Love living here!!! The staff has been awesome, Jess takes great care of us. The property is very well kept. The maintenance man James is great. When we first moved in we had a few issues we needed taken care of and they took care of every single one within a great time frame. The staff and maintenance are easy to get hold of and will make sure your issues are taken care of. This is a great place for a family. And we LOVE the pool!!

I love living here at the Vive Apartments! The complex is great and so well kept up. The staff is amazing, always great you with a smile and willing to help out. Plus, I thoroughly love the way you all have different food trucks come in the evening!

James from maintenance is a great. He’s just an all around nice and respectful guy. He’s helped us a few times and every time he comes we can relax because he’s very respectful and asks permission to enter or to come in any other rooms. My spouse and I never feel uncomfortable with him here and he doesn’t make us feel dumb if we have questions. Plus he gets what he needs to done quickly and properly so there’s not much more you can ask for. Just an all around good dude.

Jessica is a great leasing manager/agent. She was very helpful in answering all my questions and getting me situated with the community as I was a first time renter. I definitely recommend this property, the amenities are great and the other tenants are warm and inviting.

I went to tour an apartment at VIVE and was very impressed with the staff. They were welcoming from the moment I arrived in the office, and were very helpful in helping me decide what floor plan would suit me best. I’m a bit picky, so even with my long list of demands they still took the time to help me out. I’m moving out of another apartment, and after looking at so many different places, I’ve just been ready to give up. After going to Vive, I don’t really want to look anywhere else! If you’re looking to move to an awesome place, add this to your list to check out!

This place is great! The staff are very helpful and are willing to answer any issues with a sense of understandment. The pool, movie theater, game room, and grills are all kept very clean and nice. The best part is the community and enjoying everyone’s company within Vive apartments. Very nice.

My wife and I rented an Apartment and was very Impressed with the high quality standards and modern layout of the interior.During our stay there we felt safe and untroubled, staff immediately dealt with and reports and called to confirm that it was done to our satisfaction.We can only but highly recommend this Apartment complex and its management and staff for a job well done. They made us feel at home even though we were renting. As we said farewell to go to our new home that was purchased recently, it was like saying goodbye to family as everything was done to accommodate our preparations to move.Thank you to Management and staff, and good friends we made during our stay.Excellent job.

Jess was super helpful when we were looking for a place for my niece to live while going to ASU. Thankfully, she decided on U of A, but I highly recommend the property and staff and their professionalism. No comparison to all of the other communities we looked at.

I have been at Vive for almost 3 months and this is my second time living here (I lived here almost 5 yrs ago). It was great then and still is. I had a maintenance issue yesterday and it was repaired within the hour. I was out running an errand when I put it in my portal and when I got home he was here and already almost done. James is awesome he is super friendly when you see him around the complex he is always smiling and waving. All the staff is great… You can trust they will take great care of you!!!

I would highly recommend this apartment facility! I just recently moved from Detroit to Arizona during the COVID 19 Pandemic and the transition was smooth. Im glad that I moved to this apartment from Detroit as my first choice. The customer service is awesome! No issues so far...I cant wait to utilize amenities that come with this apartment.

I cannot say enough good things about not only this apartment complex, but also its staff in the leasing office. Connor was nothing short of amazing when it came to the leasing process when I moved in, and the rest of the leasing staff have also been incredible in answering any questions I had. The property itself is super well maintained and the staff do a great job in keeping residents informed on daily happenings. I have had little to no issues since moving in and am glad that I get to call Vive home.

I have been living at Vive for 3 weeks now and I have zero complaints. The staff is all extremely friendly and welcoming. I submitted a service call for my shower at 8pm and the maintenance guy Dave showed up the very next morning. Very responsive and they are always there to answer any questions that I have. Nice quiet community and very clean as well. Definitely recommend!

Jessica, Takarra and Connor have taken care of any issues promptly and professionally since I started looking at these apartments in May 2020. I highly recommend these apartments and working with the management team because they work hard to balance the dynamics and needs of so many people and their personalities 😳😬😉.

My husband and I moved out of this apartment complex in August. After reading a recent review very similar to our experience, I felt compelled to write a review now knowing our experience was not an outlier.My husband and I moved to Arizona from the east coast, and immediately fell in love with the Chandler area. We looked at over 20 apartment complexes, before choosing to sign a 13 month lease at Vive. We loved our apartment. We enjoyed cooking in the open kitchen, we enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful pool on weekends and evening dips in the hot tub, and we loved our early morning workouts before work in the 24/7 gym.When we found out we were expecting our first child, we started thinking about moving back east closer to family. After discussing our lease renewal options with management, we signed a second lease for 3 months only, with the intent to move back to the east coast at that time. Nothing was said about signing other pertinent “move out” paperwork. By not signing the additional move out paperwork, we were blindsided with charges totaling over four thousand dollars just before we moved. We were told to reference our 3 month lease agreement regarding move out policies and penalties.Shame on us for not reading the lease sooner. Shame on management for charging us double the penalty that was stated in our lease for not giving advance notice for move out. We could never get straight answers from management when we questioned the excessive charges. The responses we would get included “I need to talk to our lawyer”, and “we could be charging you an additional 4k if you broke your lease”. Very unsettling, unprofessional, and frankly disgusting. We felt bullied and we knew our credit score would go down if we did not pay whatever charges they applied to our account. Our experience in our last weeks at Vive with management was so agonizing, I cannot give Vive more than 1 star.My hope in writing this review is that current and future residents read it and become proactive in their move out process, so as not to be blindsided with the charges we experienced. I also hope that management will take this review to heart and consider improving their communication process with tenants regarding move out procedures. No one wants to enjoy a wonderful meal, only to find a nasty hair in their last bite.

Coming into the Vive Luxury Apartments on such short notice back in Dec of 2019 has been nothing short of amazing. Takarra Robertson helped me out and I was astonished by the professionalism and diligent process. Being from out of state, I was not too sure what to expect, but my stay has been great and I’ve enjoyed my friendly neighbors and staff enough to make me want to extend my stay. As living here the past year, my family has grown larger and we will be upsizing to a larger apartment come January. I am very excited to see what the new year brings me with a new lease and great peers around me I now call my friends. Thank you Takarra, Jessica, and Connor for always greeting me with a smile and a warm welcome, you are the best!

I have been residing in this property for more than 2 years. Overall experience has been very good. Clean and safe community to live in. All service requests are addressed promptly. Friendly Neighborhood and good amenities. these are truly luxury apartment with granite countertops, full sized washer and dryers, flat top stoves, built in dishwashers, an oversized refrigerated with a built in icemaker, and beautiful amenities including a clubhouse, a theater room, and a pool and hot tub.Property management staff is very supportive and accommodative.I have been in an unfortunate situation to leave the country on a very short notice,. Property Management office - Jessica, Takkara and Connor has gone out of way and helped me in every possible way, during this difficult time. I have never experience such support and willingness to help at any other property where in lived in this valley.Highly recommended. Nice and Caring Management whom you can trust

I recently moved out of the apartments. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment because the new management mainly tries to empty the residents pockets by cooking up bull**** stories.Below is my recent experience with this apartmentI stayed in this apartment for almost 2 years, during the recent lease renewal i communicated the management (while in leasing office) that i wouldn’t stay beyond November as my job is not permanent. I repeatedly kept stating the same thing & the management agreed that i have given prior move-out notice to them.When the time has come to move-out, that’s the moment management started to play tricks. It stated that i never submitted a written notice stating i would be moving out & plans to charge me 1 - 2 months for not putting the info on a paper.I spoke to the Manager (nothing works), i reached out to the boss (Manager’s boss) there is no response.They come-up saying, we are sorry that we haven’t informed you & kept saying we can’t keep sending e-mails or reminders to residents to provide written notice (time not available).The same management has time to send emails stating there is party happening, there is a workout session, there is a pet missing, need to replace fire - extinguisher... etc but, they don’t have time to reminder a resident that a written notice is required. Furthermore, they say it’s resident responsibility to read the lease document.Is this some sort of stupidity? do you think anyone would read the whole damn 47 page document (really ?)While Jennifer was the Manager back in Vive, the management was excellent & really helpful. But, with the new management i wouldn’t recommend staying in this apartment.

VIVE has been a great fit for us, but in saying so, it isnt simply because everything has gone right or has been easy or issue free. What relationship is, right?! We moved in 8 months ago and have truly enjoyed our overall experience here. Whenever there has been an issue or experience that needed some adjusting or understanding, the front office has seen it through and we have worked it out for the better. To me, working together when something comes up and arriving at even better terms after the process, is what I call a true 5 Star review. Its easy to give 5 stars when everything is going perfect, but to be able to still give a 5 star rating because of how the office/management team handle themselves under those circumstances...well thats the real deal. We love the property, the amenities, the location, our neighbors, our 4 legged neighbors, and feel fortunate to have a team like Jessica, Conner, and Takarra overseeing the betterment of the property and also the experience we have here at VIVE. Jacque and David are in charge of maintenance and they are the bomb diggity. Prompt, efficient and trustworthy. We even get in a few giggles when theyre here to fix something. If I had to express one thing that is a challenge for me personally and would be at any apt complex I was at, is the cigarette smoking from other tenants that affects our ability to breathe clean, fresh, healthy air when we are outside or have our windows open enjoying the cooler weather. VIVE does not allow for this, but the tenants do it anyway and Im sure it is hard to monitor and enforce. Cigarettes cause cancer, can kill you, and make you very sick. I would love it if VIVE would set a precedence and just flat not permit this unhealthy habit on their property. Nipping it in the bud during the application process and weeding it out would be awesome, but Im sure that would involve a few state/legal adjustments. Regardless, I see management trying to handle it and doing the best they can. They have shown that they truly want to hear what we have to say and they do their best to figure it out and at times, go above and beyond. Did I mention how I love the Community involvement of the tenants and the food trucks being invited to park and serve by the front office during the week? LOVE IT!!

I used to want to live here so long that I died of old age, not anymore. As quiet, peaceful, and clean as this place used to be, it no longer is. Once this place was so quite on Friday nights that I would sit on the balcony enjoying the area. The management team was friendly and hard working at keeping this place worth what it cost to live here. Now it always sounds like people are drag racing on the streets even though that isnt necessarily the case. So many people in here have loud vehicles with loud sound systems. Most the people who live here today treat the complex as one giant garbage dump at encouragement of the management. No joke, the manager herself told me that people like me who complain about the mess and unsanitary conditions are a bigger problem then the people doing that stuff. If you like having to walk around smeared fecal matter and urine puddles on the sidewalk, youll love this place. If you love the stench of garbage left out all day at your neighbors door, youll love this place. If you like going to a gym where people leave their dirty towels/garbage/things they used but were too lazy to put back, youll love this place. Do you like food garbage being thrown on parking coverings and left for over 5 days after you tell the manager herself, well then youll love this place. If you love hearing noise all day and night on stairs or people bumping music, youll love this place. My neighbors semi-regularly talks on his phone outside my bedroom window for long periods. Ive even seen this high school girl steal peoples covered parking, and non-handicapped people park in handicapped spots because theyre lazy jerks. Quite frankly I have to believe either management doesnt care or has been ordered by Olympus to run the property into the ground letting people run wild here. I say this only because not once have they sent out letters holding people accountable for whats going on around here or asked people to stop. This place has become so unsanitary I spray against cockroaches very 2 weeks to be safe since my neighbors leave trash out all day everyday ..and when this place gets rats and cockroaches because people are leaving their garbage cans with trash for the valet all day and night, management will have no one but themselves to blame. After all, thats what happens when you dont hold people accountable for their actions. And theyre only fooling themselves if they think it will stop people from throwing garbage wherever they feel throughout the complex. Those people dont care that theyre tossing garbage on the parking coverings, so why stop because they now have valet garbage. The only people who end up losers in this situation is the people who are already doing the right thing.The best advice I can give is dont move in here, because it will be no ones fault but your own when youre miserable and being forced to pay your way out..even though youre living in what feels like one giant health code violation. All the cleaning seems to be left to the Maintenance guys, and theyre too understaffed to be responsible for managing the maintenance of the buildings and cleaning up after almost everyone who lives here on a regular basis. I feel really bad for them.Also, someone really needs to come through and power wash all the gross walkways of the buildings and sidewalks. Which have bad staining and melted candy. At least our building is that way. Everyone living in here acting this way should not only be extremely embarrassed by their behavior but also deeply ashamed of themselves for acting like this.UPDATE- putting out apologies to people on Google months after people complained show the lack of understanding and compassion amongst management here. Do not be fooled, they dont really care, theyre just trying to boost the ratings for the complex. This complex is untrustworthy and if you move in you must deserve the misery youll be stuck living with.

If you are looking for a place to call home, look no further! Vive Chandler is a beautiful, well maintained apartment complex.After touring seven apartment complexes in the Chandler area I chose Vive as my home in October 2017. It has outstanding amenities like a theater, beautiful gym and an outstanding crystal-clear heated pool.The one thing I noticed with apartment complexes in the Chandler area is most are huge, hundreds of apartments everywhere. Not so with Vive. Its a nice sized complex, not too small, not too large. The other thing I noticed is the new complexes are built with long enclosed hallways to your front door....like a hotel.....do they think this creates a safe area for a female returning to her apartment? Not so with Vive, all entrances to your apartment are open and clearly visible as your approach it.The management, the office staff, and the maintenance crew are all professional and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Vive, Chandler to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, well managed place to call home.

Vive apartments is a great place to live!The complex itself was built in 2016 so all of the amenities are new and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful and they even host community events quite often.The location couldnt be better. Only 5 minutes from the mall, Downtown Chandler, and less than 5 minutes from grocery stores and popular food venues.

I have lived here for over three years and was immediately attracted to the charm, beauty and privacy of this property. Then the property management changed and I noticed a difference in the quality of the personnel. They were very unfriendly and intolerant. However, the maintenance manager, Terry, was excellent. He always attended to maintenance issues in an expedient and professional manner. He was caring, kind and went above and beyond for us residents. He has since moved on to another property, but I feel it necessary to mention his efforts. Our current management team has improved immensely! The maintenance team is timely and professional. They are friendly, warm and helpful. Issues with trash, landscaping and pet management have improved. This is where we live so these items are so important. I highly recommend Vive if you are looking for a luxury apartment and wonderful community.

Ive toured other apartments in the area and the customer service at Vive is Phenomenal! The staff truly care about the residents and take the time to get to know them! Really deep pool land very clean rooms and establishment. Locking Gates to not let the crazy girlfriends in unless you allow them in. I like the BBQ 5 feet from the pool. I really like the gym and I work out 7 days a week

We have been here 3 1/2 years. Jenny and her management team is the best weve ever had. They bend over backwards to help your every request. Dont listen to the haters. You know people love to complain a lot more than they give out compliments.

I love this place! The pool is gorgeous and definitely my favorite hang out on my weekends! The community manager Devon was so friendly and helpful when I had a question about my utility bill. The maintenance team took care of my work order so quickly! I would recommend Vive to anyone looking for a beautiful apt in Chandler!

NOISE and LACK OF RULES ruin what could be a nice place... used to be, but no more!Interesting that you have responded in such a manner... weve been in contact for quite awhile... you managed to remove the rude and obnoxious staff, but you have done nothing to stop the midnight use of the pool, billiards, smoking, or patio TVs - tenants still think they live at Cabo and drink and eat in the pool... contrary to posted restrictions - all under your, apparent, watchful eye! I think weve pretty much had it - too bad!! This used to be a brilliant complex!!!!

Lets just say there is NOTHING LUXURIOUS about VIVE APARTMENTS. I have been here over 1 year so far! 3 months after I moved in I had several issues with assistant manager TAKKARA. My garage was being opening for days.... weeks... and I felt unsafe. When finally it was opened at 3am... that was it.I call cops and then spoke to TAKKARA next day about incident. Instead of trying to help me get issue fixed she immediately got defensive and said you must of broke garage therefore, you will have to pay to get fixed/replaced. I said I dont feel safe here and she stated, I DONT APPRECIATE WHAT YOUR INSINUATING AND I WILL HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION. IT WAS A THREAT IN SO MANY WORDS. Lets say from that day on... its been a nightmare.My mailbox was broken into... I have police and USPS investigations still pending. The list goes on... Jenny the original manager helped get my garage replaced with new FABS as long as I removed my 1 star review about my interactions with Takkarra. Shortly, after my garage got fixed. I all of a sudden started to get NON COMPLIANCE FEES for the office saying, I had no renters insurance. Which I do through them..... UNBELIEVABLE.... So I would get random charges from $50 -$110 still to this day....... TAKKARA IS BREAKING THE LAW AND USING HER POSITION TO TAKE CONTROL OVER ME BECAUSE I WROTE THAT REVIEW BACK IN JUNE. She is trying to pack on the fees to possibly evict me for non-payment of fees that are NOT VALID.... PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. GO TO PILLAR COMMUNITIES OR MARK TAYLOR PROPERTIES BEFORE YOU COME TO OLYMPUS. I WILL NOT REMOVE THIS REVIEW. I FEEL HARASSED AND VIOLATED BY THIS CONPANY.RUN FAR AWAY VERY FAR. EVER SINCE JENNY LEFT ITS... WORSE HERE.

Being coerced to pay for a valet trash service that nobody wants. Instead of addressing actual issues, the management decides theyd like a kickback for forcing an extra $20 for this. Just another way to raise your rent. You need to put your trash out on their time only 5 days a week and limited to a single bag. Dont be fooled, its a rent raise masquerading as a convenient service

Staff is nice, grounds are pretty, dog friendly...um no, there is no where to walk your dogs except stumbling through the rocks. I think my husband and I are the only ones that actually pick up our dogs poop and running into owners with dogs not on a leash. The only areas with sidewalks you cant take your dog. We had to move our bed to another wall so we didnt have to listen to our neighbors television at night. No way to avoid the upstairs neighbors treadmill though. Gym is really nice, you can hop on a treadmill and watch drunk people in the pool at night with their dogs and sometimes there are naked people in the jacuzzi. Gave it four stars because the apartment inside is nice and we do really like the staff.

Current 3 year tenant, the place used to be great until Olympus took over. Since then everything has gone down hill. My lease renewal went up $1,000 per month. Not $1,000 total, but a $1,000 increase monthly over my previous rate. When I went to the office to have my concerns addressed the lady said there was nothing she can do. I asked to speak to her manager and she replied “she’s not here but I can give you her contact number but she is just going to call me and tell me to take care of it, and I’m just going to tell you the same thing”Completely unprofessional. I called corporate to voice my concerns the person said I would get a call back..... still waiting.....I would never recommend this complex!

Takarra to was supposecall back with information the next day but when I called she acted like she had no recollection of the event. This was within 24 hours. Very disappointing. Nice complex, but just got a glimpse of what its going to be like if I ever have to deal with management

I fell in love with this place instantly. First couple of month into my lease were great. Ari knew mine and my kids names. Maintenance is quick and theyre pleasant. Only part I was upset about was they office staff said there was a bus stop for the local elementary and there is not. One of the main reasons I was sold on Vive but not a deal breaker.Recently, there has been a change with the office staff and I dislike them. Not as warm and friendly. They seem irritated when picking up a package. Im getting letters saying my insurance coverage has lapsed, when it hasnt. My kids water bottles and toys have been coming up missing. At first I thought it was the other kids in the complex but its actually this new staff. I watched one pick up all the kids toys and water bottles they had outside and threw them in the garbage. Not just once but 3 seperate occasions, WHILE the kids were playing outside. Whats the point of having a play area if you dont want kids playing there?Not that it matters, but I will not renew my lease. No matter how convenient this location is for me.

Takarra was super help for me - she helped me move in the same day.

Do not move in here unless you want to be judged by some of the people in here and be ran over and cussed at for no reason for company that comes here and be looked at funny by the color of your skin I open up the gate for my mom to come home and ahe turns the corner to get to her parking spot and one of the person company makes a wide turn speeding around the corner and says watch where your going dumb#*&# and flips her off and speeds away and people dont come to pick up your trash but still makes you pay the bill if you are looking to move in here do not waste your time.
