Been here a number of times. Nice location and facility but generally lacking much attention to detail. Last cut with Barb lasted literally 10 minutes for a full mens cut, $40+ after tip. Super sloppy, I just had to clean it up for 20 minutes when I got home. Would have hoped for a little more care. Lastly, one of the customers was maskless the entire time I was there.

I called this place very last minute today and within 10 minutes of me calling them they had me in a chair getting my hair cut by Shiarla, she rocks. I have never had my face professionally shaven either, I suggest it. She was awesome and I will be back. By the way, the best haircut Ive had in forever.

I cannot recommend this place enough, Danielle is the best! She does an amazing scissor cut, I have been going here the past year consistently and I have yet to receive a bad cut yet! The great staff, hair wash, cut, shave and not to mention free beer (pre covid) are all what make this place an amazing place to get your hair cut/styled at! I even went as far to buy their shampoo and conditioner, my hair feels so much better now! 15/10 service!

I have been going to this place since they openedAnd since I wait to the last minute to book my appointment online, which by the way I love to be able to do that, I always seem to get somebody different and I think I have probably had my haircut by every different barber in this place at least a few times as I’d like to go at least every four weeks. Are they all the best barbers? I did get one or two less than amazing haircuts I will say but I’ll also say when I went back those barbers were no longer there so I think they do a pretty good job of keeping the best ones and just off the top of my head I can say that Barb, Cynthia, Mason(freaking Olympic snowboarder!!!), Jake, and another one or two and oh yeah Nick he’s totally awesome, they are all my favorites and I have probably seen all these people I just mentioned maybe 2 to 4 times or more and I am always happy. I know it’s coronavirus time but I’m looking forward to getting back to the free beer and booze and snacks ha ha Ha! Come on one little shot of bourbon wouldn’t kill anybody but I totally respect how serious they are taking the virus and doing all the right things to ensure my safety and the safety of the people who work there

I treated my husband to a deluxe barber package (Cut, Shave, Scalp Treatment & Hot Towel) for Fathers Day and picked up some products too. The services were awesome; my favorite cut Ive ever seen on him and the beard trim really tightened up his look. The atmosphere was super cool and he loved having a beer while getting his services.So - color me doubly-impressed that they did such an amazing job with the back-to-school cut for my 6 year old. He felt like such a big boy and one of the barbers even played chess with him while i was paying. Also - I have a very anti-haircut 3 year old and the whole Barrelli team formulated an exposure therapy strategy for trying to get him ready for his cut. Fingers crossed! After we got cuts, it was fun to go to Mercantile and Mash for treats. Loved it all - great customer services, pricing and staff. This mom of boys is definitely a Barrelli fan!Oh - and Ive got to get more Barrelli products b/c I used all of my husbands Fathers Day gifts b/c they smelled so good!! 😁

Cool location, very manly interior and it just felt right. This is the ‘cool barbershop’ everyone wants to go to downtown! Victoria is the best and always makes you feel welcomed and does a bang-up job. Great place I will return to, even if it is a drive for me. Well worth the drive, and easy parking downtown.

After recently moving to Charleston- Mount Pleasant - I had to figure out a good barber shop (barber). I’m really pleased a co worker referred me to Barelli Barber @ The Cigar Factory and to his barber, Barbara Grey! It was the right move Barb is a great barber, she listens, asked lots of questions we got on page quickly, I couldn’t be happier with Barb and Barelli Barber. I have been coming to Barrelli Barber for over a year and it really is hands down the best barber shop in Charleston not to mention all of the talented barbers that are there. I go in every 2 weeks and I always leave there with an amazing haircut of course cut by the one and only Alecia Kleffman. Alecia does nothing but pay attention to all the little details when it comes to cutting your hair. Before she starts she makes sure she knows exactly what you want so you leave feeling like you just got the best haircut ever. She has done so much to my hair that now when I go in I just tell her to do what she thinks is best and let me tell you I never leave disappointed she’s even done highlight in my hair twice now. She is so fun and easy to talk to. She definitely is one of the most passionate hairstylist I’ve ever met and when you have someone like that you know you’re gonna leave with a great haircut.

One for the first 22 years of my life in my hometown, another for the next 10 when I moved to a new city, and now since moving to Charleston in February 2019 Ive been very happy getting my cut at Barrellis.Needless to say, it takes a great deal of confidence and satisfaction for me to trust someone cutting my hair. Ive been very happy with Cassaundra taking care of me and will continue to visit her. Shes talkative if you want to chat, isnt if you dont, and is generally a very chill person that knows how to cut hair.Whenever anyone asks who cuts my hair in Charleston, I send them right to Barrellis.

Came in for a haircut with Charla, the barber has very long nails and was not aware of how careless she was being when digging her nails into my scalp and very roughly digging the comb into my neck.It seemed she had no interest in cutting my hair as she hurriedly cut my hair in less than 5 minutes - even sports clips or great clips barbers take more time.A nice location and scene, probably just came in at the wrong time with the wrong barber.

This was supposed to be a treat to myself. However I left the shop looking more Sweeney Todd victim than barbershop patron.The person who cut my hair had the demeanor of a limp noodle, doing it in a rushed fashion and barely following what I wanted.The man who shaved me managed to shave me worse than I could have done with a dollar store razor. Ive shaved before with single blade razors and gotten a much closer shave with a tenth as much blood loss.I warn you to stay away while you can. If I could Id ask for a full refund.

Awesome barbershop in the Cigar Factory. Went to Barbara and thoroughly enjoyed the cut and the company. Shes down to earth, and has a nice eye for keeping you sharp. Plus the shop is a place youd want to relax and hang out at.

A unique barber experience served with a drink. They are knowledgeable on the stylings of a males haircut and offer straight razor fades. We flew from WV to SC for this haircut and well worth it!
