Called for lawn service. Never received a call back.

My family has been using Complete Yard Care for the last three years and they do a great job with very consistent quality. They always show up on the day we have set up, PLUS I love that I don’t have to be home to monitor them. I trust them with my yard and their crews are always very professional and polite. Based on every interaction I have had, they are experts in their field. I contacted their office to request a quote for a new drip system and the system has been in for two years now with no issues. They offer a 5 year warranty on drip systems which is by far the best I’ve found in the valley. You can’t go wrong and you will not regret your choice!

I have been using Complete Yard Care for the last year and always have great experiences with them. My yard looks great and they are always there the day they say they will be. They always ask me if I have other yard care needs. The guys always seem to enjoy their job and the office staff is always so nice and seems so eager to help me out!

Ive been using this company for about 4 or 5 months. They come when they say, they do what needs to be done. Ive seen the regular maintenance guys take initiative to check the sprinklers and adjust them because they saw something in the lawn. Special work like tree trimming is done well, clean-up is great.I find the crews are very nice to deal with...we look forward to having them around. There is always someone that speaks very good english in the crew so communication is easy.The billing is easy...Ive chosen to let them hit a credit card when they come, so we dont have to be here to give them a check. Its very transparent with email receipts mailed out the day before the service.Ive had them put in a new irrigation system and I feel like it was a fair price and excellent work.In this case, I think I get very good value for my yard maintenance dollars.Ive recommended them to others and Im not spending any time looking around for an alternative.

When we moved into our home the yard was in complete disarray. Complete Yard Care lives up to there name. Leslie was very professional in addressing our needs. Now we can truly enjoy the great AZ sunsets from our patio. The yard is a desert paradise.

The good:- Easy billing- Reliable from a scheduling perspective (they show up when they say that theyll show up).- Good rates- Willing to resolve issues.The bad:- Inconsistent quality of service (I experienced a bad leak after they installed a brand new drip system, and Ive experienced multiple incidents where my yard cleanup was done hastily/poorly)- Their initial response to reporting service issues is to deny the problem, but theyll eventually offer a do-over or a refund- It takes effort to work with this company, as you will encounter issues. Management looks for accolades for providing credits/do-overs (which is nice), when in reality, they should be focusing on quality to avoid the need for credits and do-overs.I would not recommend this company to a friend, as like me, my friends are interested in quality service, without all the drama.

I love the crews at Complete Yard Care. They have been doing my yard for over a year and they are always awesome! Every visit they ask if there is anything special I need done aside from their usual fantastic work! They work hard and always courteous! I would totally recommend them!

I love this company! The office staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient - and the service they provide is exceptional. Everything is always to my liking, the crews are polite and professional. I wouldnt trust my yard to anyone else!

Great customer service. The crew did an excellent job of removing our eucalyptus tree that was damaged and downed by a microburst.They were very friendly and seemed to enjoy themselves even though it was 110 degrees!

This service has been taking care of my personal home and rentals for several years.They do a great job and always check with me to make sure Im happy with their work.

I needed a queen palm trimmed in the backyard. No one else would even talk to me for under $150 to trim one palm. CYC was working at my neighbors house and I asked for info. One of the crew came and gave me a quote right then and their quote was VERY reasonable. They showed up on time, were in and out of the yard in less than 40 minutes and cleaned everything up so nice youd never know they were there. My husband and I are totally satisfied with them.Addendum: Im changing my review from 5 stars to 3 stars based on the quote I received to trim my mesquite tree in my front yard. CYC quoted me $780.00. I have subsequently gotten the tree trimmed for $220.00. I suggest you shop around.

Good service, quick to respond to inquiries. I have a large bouganvilla hedge wall that I know is a pain to trim and clean. They have done it and the rest of my yard beautifully everytime they have come out. I have gone through more companies then I care to count to find one that does exactly what is needed everytime and shows up on the day they are supposed to. I cant say enough about how good of a job they do, totally worth it! (They even clean the gravel off my little patch of artificial grass in my dog run! Really wasnt expecting that!)

I have used CYC for 3 years now. Generally they do OK work. The crews are friendly and they are on time. I do get frustrated with the fact that they turn off my sprinkler system when they come and dont turn it back on the they leave.I spoke to the main office about this and received less than helpful customer service. She was more interested in selling me overseeding for my lawn
