The people who work there are simple minded and still believe covid19 is a hoax, and sadly it was a person who shares our ethnic background, said she doesnt believe in mask and her children she refuses to have wear mask as well, even more disturbing she was handling a new born of a client, great clips across the street are actually more affordable and the stylist more professional near the Harris Teeter

Booked an appointment online for 4:30. Got there at 4:15 to a sign saying theyre open until 5. The gate was closed & lights off. Huge waste of time. The appointment was for my 3 year old. so I had to drag him out for nothing

I have been coming to the Charleston salon for years and they are all great!!!

My first visit there was great, went back 2 weeks later for touch up to cover new growth grays with the same stylist. I asked if they remember doing my hair a few weeks earlier they said yes. This time I had so much hair breakage it was not funny, comb full every time I did my hair. Wasnt loosing it from roots either. From about the point of end of new growth out. Never again, no offer of a refund .... nothing not even I am sorry

I always had a great experience here maybe Im just luckily with everything bad Ive heard about them. (Knocks on wood) had one person get a little rough on my scalp but Im also tender headed so I didnt say anything. I always have fun talk to the stylists. And I always leave with a smile.

I will NEVER use this service again. I went into the salon to get a layers in my hair. I stated up front that I did not want any length taken from my hair because I had just got it cut. The lady helping me was named Patrice. She wet my hair and began to ask a lot of confusing questions about what I wanted (which is fine I dont normally get my hair cut so I was a little confused). She then starts cutting two inches off my hair in the front. I say that I am confused because I didnt want any length taken off my hair. She then begins to get very upset at me and says that I dont know how layers work and that you have to get length taken off to get layers. I told her that I didnt feel comfortable with how she was speaking to me that I wanted to go to a different salon. She says fine and states that I have to pay even though she only put one cut in my hair. I stated that I dont feel comfortable with this and would like to speak with a manger. She states that there is no manager there and that I have to pay. She is yelling at me now and calling for security. I stated that I only want to speak with a manager because she is yelling at me forcing me to pay. She then starts dialing 911 because I am stealing from her and refusing to pay. she still is refusing to get a manager. I am forced to pay because she is on the phone with the police. Finally the Walmart managers come and she is yelling at me, she wont let me speak to the managers. Finally the Walmart manager gets involved and I give them my information and leave. This was a very traumatic event and I have never been in a customer service experience like it. I will never go there again and I will never recommended this company again. I have been trying to get in contact with the corporate office for a refund, but no one will contact me.

Great place for golf and everything else

Few weeks after I let this place cut my hair I notice my hair very short under all my other hair. Just a section. Never again. I didnt notice until my hair started growing out. Dont let these folks cut your hair.

Turned away more than 90 minutes before closing. Waited 10 minutes while incompetent hair cutter tried to cash a guy out, then told me to come back tomorrow. Poor, poor service.
