Such a blessing to call Arista our home. Vanessa & Stella were a big help when we first moved here during the 2020 pandemic & contact was limited when it came to touring models. My Wife & I Recently renewed & are loving the amenities such as the pool & billiards table area. Every day I am thankful I am just minutes from my job & so many shops.We recommend this Luxury Complex & feel very safe here.

This complex has been the best my husband and I have stayed. Very luxurious, They have food trucks in the front every Thursday! The maintenance staff is great and fast when it comes to getting issues fixed. Even though we have only a short lease here it is very nice and has been great leasing until we move into our new house. The app they use is great! It makes it easy to pay rent and Taylor from management quickly keeps us updated with the property through that platform.

We move in 3 months ago. Living in this community has been a positive experience. Taylor the property manager is very helpful, polite and professional. Property staff are always happy and go above and beyond to get the job done. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day. The property overall is always kept clean, always smell good. Me and my daughter love to hangout in the pool and in the 3rd floor clubhouse with wraparound balcony. Very comfortable having guest come to my home to visit me. We really love this place.

Arista has been a great place to live for the past couple of years. The community is pretty quiet and respectful. Appliances in the unit work well. In the rare event I’ve needed something checked out, the maintenance team has been quick to respond. They’re always friendly and do a great job. I have worked with Jack from the front office a few times and it was always smooth sailing! Very respectful and friendly staff all around. The pool/hot tub area is gorgeous and a really well-maintained space. The gym has a solid amount of equipment too; overall, it’s a great place to live and I’m happy with my choice.

My wife and I moved in 2019 and we are enjoying it! We love the amenities, the sense of safety is priceless! The property is very well maintained. The level of service from the management team is outstanding specially Taylor and Jack. We have just renewed our 3rd lease and we are looking forward to stay here for a long time.I highly recommend this place to live!

Beautiful complex, high ceilings, large windows, laundry room, washer and dryer, spacious covered porch. The things my family likes most are the pool, the hot tub and the weight room. Taylor is very helpful with anything that you need, and the maintenance team is there right when you need them. We love this place.

I have been a resident since this summer and so far my experience has been very pleasant. Management is usually responsive and the grounds are always well kept. Special shout out to the maintenance team : Kevin and his partner! Always prompt and efficient!!!Ke’andre is also super helpful and friendly! I would recommend this residence!

Ive been living at Arista for ~2 years and it is one of the best apartments Ive lived. The pool is very well maintained and is very refreshing to take a dip after a nice long day at work. I recently had to deal with an issue with an apartment and Taylor the leasing manager was incredible helpful it getting it resolved.

I have been living at Arista now for almost a year and have already renewed my lease. Obviously there are luxury apartments popping up all over the valley these days but Arista stands out for so many reasons. The location in chandler is great if you want to be close to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, & parks. It is so close to interstate 10, the 202, and the 101 that driving to anywhere else in the valley is super easy. Also, the pool area is perfect for relaxing at after work, or taking a nice soak in the hot tub after the sun goes down. But as we all know, generally people are the thing that really take a nice thing and make it great. Whether your dealing with Taylor or KeAndre in the office, or needing Brian or Will to help you out with a maintenance issue, you can expect them all to be friendly, courteous, and really there to help you with what you need. Arista is just overall a great place to live.

Moved into Arista in April and love it, jack was an amazing help during the entire move in process. The apartment grounds and amenity space is very well kept and always clean. We love watching the sunsets and barbecuing in the pool area. The private walking path near the pond is a nice and relaxing spot after a long a day at work. Would absolutely recommend living at Arista

This is my second year living at Arista and I have to say I absolutely love it here! The property is well maintained and Will the maintenance guy is awesome and always on top of everything! All the amenities are great but my favorite would have to be the pool, we spend a lot of time there as it is heated year round. They also have an elevator which is super convenient! I really cant say enough about these apartments and I have lived in several!

Ive lived at the Arista since June 2020 and just renewed my lease. Its a wonderful community and so well maintained. All of the staff in the office is always more than willing to help with any issues and the maintenance staff like Brian are quick to respond to any requests and always so kind and helpful. I take full advantage of the Starbucks coffee maker, the wonderful gym and of course the pool! I also love the Thursday food trucks they bring in. Its a fun way to eat out but stay home. Truly such an amazing place and so happy to be here.

Arista is one of the most beautiful apartment complexes around. I love being able to walk the property around the water, and even have delicious restaurants and coffee shops within a 5 minute walk. After a long day it is always wonderful to be able to head up to the clubhouse and be able to unwind by playing some pool or shuffle board. Maintenance is great and always responds to requests immediately which I love. Taylor is always incredibly helpful with anything you may need. I love the location and living and Arista.

Arista is a great place to call home. The management and staff are friendly and keep residents informed on community topics. They create a feeling of community through social events, and fun emails. KeAdnre Scott made the leasing document process easy and was very patient and quick to respond to all my questions. One of the best parts of the property is all the comfy areas to gather and relax. The rooms are always clean and the grounds are very well taken care of.

Great location and awesome amenities! Staying here while our new home is built and we are loving the high end amenities and chill vibe. We love spending Saturday mornings on the 2nd floor clubhouse terrace enjoying the views. The pool always hits the spot after a long week and the community itself is very friendly. KeAndre is super helpful at the front desk too! Looking forward to nicer weather and spending time grilling out by the lake. Oh, and the Thursday night food trucks are solid!

This has been our home since moving to Arizona in 2019 and we would not have changed a thing. From the the pool to the dog washing area this place has been a great start to our life in Arizona.Even when minor issues has have arisen the knowledgeable staff (KeAndre) has been more than helpful to see it through to be solved.

I love Artista! Jack has been a class act since my son and I moved into the Arista. I am a single father of a son with a special need and everyone always so nice and loving toward us.

Six months ago I moved here after looking at a few other complexes in Chandler and Gilbert and have been so happy with my decision. Big fan of the pool and have worked out of the community lounge a few times for a change of pace from the work from home life. The management teams responsiveness (Thanks Taylor!) is something I would highlight as well. I know reading a review for another property this spring helped me skip taking a tour there after I saw a list of complaints. Never had that issue at Arista and there is an easy to use app for communication. They also invite food trucks on Thursdays. Hope this helps!

I have lived at Arista in Ocotillo for almost 2 years and the management always is friendly and accommodating. The workout room, lounge area and pool are always kept super clean and are great amenities. Taylor is on top of requests, suggestions and concerns. Maintenance staff is very nice

I have been living here for a little over a year now and I have to say that I have been enjoying living at Arista. They truly care about their residents and their needs as well. The property is always in tremendous shape and the location is perfect too. Taylor has been doing a fantastic job and recently helped with the renewal of my lease and I was very pleased with her professionalism and promptness responding to my emails. My favorite amenity has to be the clubhouse with the pool table, shuffleboard, coffee machine, foosball table and multiple TVs. I recommend everyone to check out Arista at Ocotillo if you want a place to call home.

This is a great place to live. The Apartments have alot of great amenities. The pool and club house are wonderful. These are topnotch Mark Taylor apartments to live in. The grounds are very well kept. The maintenance team is efficient. Will the maintenance supervisor is very attentive and kind.

We’ve been renting a beautiful apartment from The Mark Taylor corporation for over a year now and the whole property is gorgeous. Great pool, workout room, elevator, and security gates and doors. They also have garages and covered parking spots for lease. Management and maintenance staff are friendly and professional and responsive to requests. Such a relaxing and charming community. Love going there!

Nice place to live. The only thing I’m not a fan of is all of the dogs that are there and people don’t pick up after them. I wish Mark Taylor did not allow dogs anymore. Other than that office staff is fantastic and always willing to help.

Awesome apartment Complex. The staff are great! Brian is a great maintenance worker, always diligent! The pool is the absolute best entity. So happy Ive lived here a almost 2 years now.

My fiancé and I have lived at Arista for 2 years now and we absolutely love it. It is such a beautiful community with the best amenities. My fiancé loves the gym and how up-kept it always is. My personal favorite is food truck Thursday’s! All of the staff are amazing but Taylor is super responsive and helpful and Ke’Andre was always our favorite technician until he promoted. We have never had any issues and everyone who visits us falls in love with the community as well. We absolutely scored on living here and love calling Arista home. Also the lake is a huge bonus!

I want to just start off with a round of applause I have lived in the valley for 21 years coming from Iowa, I say that to say this Iowa is a close knit community where you know your neighborhoods and you communicate frequently I have not had that feeling in any house or Appartement complex until Arista, from my first point of contact with Taylor and the property managers there has been nothing but great energy and all expectations have been exceeded I know my my wife will say no but I wanna name my daughter arista. But really this is an awesome place I would recommend Arista at ocotillo to anyone

I moved in prior to Mark Taylor taking ownership, but I had lived in the complex for approximately 4-5 months under their management. Overall, this complex was in the top for my favorite to rent at. My check out process was a breeze, and I had no issues at all once I gave them the proper notice to move out. Even after moving out I wasnt hit with any hidden fees, and they had mailed my security refund within a few weeks of moving out. I would highly recommend renting at this location!

I enjoy the apartment quite a lot and was excited to see what an Luxury apartment is about. Everything has been quite good amenities wise. One of my favorites is actually the gym, it has a nice amount of equipment for a apartment gym! I also have always gotten some good help from Taylor Smith in always answering any questions I have when I call. Shes always gotten back / figured out how to help in a prompt manner

The entire staff are very accommodating and helpful. You need a key fob to operate the elevator for delivery’s. Easy place to maneuver large moving trucks. We love coming here, thank you!

Best place we saw in the Chandler area for young professionals. Front office is very nice and easy to communicate with. Very happy with the quality of the complex so far.

My wife and I moved in here after striking out with another apartment the very same day. They made it very easy for us to move in quickly and We LOVE IT HERE! The management (PB Bell) are so friendly and kind! It’s a beautiful place to live and we are so thankful to have found this place!

Moved in about 3 weeks ago and love it here. It’s nice and quiet and everything is all brand new. The pool/hot tub area is great, especially with the water feature in the background. Office staff is friendly and attentive even after you sign your lease and move in, which you don’t get at most complex’s. Melissa is the one who did my tour of the complex and got all my leasing paperwork in order and she’s the best and super friendly!

New living facility with lots of space and lakes for fishing, walking or biking. The units are nice with quartz countertops, tile floors and carpet in the bedrooms. Each unit has its own laundry closet with a washer and dryer. Located about 8 miles from the I 10 on Queen Creek rd. Security gates with security code is needed to get on the property to access the units, the front office is open to walk in with parking.

This is my first time renting a luxury apartment and I didnt know what to expect. So far, the experience has been good. The apartment is completely new with shiny appliances - I totally love the style and the layout. And the business lounge and game lounge is a great touch to the amenities. However, there have been some issues in the first few days of moving such as an outlet not working and no hot water. But I understand that construction was probably rushing to get everything done before June 1st (the opening of many new apartments - including mine). We brought these to the attention of the leasing office team (PB Bell) and they quickly and kindly helped fix our issues. We still have a couple of apartment problems, but Im already confident that the leasing office team will resolve them in a timely and friendly manner.

I love coming home to a beautiful and just steps away from my favorite hobby, fishing
