they will nod yes and no ..but it was very uncomfortable!!! If you risk going here KEEP IT SIMPLE! They do a very poor job, and have bad attitudes if you ask them to do too much. Overall the worst part was the pain you had to go through, and in the end your nails look worse then when you walked in! We drove the hour to Champaign to our regular tech, and got them fixed the next morning ...but my friends had sore fingers for a WEEK!! I will never go to anyone other than my normal tech...and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING HERE!!!!!

They took their time and did an amazing job ! The detail was phenomenal!!! My nail tech wasn’t sure how to ombre my nail and let someone else do it instead of trying herself and messing which is wonderful! 10/10 would recommend.

I will never go back! I had a wedding planned for the weekend and wanted an appointment for Wednesday but they ignored my request and had me come in on a Tuesday instead. I got a deluxe pedicure which left me with a really bad toe infection and an even more uncomfortable doctors appointment to get it drained. My mani was even worse! The ring fingernail on my left hand broke the day of the wedding not even a whole week later. The job was amateur at best and the technician left me with a number of cuts around my cuticles. Not to mention swelling and pain so bad I couldnt even use my phone! My eyebrows look an ENTIRE mess as the technician couldnt even properly shape them. Save your money and go somewhere where the technicians are qualified!!

This is the worst nail shop I have ever been to. The older male nail tech was very rude. When I asked him to show me the gel that was “mood/ temperature” polish he kept pointing to color I already had on my nails. He then suggested that I used regular polish instead of getting the no chip over my full set (I always get no chip). When it came time for him to do my nails he kept yanking my arm and telling me to relax my hand every few seconds (no other nail tech I have sat with has ever complained of the way I held my hands). I had to get a nail fixed and messed up the shape of that nail, when I asked him to correct it he became upset. Once he fixed the shape he proceeded to lay the gel on my nail extremely thick which left me with one thick nail. When I asked him to fix it so that it was even with the others he again became frustrated and sent me to another nail tech. The second nail tech was an older woman. Sensing my frustration she asked me to pay before she completed the service. She was polite but did not follow any instruction I gave her as far which nails I wanted glitter/ rhinestones on. It has been one day and the rhinestones that she put on have already fell off, something I’ve never had happen before. When I initially walked in I asked for a fill in and a polish change on my toes. I didn’t get the polish change ( no, I didn’t pay for it). No one asked or took me to a chair for the change and by the time she offered I was so upset I was ready to go. They should not be operating a buisness without knowledge of proper etiquette and professionalism.

This is unbelievable. Im out here for family and friends weekend with my college student. Decided to get a pedicure. Everyone cant do pedicures. They charged me 5$ extra to scrub the corns off. Isnt that part of the pedicure? Im so disappointed in the service. Wouldnt dare recommend. Im from Chicago where they take care of the business.

I had an amazing experience today and it was my first time going there, despite some ppls reviews on here. Everyone was genuinely nice to me, everyone I saw said hello and asked how I was doing, and my nail tech even helped me out not only with my color, but what type of polish I should get as well:) The lady on here complaining ab her tech not talking to her during the pedicure, you must be a chatty Kathy bc part of the relaxation process with a pedicure or manicure is not for somebody to talk your head off lol😂

Staff is rude. They dont understand what you want. Overpriced. They will basically make you tip. I always ALWAYS tip. But these people hand you your money back and just stand there until you tip. Its ackward. Makes me not want to tip. The lady that does eyebrows is nice.

My daughter called before she went in to get her nails done and was told that it would cost $20 for french tips -- she thought this was really inexpensive because everyone else she called said $30-$40, so she asked $30? and the man said No, $20 - two-zero. She went in and when they were finished, they were told their total was $32. She said, I called and you said $20 for French Tips! They said No ... and mumbled something she couldnt make out. They charged her $32 for the french tips. Not that it was more expensive than anyone else for the french tips, just thought they misled her to get her in there.

They dont even deserve 1 star for the messed up job the tech did on my nails! I originally asked for tips to make my nails longer and all the same length but the young tech didnt understand what I was saying! She ended up putting 4 coats of the gel nail polish. The o my tho g that I really liked was the design that she had done of a butterfly and flower on my middle fingers. However, after washing my hands, I noticed that the polish started peeling a little bit and when I pulled on the polish, it pulled right off of my nail. I AM NOT HAPPY AND WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT PLACE. I will drive to Champaign ore someplace else to get my nails done the proper way! I will tell everyone I know to not go there to get their nails done! Lbvs!

Dont even deserve 1 star but only way I could leave a comment... They are rude and will do what they want... U can tell them No on certain type of nails and they will do it anyways and expect u to pay for it... They cant understand the simple word NO...

Pleasant atmosphere with friendly people. I have a mani pedi with my daughters too and it was a great experience!

Would not recommend. Rude owners. Dont carry on conversation with customer, too busy speaking foreign language to each other. Owner did a fill while my nail guy at a different shop was on vacation and he cut me and didnt apologize or anything and I was bleeding. Will NEVER go back!!!!

I think the management must have changed recently... I havent had the bad experiences other people described. That being said, sometimes the wait is longer than Id like, and some of the technicians dont seem very experienced.
