I made an appointment to have my nails done and they immediately seated/attended to me when I arrived. They were very professional and sweet! My nails looked great. I will be back ASAP!

I’m not one who gets my nails done very often, but when I do, I’m not going to waste time going anywhere but Nail Palace. They do a first rate job every time, on time. Not only that, but they are genuinely interesting and nice people. Their facilities are sparkling clean and there wait time is minimal if any. Please see them today for an appointment or a walk-in!!!! :)

Do not give your business to this nail salon. So many better places.The owner also insisted I wear a mask (even with the new release that if you’re vaccinated you do not have to) and said no excuses.Then allowed two other women to unmask because “he knew them”.Very unprofessional.**Update: in response to the business owner saying that my “accusations” were “false” about the unmasked ladies- they were both seated and getting their nails painted. So they had made it that far, but yet I was stopped at the counter? Seems unprofessional to me and also very TRUE observations that they were unmasked and had been unmasked for the majority of their service.

Have been going to Nail Palace for more than 5 years! Owners Ken & Kelly are professional and so kind. I am happy with nails every time I go and it is best quality mani/pedi. They have full line of OPI and Essie color and more. Clean and friendly! With parking too.

Kelly did EXACTLY what I wanted!!!! She was sweet and friendly. The salon has lots of parking and it doesn’t smell. They have cnd shellac as a base coat so it’s easy to take off and they have soooo many colors to choose from. I will definitely go back.

I was impressed with how clean everything is. They are definitely taking every step necessary to stay sanitary, employees as well as customers are all required to wear mask and wash your hands upon arrival. Loved the service, my nails turned out beautiful. So thankful for that, I love it!

Not the fanciest nail salon I’ve been to, and as you can see it has a bit more wear and tear than the pictures they post. However, the technicians are very polite and professional and I really enjoyed my pedicure. All the other customers seemed very satisfied as well. I’m taking one star off as parking in this area is atrocious and be prepared to walk a fair distance to your car.

Wife and daughter are regulars here because of their great work and I finally went for a pedicure. It was fantastic. The staff are great and I was very comfortable despite being a little uncomfortable about someone touching my feet. I quickly got over that. Guys you should do this-take your daughter!

Went to Nails Palace this week and I did enjoy great pedicure and massage from this salon.  Customer services here are so amazing! The owner and staffs are all very sweet and greet everyone that walks in the door with smile in their faces. The atmosphere is relaxing and neat. They paid attention and listen to my request. They did not rush to make you feel comfortable. Their collection of color is so big and of brand name. I left there with perfect nails with beautiful polish. The price is reasonable compare to other salons in this area....

Really great service, and the gals here are perfectionists! They talked me into a powder manicure instead of the gel/shellac. It came out beautifully. Highly recommend!

Fast service and clean facility. Everyone was very nice. However, two different people (same household) had polish flake off in whole pieces by the end of the day, after spending plenty of time at the dryer station: Two toes and three fingers. Gel coating from a manicure failed within 4 days on two fingers from one hand: non-dominate hand. Id say it was a fluke except it happened to two different girls that were there at the same time. Either they were having a bad day of luck or their materials are substandard.

I’ve been going here for the last year since moving to James Island. Usually get in a chair in a timely manner and fair prices. Great customer service! Kelly is awesome.

This is by far the best nail salon in town. The salon was nice designed and well organized with some high quality chairs and equipment. Their Pedicure chairs were still in good condition and it gave me a good massage while having technician worked on my nails. Today i got Basic Pedicure for $28 and my technician made my nails look so fabulous. She was very attentive and careful in every details. I would give this nail salon 5 stars for great services, high quality works without high price and the cleanliness. Highly recommended!!!

After having visited quite a few nail salons in the area, I think this the best choice for a salon of its type.It’s clean and the employees are polite.I’m always in search of the best pedicure, and for the price, they did a nice job.The salon on East Bay is so hit or miss - the owner is so exhaustingly abrupt.The parking for the one on George street is a problem.The best pedicure is in the spa at Charleston place, but it is twice as expensive.Convenience is important for me as well.I will be choosing this salon more often.

Absolutely amazing. I got Acrylic Full Set here today for the very first time and really loved it. My nails looked just so beautiful as i expected. They used high quality products for decent price. The place looked awesome and it was very very clean. This place deserves 5 stars for their friendly staffs, great customer services and high quality works without high prices. Definitely my new favorite beauty spot!

Very poor quality, my nails I had to practically take a hammer to them they wouldn’t Come on, the workers were rude and overall very poor experience. Would not recommend.

I liked this place before,but with experience now it’s absolutely disgusting! If u want to get ripped off than this is the right place for u! They are RUDE!!! They told me to be quite! And me and my bestie came in their and just because she is ‘big’ apparently means she is a adult! She is 12 years old! U don’t just say Will she is big so she is a adult!!!! And not to mention one lady told me it was 20 the man that does the Acrylics told me it was 30 than the other lady told me it wax 45!!I gave them a 25 dollar gift card,A 20 dollar bill,and 9 ones! This place is a couple bucks more for services for no apparent reason. In fact, I have gotten much better pedis elsewhere. She refused to use a needed piece of equipment for my heels telling me it was illegal ( suddenly her English was hard to understand). I think she was lying as she didnt want to be bothered. Never going back.

I was given white “wine” that smelled awful and was hot. Not room temperature. Hot. My gel manicure also lasted 3 days. It should last 2 weeks.

My favorite nail salon in the area. This place is very bright, clean and well organized with plenty of chairs and high quality equipment. The owner and staffs greet and welcome me very well every time i visit them. The staffs are also very friendly, they do know a lot of designs and really take their time on their customers. This place always give the best Mani and Pedi ever and im really pleased when i leave. I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone.

I went in for a gel manicure. This was my first in a salon. I do own the Sally Hanson home gel kit and usually do my own, but received a gift certificate for this salon. The entire manicure took less than 15 minutes from start to finish. The tech hurried me through the color selection process. He hovered over me until I chose a color. I picked an OPI brand, he painted the base coat and 2 very very light coats of color. You could still see through the color and it was very thin. What was my biggest disappointment is that the manicure did not last but about 4 days. He painted gel on my cuticle and I know that is a big reason why gel manicures fail. Such a disappointment.

If you want “D” list work then I recommend you visit this nail salon...otherwise, I suggest you stay clear of this horribly run and extremely RUDE place! $103 LOSS!I was in the salon yesterday requesting a pedicure and a full set of fingernails with gel polish (my normal nail salon is closed on Mondays and due to my schedule, yesterday was the only day I had to get these things done)! If you don not want to heed my initial warning...please continue...-The guy at the #5 chair stayed on his phone THE ENTIRE TIME HE WAS HELPING ME!-The guy at the #5 chair (not certain of the pedicure chair number and it really doesn’t matter, all you need to know is to avoid chair #5) did such a HORRIBLE paint job on my toenails, after my pedicure, somebody else had to step in to REDO his mess on my toes!-The guy at the #5 chair was clearly upset and did not hide the fact that he was not pleased that I was not pleased with his work and stormed out of the store after someone else took over! (The lady that redid his polish did a phenomenal job, just FYI! (chair #2).-After my pedicure I was sent to chair #1 (Thank GOD because there was no way in hell I would have gone back to chair #5) for my full set of fingernails!-I told the gentleman in chair #1 I liked the artificial tip placed a little farther back on my nail than most people and he caught an attitude with me to the point where I just said, “ you know what, just do whatever you want to do then”...he then says to me, “no, I will do what you want, but it just doesn’t make any sense”! I honestly got so heated I thought about just getting up and walking out! I should have, I would have saved myself a lot of time AND money..but I didn’t! BIG MISTAKE!-It took the guy well over an hour to get my nails glued on, filed down, acrylic applied and buffed! He stated “coffins” are difficult to do and takes time! No sir, it is clearly difficult for YOU to do! Trust me, I have had others do said style without a single issue! I also asked for medium length and was given SHORT...and UNEVEN!-Now mind you, I was closing in on my 2 and a half our stay there...almost nearing the end...just before the polish and the gentleman (still in chair #1) stated he needed to leave to go and pick up his son and that his wife would apply the paint! WHAT???? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!?!?! Guess what, at this point (closing in on 5 o’clock), I also needed to pick up my son from daycare...which I stated!-Prior to my full set being put on, I asked 3 of the employees if the duo pack of gel polish and regular polish ( gel for fingernails and regular polish for toes) were indeed the same color (not my first rodeo...all too familiar with salons telling me they match and after having both my tonails and fingernails polished...come to the realization...they DON’T) and was told by all THREE that they did! After 2 and a HALF hours later...they DID NOT MATCH!!! I stated, “this is why I asked prior to having the polish put on” and was told “sorry, it is the manufacturer’s fault”! I was also told, “it is a lighter shade”...NO, IT IS A COMPLETLY DIFFERENT COLOR, NOT A DIFFERENT “SHADE”! (BTW, again...the lady in chair #2 did another amazing paint job and was extremely nice the entire time).-After holding my fingers down by my toes, pointing out the two totally different colors. (Them blaming the manufacturer)...I was offered a “redo” (by someone new)...well, and I stated...”I have been here 2 and a half hours already, I need to pick up my son from daycare and quite frankly I just don’t want to invest anymore time here today!”...They asked if I coupled come back after picking up my son, I said...”No, I then have dinner to make” (after all, my son needs to eat! LOL. And again, I was done investing time in that salon)...they then asked if I could come back in the morning! I said, “sure”...needless to say, hence this review...I WILL NEVER RETURN! *color doesn’t match, nails too short and uneven!STAY AWAY...STAY FAR AWAY...well, unless you want “shotty” work and a large chunk out of your daytaken away from you!

This place is clean. I went in for a pedi and mani. The pedi was bare bones. The nail tech let my feet soak in some room temperature water. She then put lotion on my legs. No massaging, no scrubbing....just rubbed lotion on my legs while talking to everyone else in the room. She then painted my nails and that was it. I will not go back.

They made me bleed and my tips came off in 2 days. don’t recommend
