Ive gone to three other nail salons that are newer in the West Ashley area and regretted not going back to Lee everytime. I will always make my appts here

First time there the weight was kind of long but it was worth it they do good job in the very thorough

Ana did a pedicure and gel manicure. She did a great job and was very pleasant. She took me on even though it was 20 minutes until closing but she didnt do a rushed job. She took her time and made sure each layer of polish was not tacky before applying a new coat. I will definitely be back to see her.

Photos are from the botched job they did.Returned and they re-did both my mani and pedi.Id suggest going in the morning when they arent as busy or go somewhere else.

I had a really good experience at Lee Nails! I had got my nails done a week ago from a different salon and it was cute at first but after a week I had a difference experience. I walk into Lee Nails Thomas made me feel good about coming to him and he told me the shape I had wasn’t what I asked for and set me with Kevin and slayed my nails simple right shape an easy soft colors. Even was able to work in getting my boyfriend feet right with one of the lovely ladies and service my sister as well. We found us a good home to stick with and they open on a SUNDAY THANK YOU!!!

Old lady w glasses who normally sits in the back barley knows what she’s doing an can hardly understand english. I wanted my dip removed and a acrylic overlay. one of my nails are still not dry, i kept having to tell her to fix my nails because she was doing it wrong and forgetting to do things that i told her i wanted. Got so bad to where another employee fussed at her for messing up my nails an the other employee had to fix my nails. i don’t recommend them to nobody and i will never go here again!

Wonderful service they really take their time to understand what you want and what you need and I love the older man that works there he always gives the greatest deals

My wife got her bails done there and it looked like five year olds school project. I wish I could give this place zero stars that’s how bad they were. Avoid this place at any cost. Do not recommend.

Now Im from ny where you get your waxing done in privacy. I went to the salon to get my chin waxed and she did it in front of everybody not cool. The worst part about it was she wax my chin twice with the hot wax and I had to tell her that thats not how you wax. Now get the tweezers finish the job or Im gone. I would not recommend going to this place

I went for a gel manicure. Signed in they werent busy. Waited for 15 minutes for help. Still did not get acknowledged. Someone came in after me was acknowledged and seated immediately. I will never go to this disrespectful place again.

The service isnt good at all and they are very rude, make a mistake and instead of fixing the problem they talk trash. They act as if they are doing you a favor, they put nail remover in the polish and the color looks weak. When you tell them they talk trash, wont ever return, I will take my money were it is appreciated and they treat customer with respect.

I’d give them a zero if I could worse customer service ever. Don’t waste your time going here.

I got my nails done here for my wedding and they look like literal ass. I cant believe I spent the last of my money on them. My 14 month old couldve done a better job painting my nails. My advice, please dont waste your money going to this rude, crappy place.

SERVICE WAS BAD !!!!! please do not go here . youll have to deal with snobby attitudes and them not doing your nails correctly as you like them . when I went the lady that did my nails did them awful as if she didnt know how to do them . when she applied the acrylic on my nails I knew she didnt put enough but I put my hand in front of the dryer anyway . while she was applying acrylic to my other set of nails on my other hand, almost 10 minutes later I checked to see was my acrylic dry and they bend as if I was wearing plastic nails ! once I told her she kept saying its not dry yet . usually when I get my nails done else where the acrylic is dry in 2-5 minutes . not in 10 whole minutes ! so I just told her to stop and take my nails off . she had a attitude, put my hands in acetone, got up, got her things, & left . so unprofessional . while my hands were in acetone the other employees were giving the other customers attitudes and yelling at them just because they messed up their polished toe nails . then the lady that supposedly took off my nails she didnt even take them off correctly . she kept drilling, drilling, & drilling ! hurting my actual nail . I just told her to stop & I left . now my thumb nail hurts like hell & some of the nails that I do have on are hard to take off . I know this is a long review but I had to give this place a bad review because this was just ridiculous!! please do not go here !!

They dont do dip polish. Did an okay job on my nails, but I was a bit disappointed with the design... I came in with a very specific request, and the technician was not able to complete it very well - design was crooked and uneven. Pedicure water was lukewarm and I was not offered any upscale offerings like scrubs or additional jellies, etc. Did not see tools removed from sterile bags, which is something I prefer to see in other shops. The shop looks old, and cluttered and disorganized - I was only here because it was past 7 and my regular shop was closed. (Ill never cheat again!)Nail tech was friendly and polite and helpful, despite the slight language barrier, and did the best she could, but this shop just doesnt offer very many options and is a bit antiquated in its offerings.

Got the color changing gel manicure. The only guy in the shop did them. Loved his attitude.

The customer service sucks first and foremost. They do not help each other to respect the clients time. The focus is not on quality work, more than how fast they get finished and the price you pay varies by who does your nails. There is a young lady named Jada that was great but the last 2 experiences with the other members of the staff Sucked. I paid and left a tip but will not recommend this location or return.

This place is a joke. I waited 35 minutes for a polish change. Techs helped customers who came in after me for a FULL SET. Then they continued to talk about me during my service. I was not helped until I complained. Never returning.

Looved the service! I got a pedicure. They were really nice and professional. Very clean.

This is my first & last time going here. The service is subpar, at best. The lady doing my nails did nothing but gossip the entire time, and maybe spoke 5 sentences to me the hour+ I was there. My nails, while short like I asked for, are bumpy and uneven. Their workspace is very cluttered and dusty. The tools are thankfully clean. I think the most enjoyable part was the massage chair during my pedicure. I did however notice that if youre a regular they treat you like a queen.

THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL!! I paid 35 dollars to have my nails half assed painted, my feet practically boiled, and not to mention they rushed the entire mani pedi process!!! They put a YELLOW top coat on my WHITE nails and didn’t go to the edges of my nails WHATSOEVER, I have been out of that salon for almost TWO HOURS and my nails are still WET

I went for a pedicure bc I thought I didnt have time for a manicure as well bc they were closing within an hour. A lady offered to do my manicure and she was fast.She did an awesome job!

Still sitting in the chair! Was told to pick a color and have a seat, but not which seat. Some seats had purses on them so I asked again. Sat down and put my $5 iced coffee on the side table and its broken so my coffee feel to the floor and went everywhere! Been here 20 minutes and Im ready to leave already and I havent even gotten my pedi!!

Yes I went there yesterday for a mani/pedi and was very disappointed. I left $82 dollars in there for me and my granddaughter. After a painful pedicure with her nails digging in my flesh and being abuse with those instruments in my flesh i wont be back. She also took my gel nails off all she did was polish my nails (with nail hardener) not a manicure. They cut my granddaughter nails too short . WONT BE BACK.

I went for a pedicure and I got an older woman about 50-60yrs And it was if she didnt know what she was doing as if they just gave her a job because she was family or something and didnt have to get a license...my toes were uneven, she didnt complete the job correctly because the boss came to look a d basically told her she did a horrible job and told her to go away.... I speak their language by the way.....the boss proceeds to fix my feet but she was too rough because she was agitated....she then tells me I cant get the French pedicure that I asked for when I walked in the door..by then I was furious how can u tell a customer that she cant get what she wants....so I tell her fine so I walked out....she chases me and grabs me pushes me and of course I swung on her luckily she moved then she begged me to go back in she will give me what I asked for ...if she had done that in the first place none of the b.s would have happened... Worst Manicure & Pedicure ezperience Ive EVER had. I had a simple, non-gel, polish. He used No top coat on my toe polish, I cant even remember if he used a base coat. He couldnt remove the gel polish I did have already on my hands so I didnt have them complete the manicure.My mother who also got a mani/pedi had the inside corners of her nails with no polish at all. And her fingers burned under the uv light because he took her nail too low before starting her new coat. Will never go back!

Well they took me real quick and then tried ripping my gel polish off instead of soaking them and filing to get them off. Most places use a cotton ball soaked in acetone that is applied to the nail and the wrap your finger up in foil to hold it in place. Not at the joint. The guy grabbed my polish which was still firmly attached with some clippers and ripped it off before I realized what he had planned. I had to raise my voice to stop him and them explained I didnt want them ripped off because that would destroy my nails and that usually they are soaked off. So he gives me a bowl of acetone and tells me to stick my hands in them. I does thankfully soak and file them off as I demanded but seemed angry and annoyed about it. Well Im sorry it took 15 minutes instead of 5 to remove my gel polish. Most nail salons try ripping acrylics off because its quicker (This is whyni remove them myslef instead of fighting about it) but this is the first place I had just too my gel polish off. It hurt and tore up that nail. Then the new polish he applied is pretty sloppy around the edges. And the whole time he was doing my nails he was saying something to the lady next to him and she would look over and give me a not so nice look. I dont know what that was about and just did not appreciate the vibe here at all. Also the gel polish they used is not hard lile its supposed to be. I can see marks in it when took it with another nail. Just garbage.

They do great work and theyre quick.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They made me wait 40 minutes while a lady counted the polish. They yelled at me when I tried to sit and wait with my mom who was getting a pedi. Then before she even started my nails she expected me to pay. When I told her I would pay at the end she gave my card (that I already had out because I saw them yell at someone else about it) to a man and they both yelled at me because I wanted to wait until the end. Literally the worst.

This is THE WORST nail salon ever. I went there to get a full set of nails and a pedicure the old man did my nails and the nails he put on were smaller than my actual nails. The acrylic was more so on my skin versus my nail bed he didnt even bother to clean it up and make it look neat. He did not clean the excess acrylic from under my nails neither did he file them down as I requested. At this moment ankther lady and 3 teenagers had came back to get their money back because he absolutely messed up her nails as well. For my pedicure he filed the polish off my nails and repolished them. I live in Florida had to replace 4 nails!!!! when I came back to my normal nail salon they asked me if i paid for the services I was up there visiting my family they suggested I wait until I get back for repairs if need be. I will NEVER go back to this nail salon again!

I got my eyebrows waxed there for the first time today and the woman who did mine was very messy with the wax and had gotten some on my cheek and hands. I showed her picture of how I wanted my brows to look before I got them done and told her how I wanted them. She did the exact OPPOSITE and made my brows very thin similar to hers. This was the worst experience in a salon Ive ever had.

Im really disappointed in the service here. I came around eight o clock and the place was very crowded so I was told to leave my polished fingers in a bowl of acetone. I had just tried gel nail polish a few weeks earlier at real salon and loved it but had no idea how long I was supposed to soak my nails for removal. I was left unattended for about 20 minutes then a man rushed over to me with a stressed out demeanor and to honestly put it slapped a couple coats of paint on my nails(crookedly) I might add. A week later my nails are breaking off so low my fingers are raw. More than half of my fingernails are broken off low and all of the paint is chipped due to cheaper products. Please pay the extra ten dollars and go to a better salon. I worked for two months to grow my nails out and theyre ruined Ill have to butcher them and start over 😭

Waited for 20 mins to get served for a full set and then they had the nerve take 3 teenagers for a pedicure before me. I told them I was there before them and the older woman nail tech caught an attitude and said Id had to wait. Poor customer service. Never will go back.

Almost everyone in the nail shop yelled at me. Thats after I waited almost an hour before they even asked me what services I wanted. Theyre rude. Dont plan to ever go back in life.

The lady that did my nails didn’t go to the cuticle and it was all over my fingers and when she filed them they were vary uneven.

Arrived an hour and 10 minutes before closing and was refused service and told they were done for the night.

Bad experience with the nails because they dont give you what you want but great at getting people in and out .

Horrible service - one of the ladies was totally rude and nearly cut my cuticle off, didnt apologize or anything.

The service was horrible and very rushed ... they don’t have a lot of the gel color they have on display and they will use the closest thing to it .....when I told them I didn’t like it he told me it to late and we don’t have that one anyway .....never going back don’t waste your time or money here
