When I called in they told me it would be 3 hours. Then when I got into the store it was 3 minutes plus and no one had come to help, so I called they told me to go into the garage he kept making excuses and acting like he didnt want to do it at all. Very poor customer serverice. He said since Im in a hurry he can not do it and then proceeded to give me 10 excuses on why he cant, when even with their lunch my wait time would have been the same

This location is the only location I will have my service done on my truck. Manager Clyde was very knowledgeable, very cut to the chase type of person. Took me as walk in first thing in morning quickly. Didn’t need appointment for oil change. They work on your car while you wait in office though. Good customer service. Somewhat pricey but overall good.

Was denied service for my vehicles oil change. Rep stated he did not feel safe working on it. Ive never heard of that being an issue before. Its a newer vehicle. The worker provided no sympathy or apology for the inconvenience and sent me on my way. Felt cold, rude and unhelpful.

I dont recommend anyone to go to this location. I took my daughters car there for a simple oil change I picked up my car took it home and it had a oil leak I called them about the issue and they told me I needed to get it looked at and they were going to charge me $150 to do so I took it somewhere else to see what was the problem and apparently they put a wrong screw size . Save your money do not go to this location it will cost you more in the long run.

They got me in and out on a Saturday morning. They were not pushy about upselling which I appreciate.

I brought in my own oil and filter and they charged the same as them supplying it. They also tried to charge me an additional 5 dollars to top off my coolant which is supposed to be covered in their basic oil service. Also waited 5 minutes in the express without anyone coming out so had to go in to find someone to help me.

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for some time. I like the fact that they tell me exactly what is needed and dont try to sell me services or products I dont need. I am on a fixed income, so good prices and good coupons really help!! I am always treated kindly and with respect. I would definitely recommend it!!

Went in for a typical oil change. Had a coupon for a free brake inspection (front brakes have been making noises). Received My report when service was done. Reported brakes were ok. Took my car in later that afternoon for new tires and alignment. They showed me the pads were at 2mm. I definitely needed new brakes. Rotors were fine though.Jiffy Lube not only missed an opportunity to help me with new brakes but the cannot diagnose brakes properly. Will not return here.

They are Very fast and definately live up to their name, and yet very thorough and well trained and professional. I trust them fully with my oil changing needs.

The station had at least 4 people working but only one bay at a time was in use. Literally four guys working on one car at a time. Took a very long time! Edwin was very nice to work with but Clyde was a total jerk!

About two months ago, I purchased a used vehicle for my son. Before buying it, I had it tested all around. I recently took the car to Jiffy Lube #3327 and the manager told me that it had an oil leak. I was really surprised because thats one of the first things I had checked before I bought the car, and second, the floor where Ive been parking it for the last two months at home is completely clean. Since the oil change Ive noticed a small drop of oil on the floor. What is a reasonable explanation for that? Ill leave it up to the reader to make their own conclusions. For me, its a trust issue and Im not going back to this store again.

I called to ask the team leader question he was extremely rude. He began yelling at me because he didn’t understand the question I was trying to ask him. Maybe he is disabled but they should consider letting somebody else answer the phone if he’s going to yell and harass the customers for trying to ask a question.

I stopped here, great quick service even when it was super busy. Clyde the manager was great, definitely reccomend this place!

Clyde is the manager at this location. He is friendly and professional! I called ahead to see if they could check my tire pressure for me. He told me they do that for free and if I came in right away they could do it without a wait time! I was really impressed with the service at this Jiffy Lube!

Fast and friendly. Prices are always on the high side even with coupons. But the service is exceptionally fast. Generally the staff is nice too.

This location works very slow when called en route to location (5 minutes) away was informed that there was no wait time and this it would take 15 minutes. In reality I was here for 1.5 hours and the service was terrible. When questioned about the inaccuracies the employee said um and couldn’t quite give an answer.

Beware, there are no posted prices here. You may have a coupon but they will likely jack up their unpublished prices to compensate. They are not competitive with others in the area. I was quoted 99$ for an oil change because my car is euro. The tech tried to explain that it needed special oil but couldnt explain beyond that.I am aware of oil recommendations for my vehicle and that the oil is more expensive, about 10$ more for 5 quarts so was expecting a higher price, but double seems more like gouging then service. The fact that the tech thought it needed 0w40 instead of 5w30 makes me think I dodged a headache here. I wont be back anytime soon, and I definitely wouldnt recommend this place to others.

I came into this location believing I could use a Groupon that I purchased for $70. But they denied me the use of the Groupon which was fine. I continue to get a full synthetic oil change which was about $80 or more total after taxes was $100. We have military so we ask for the discount they give us the discount for military. But when I asked to apply a $15 coupon they said that they couldnt add that to it. If I would have known there was place about 1 mile away called Sun Devil Auto they do $20 oil changes. This will probably be the very last time that I ever go to a Jiffy Lube. In addition to all of this they didnt reset my miles before next Oil Change meter so I had to do it my self. They also didnt suggest any other services to any other thing that might need attention to if so which there always is something. Ill most definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I could of died on the highway due to the fax that I went to Jiffy Lube on Chandler Blvd and the 10. I have been going there for 2 plus years but my last 2 visit they have hired a new staff. The first visit with the new staff was not great I paid full price for and oil change and did not get the full service . My car was running a lot worse after leaving Jiffy Lube. They manager is super unprofessional he only did just the oil change and no fluids added which led to more problems with my car. I give them a second chance and went to the same place again. Claud the manager complian to me that the car was to hot so he said I will have to wait and hour to let it cool, I agree and not only give him the hour he ask for but almost 2 hours. I paid full price for and oil change and everything that comes with it, but he only change the oil and did not add any fluids. He told me I was all set and I was thinking everything was good, after driving for 10 mins I notice the car running hot and almost exploded on the 202 with me inside due to the fact they never fill any of my coolent or fluids, for him to let me leave like that without letting me know of anything that was so unprofessional this is the second time this has happen only this time being worst. I call Claud the manger and he told me he did not put fluids in the car at all never apologize to me, never ask me to bring the car back so he could correct the problem . I would never go to any Jiffy Lube againI have been a loyal customer for 2 plus years and would of never thought I would be treated that way. My advice to people is do not go to Jiffy Lube on Chandler and the 10,manager claud is a horrible human Bein I felt like he is a racist as well and yes Im black and a company should never have a staff working for them like that, the staff was never friendly never welcome me Inside,he took my money and did not did the job that I paid for. I need answers because I could of lost my life today and Jiffy Lube would of been responsible for my death.

About three weeks ago i took my 1999 Buick avenue ultra for a coolant flush it turned out the hoses were old and brittle so i had them replaced .After i had left jiffy lube i noticed coolant was leaking a lot and took it back .They claim not to find any leaks the car was no the rack and i also saw no leaks .This morning i put coolant into the reservoir and found the leak it was the bottom hose on the radiator . so i contacted them and asked if they could fix the wrong they caused me The assistant manager said he could not help me because he did not believe they did anything wrong . Stay clean of this place they suck . I am angry because they claim to take pride in their work they will just take your money ....

Went for my oil change and my transmission after my transmission my car sounds a little funny but the oil change seemed like it went well

Disappointed. Out west visiting family and needed an oil change to get back east. This was not my first choice (first choice was under renovations). They washed my outside Windows leaving drivers window worse off. Forgot to reset oil change gauge and wait time was longer than I expected, especially since they were not that busy.

Fixed a hissing hose for no charge. Rare to find service like that in a chain. I will be back here.
