This review is strictly on the maintenance staff - they are wonderful. Ive had helpful experiences with all of them. Specifically, Gerber is awesome. I see him almost every morning, bright and early tending to the grounds. He ALWAYS greets everyone with a smile. Gerber helped with multiple service requests I submitted. He goes OVER AND BEYOND and it doesnt go unnoticed. THANK YOU!
Everyone is always so helpful and kind to me in the office. I have had a great experience since moving in and the whole maintenance team is always so wonderful and efficient. THE ABSOLUTE BEST.

She took her time to thoroughly explain everything and I was super impressed with the apartment i toured with her as well! The property looked great and I am super stoked to make this my new home!!
I’ve lived here at Alante for a little over two years, and I’ve had a great experience. Emily O’ Reilly who’s the community director here is just wonderful, and definitely the person to talk to if you have any questions. When I had an issue regarding the end of my lease, she was very reasonable and willing to listen and meet with me, and I can’t be more grateful for her understanding! I really wish that I didn’t have to leave, it’s been a great two years.
We have been living at Alante for over 10 years. One of the best things about this place is the maintenance crew. Especially Eddie, he treats you like family. He is always friendly and respectful. Each time we put in a service request he is there that day or the following day. Gerber is great also, we just normally have more work done by Eddie.

Gerber always comes through with whatever we need. He’s very timely and explains thoroughly what he’s doing and the sequential process so we’re always in the loop. Overall we are very happy with the upgrades around the community, in our apartment home, and the communication from the office to the tenants via regular email. The only concern are a few feral cats we see. We also would like to thank Eddie who is very accommodating. He deserves a raise for his hard work. He always has a smile and provides exceptional work. The maintenance team as a whole is very effective in responding.
Recently, we put in a service request for our ceiling collapsing. It was basically raining in our apartment. Eddie worked fast and diligently to get everything repaired in an efficient matter. We were so happy with his demeanor, attitude, and work-ethic! Thanks for all that you did and continue to do to make our quality of life at Alante awesome!
As a current resident I want to give another shout out to one of the maintenance workers name Eddie! Every time he has been assigned to complete my work orders he’s been amazing. He goes above and beyond, he makes sure everything gets done. He is very easy to talk to and is always very friendly. Keep up the great work Eddie!!
It’s a lovely apartment complex but know that they only have 1 maintenance worker. My guest restroom has been out of use for about a week now and the bathroom is starting to smell so bad. I have called multiple times to check up and see if someone can get over here but they told me “emergencies only” and this is not a major priority right now. I definitely think they need to get more maintenance workers ASAP. I also think they need to have a security guard walking around, someone stole an important piece from my husband car and our neighbors car has been broken into twice!
Youve tried the rest now try the best! What a pleasant and welcoming office staff led by an enthusiastic manager. 6 months in and I can feel the difference compared to other apartment communities. One example; they are changing all interior lights to LED just to save the residents money. Do yourself a favor and come be my neighbor :)

Today I had maintenance come in to complete a ticket request. Gerber G. Went above and beyond to assist. He completed the ticket request for painting, but when I brought a view other items to his attention, he did not hesitate and assisted and completed the issues. He is extremely friendly and always polite.
One of the best things about living at Alante at the Islands, is the amazing maintenance staff. Whenever we need anything, they are a phone call or request form away. Ive never had to wait more than a day to get anything, including having my front door painted simply because I wanted itfreshened up. Today was a new bathroom faucet. Thanks, Leo and Gerber! Looks fantastic!
Eddie has been such an amazing help around the complex! Anytime I see him he’s always cleaning and staying busy. He’s also kept the front pool looking great!!
Eddie came over today to come take a look at our AC unit. He ended up replacing our thermastat and double checking the AC unit on the roof. We really appreciate Eddie for not just completing a task, but going above and beyond to ensure a resolution.

Unscheduled and unnecessary fire alarms ruined a friends exam for an important course in their degree twice in the span of a day. And over the course of several days went off 7 times including today at 5 am. This wasted fire department resources and left my friend exhausted on the day they were supposed to retake a test that the fire alarms already ruined.Update: Apologies and explanations were issued that the Complexs previous owners had completely disregarded fire code and the extensive testing and disruption that occurred was largely a cost to the new owners ensuring that safety standards were met. Still a huge inconvenience, but at least theres a justifiable explanation.
In my wife’s review she explained most of the problem, but now we’ve been having a constant leak when we use our air conditioner. Last week someone came to fix it but now it’s happening again. Emergency maintenance was called and apparently the leaking from the vent because of the air conditioner is a common every day problem with 2 bedrooms in this apartment complex. That really would have been nice to know before hand.
I just moved in and couldnt be more satisfied! Do yourself a favor and ask for David when calling with any questions or interest in the place. He is amazing and truly went above and beyond to help me move in here.I had a light bulb out when I first moved in and the maintenance guy Eddie was great. He came in and fixed it for me and even gave me an extra light bulb to keep on hand. He was so friendly and helpful. He even fixed something with my shower for me while he was here that he didnt expect to have to fix.So far, I couldnt be happier with the place. I love it!

We have lived here for over 8 years now, and although we are now on the second owner and at least the fourth or fifth management company, after an initial learning curve, each of them have performed quite well.We like the atmosphere here, and it is really quiet nearly all of the time,Both management and maintenance are very responsive to any issue that might need addressed, also.We also believe that the value of living here is quite competitive when you consider square footage vs price.
Came in with my roommate for a self guided tour. Office team was very helpful and the only place who actually called after to hear our thoughts. Place looked very clean and well maintained!

My friend moved here from Denver, CO and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the property was; Maintenance saw us struggling to unload and helped us. I loved walking the dog on the property during the day there were trees along the the sidewalk so you didnt melt. Definitely good all the way around.

My family of 5 moved to AZ from IN almost 2 years ago. We met Emilly and Nicole on our visit to Alante and knew it was where we needed to be. While Nicole is no longer part of the team, she and Emilly made the transition so much easier for all of us. When the office was open, my teenage boys would use the computer’s for their homework and they would all help them with homework and give them snacks (lol). Emilly was available and professional during an extremely challenging time and I will always be thankful for that. Our (almost) 2 years at Alante was just what we needed and there are seriously no complaints from us!
We love living at Alante! The staff are great to work with and the apartments are clean and well taken care of. Maintenance does a great job caring for the pools and other amenities and responding to any maintenance requests we have. We have lived here for a little over a year and it has always felt like a very safe, quiet community. Highly recommend!

Great apartment living! Never had a problem with maintenance staff or office staff. Perfect location, in between downtown Chandler and downtown Gilbert.
I toured the model home. Staff (Taylor) very accommodating, answered all my questions after my tour of the place.A little pricey since compared to apartments I Scottsdale such as this.I know Gilbert has its perk but it’s a little far from everything so the $1500 price for a 2 bedroom 1100+ sq.ft kinda pushing it. That doesn’t even include a garage.I have another question for all renters in this community, how much is the average electric bill for a 2bedroom - summer and winter time?I want to ensure all appliances are high energy saving and ac are not shared where I will end up paying 200-350 a month for a 1100 sq.ft apartment.Thanks- any information will be greatly appreciated.Mary

I toured an apartment here and have not applied/moved in. I was asked to share my feedback by a staff member based off my tour experience only so I want to do that because of how well it went. I searched 7 apartments today and this way by far the best place. Happy staff and happy residents coming in and saying hi. Someone even brought Starbucks for a staff member while I was sitting at a desk. The apartment I saw was very nice and above what I expected for the age of the property. The staff was very nice and all three of them said hello to my family during our tour. They even said they let people move within the first month for any reason without any penalty. Super cool policy that I haven’t heard before. Check this place out.
Ok so I have a lot of complaints about a lot of things. So I can’t continue to express how badly we need some type of security guard maybe even more than one .. walking around atleast after the sun goes down and until 6 am. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE in this complex at all. I’ve seen people peeking into other peoples cars like plotting to break in or something. I’ve had people brake into my own car. We should have cameras or something. I have children and I don’t feel safe as a single mom who lives alone. When someone complains they hire security for like a week and then after that you never see security anymore.. I don’t recommend living here because the office management sucks they don’t listen to the people that pay so much money to them!!!
This place is more than just a place to live. The ladies in the office are incredible and maintenance is on the ball!! Truly a great community with a team that actually cares about their residents.
Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would. In the middle of our lease I wanted to move to the second floor because I can hear everything the upstairs neighbors do. We also had so many issues with the apartment we were living in. I was told it wasnt a good enough reason and denied our request. When we first moved in there were multiple things broken that we already needed maintenance to come fix. We have had maintenance cancel our service requests saying the job was already done and it wasnt. So we would have to submit a new service request and wait for them to be available again. We were told we could call and complain about the noise from upstairs which we have done multiple times and still nothing has been done about it. Parking here is absolutely horrible. It constantly smells like weed around the building. It is very difficult to get ahold of the front office and I have left messages for them with no returned phone calls. It is now time to renew our lease and were told because of COVID-19 they are only offering month to month leases and raised our rent 200 dollars and acted like it wasnt a lot of money. They said they cant waive that fee. We can no longer afford our rent and they dont care. So now in the middle of this we are going to have to find a new place to live. The worst apartment I have ever lived in. If youre looking to move here please save yourself the trouble and dont. You will regret it the first day you step into your new apartment. I have had over 20 maintenance requests for things that have broken in the apartment and some things still arent even fixed. So be prepared to constantly have strangers in your home fixing things.

I wouldn’t even rate it one star but i have too. DON’T EVER apply here they don’t pick phone never call back after leaving several voicemails. Don’t provide working appliances. Bug spray people came because I found a scorpion and didn’t even actually spray my apartment because i found it 3 days later.... office is rude and don’t know how to do there job right. Don’t care about anyone but themselves.

Im nothing short of impressed with how the new team at CWS Alante at the Islands continues to evolve their game. The leadership team and staff are very courteous, professional, and forward thinking and they demonstrate this with their consistent event programming for residents. Just recently, the staff hosted a summer pool party event where they supplied beverages, food, and even frozen treats by way of partnering with a local vendor. Their skilled planning and execution paired with a friendly and inviting atmosphere make this a great place to be! 2222 N. McQueen Rd will always invoke fond memories for me. Kudos to the staff and the local resident community for the collective work in creating a great apartment living experience. I have seen much improvement over the recent years transition.
This new management is Amazing. We had an emergency and the management team was able to help us out. They go above and beyond. I would hope that the higher management sees that the local management really trys to help residents. We moved into the new place and the AC was not working. They had maintenance come over after hours, got us a portable AC unit to keep cool. Then even the next day before the office even opened they already had the tech come and look at it. Overall this place and with the personal care the employees give to the residents is a must rent. Thank you for everything. Great place to rent from.
First time living in an apartment in almost 15 years, so my opinion is probably worse because Im not used to it. My number one complaint is that the garbage areas can be a gross sight to see at times. Besides that, to hear the people walking above me with every single step is annoying. Theyre not even loud theyre just simply walking, and you can hear the floor creaking with every single step. Terrible to when youre trying to sleep in on a weekend. Otherwise the grounds are kept pretty decent the office staff is pretty nice. But I cant wait until I get out of the apartment life again. Moved here from another state
We had a great experience. Very helpful staff. Clean apartment. The only issue was people residing there had little appreciation for being able to have their pets at this complex, evidenced by so many that refused to use the multiple waste stations to dispose of pet waste. Management did all they could to get in front of it; added more waste stations, kept them full of supplies and emptied frequently. They even have very pleasant maintenance members that picked up daily.
Don’t do it!!! One of the worst apartments in Chandler to work with when deciding to move out... If your not sure about moving within 90 to 60 days I wouldnt advise moving there...You would be forced to pay a month to month lease for $1800 to $2000 plus or close to tht amount when the rent is $1350... So bcus you finish your lease and never been late on your rent not to mention the first 2 to 3 months had to deal with a roach problem that took them so long to handle you have to come out of an extra $500 to $700 because they didn’t receive a 60 day notice... Those apartment aren’t worth $1800 esp for a 2 bedroom hell not even a 3 bedroom... And it takes 2 days for things to get fixed in your apartment...And they will have someone move in that same apartment the next week while they want you to pay the Sixty day notice amount... This is my worst nightmare!!! I wasn’t sure what I was going to do because I had a traveling job opportunity that I decided to take to help support my family a lot better as a Single Mother... And all they can say is they wish it was something they can do to help... New Management doesn’t always mean GOOD!!! Things were GREAT prior to New Management...U CAN BELIEVE THEM 5 star reviews if you want to!!!
They claim that they only raise your rent if you move to a shorter lease and that is simply not true!!!! They raised ours $140 to renew for another year. It went up even higher than that if we decided to go month to month. So, no matter what you choose they will raise it on you. Also, lots of parties, weed, and trash. My kids wouldnt even want to go outside because they said no matter where they went it smelled like a skunk was by them. I had the people below me knocking on my door at 5:00pm because I was vacuuming while they were trying to nap. I told them Ill stop vacuuming at 5:00pm when they stop smoking weed all day and the smell getting In my apartment. Then they tell me that they smoke their weed inside the apartment so there is no reason for me to smell it. I have called the front office about it and they said technically there is nothing they can do.I had a bounty hunter knock on my door looking for the tenants that used to live below me before the pot heads moved in......that was interesting to explain to my kids. I have it 2 stars rather than 1 because the maintenance crew is good and always do a good job.
I was living here before new management took over. Old management was horrible and never answered phones and also sometimes talked down to you. The new management has been great. Also helped with my work schedule to get packages after hours. I would recommend these apartments. Only issue i have is some neighbors are absolutely horrible.
It could be nice a place to live, safe, quiet! but dog poop everywhere, even my little one says mom lets move somewhere else; and also we pay full price for a non renovated apartment. Ask them to show you the apartment that you are going to stay. There is no heaven on this planet. Maintenance five stars.
I searched extensively to find my new home. Of all the properties I viewed I had the best impression of Alante both because of the property and the staff in the office. I have been living there for a couple months now and my impression has done nothing but improve. From the office staff, maintenance staff to the landscapers everyone has been pleasant and responsive to any request I have made. My feelings about having chosen the right place to live have been confirmed repeatedly and I am very pleased with the choice I made moving to Alante at the Islands.
Don’t trust these people, new management isn’t as respectful and professional as old management. They overcharge and pest can never be controlled. Definitely not worth the high price. Only nice thing about it is the maintenance crew.
Maintenance does a great job fixing whatever is requested. They typically take 2-3 days to complete the service request. Thanks Nick and Eddie for all your help!

Called to get information and the receptionist thought she put me on hold. Instead I heard her laughing at the question I asked. All she had to do was answer a simple question. Instead I heard her laughing at my question with the Manager, heard what they were ordering for lunch, and heard her walk away from the phone and come back. This call lasted 15 minutes. Now when I call back, it goes straight to voicemail. Rude and unprofessional.

I really like these apartments! The leasing office agent Romell Freeman was very helpful. It’s unfornate that he doesn’t work here anymore . Lately, maintenance have been on top of fixing everything . When I first moved in here it wasn’t like that . Very quiet, friendly, and clean environment . We receive compliments on how nice our apartment is when guess come over . This complex is a perfect fit for my little family!
Any time I have any problems they take care of them in a timely manner. The office staff is very good to work with and works with you very well.
New management recently took over, we’ve had a great experience so far. Everyone, including temporary people, have been professional and helpful.

I love this property and its location. the staff is super helpful and friendly, and they have recently did a lot of awesome upgrades including their clubhouse and fitness room. It is a garden style community with ample parking and lots of shady areas. Decent rates for everything you get for being a resident here, and the perfect Chandler location, making you close to everything.
Alante is always clean and the people are very friendly. It’s a very nice place to live.

Apparently a LOT has changed in the last six years with past management. The place was great with Raven managing it 3 years ago. Their head of management, as of January 2014, will target you for making a complaint about policy that goes against the Arizona State Fair Housing Act and will have your legally parked, licensed and insured car towed; while other illegally parked cars sit in their parking lot with expired plates (which is against the apartment rental contract) I DO NOT recommend renting from Alante under their current management! You have been warned!
Ive been here for over a year now and so far, things have been going great! The office staff are always attentive and helpful with all my needs/concerns. Coming from somewhere that was infested with roaches, awful tenants, parking lot issues, and maintenance/management incompetence, its not so bad living here! The only reason I removed 2 stars is because a few things: 1. There is a tenant next to me who own 5 cars (1 or 2 are always not mobile and not moved into their own spots for decency sake) and he constantly takes someone elses assigned spot to work on the cars. He is constantly being told to move by others. And if Im correct, I was under the impression that the lease contract states a max of 2 cars (unless you have company cars for work). Maybe Im wrong but having 5 cars with 3 only working and only 2 people driving them kind of pisses everyone else off, like me. Those spots are meant for visitors... LET THEM BE FOR VISITORS!!! Ive complained about his actions a couple times. Yes, management helped out but hes still doing his thing! 2. Dumpsters. The one literally across from my apartment is always filled with piles of trash and furniture. I thought we werent allowed to put furniture by the trash?? Management needs to send out a reminder for that or cite people because Im not paying $1300 to see trash/furniture all around me. If I wanted that, Id move to Phoenix. 3. Packages... oh packages! This is partially in managements control but most of the time, its the delivery companys fault. The past few times Ive ordered things to my apartment, I would always have the office staff triple check because sometimes they dont always properly look and tell me that my packages arent there. I mean, its not a horrible issue but one to look out for when you live here. ALWAYS have them look several times! Also, double check your mail box. A lot of the times, if you have things sent from USPS, they will shove your packages in your mail box instead of sending it to the office. Thats an issue out of managements control but still an issue nonetheless. Those 3 things are my only concerns at this time. Overall, I do love living here. Its way better than my last place! It does suck that Im paying a high price for a non-fully-renovated unit but everything in that unit is better and much higher quality than the $960/month old stained carpet, ply-board cabinet, thin dry-walled apartment before I moved here. You do get what you pay for! Last note, I would like to thank the maintenance people for being so quick and awesome with fixing our AC circuit when it blew and our garbage disposal. Took them a week to fix the disposal but to me thats quick! My last apartment took a whole year! Thank you management, thank you maintenance!

The experience was horrible. The staff doesnt care about you or their investors. They only care about filling their apartments and charge. Our first day to move in was not cleaned, there were cockroaches dead in the apartment, paint on carpet, and much more. If you are thinking about living there, think again. I promise you there are better apartments and staff else were.
Great complex but some neighbors are very weird. There’s a man walking around the neighborhood at all times of the day looks up to no good. As a woman im afraid to walk out at night. Sometimes I get random knocks on my door in the middle of the night it creeps me out it. Also the pool has people very late at night being very loud it’s disturbing especially at 12am, Luxury of living next to the pool don’t recommend it! The buildings near the office are the worst to live in . I have wasp nests all around my doors back and front. Maintenance walks in whenever they want even when I contacted the office told them I didn’t allow that!!
Love it here! The service is always fast and prompt!! Upgrades are fab!! Maintenance will fix or improve anything you like and its always a quick turn around! Very dog friendly!!
We paid full price for an apartment that had not been renovated... The girls in the office are very nice and when I called for maintenance, my issue was always handled in a timely manner. I was given a key to the pool that didnt work. I was given a second one that didnt work either.Be carefull when you leave. They will slap you with extra charges and report you to a credit collection company if you dont pay. I got a notice in the mail that I owed extra charges after we had moved out. I called immediately and was told not to worry about it that I didnt have to pay. A few weeks later I get a call from a collection company.
It was decent when Raven was the manager & Rachelle was asst manager. Now that this new property owners have came in rent has went up, the landscaping gets ignored, repairs are delayed, and the staff seems to think that 1100 for a standard 3 bdrm is the best deal around. Its not about price, its about comfort and community. It is a good location for families with school aged children which is why I stayed as long as I did.
Be very cautious. My girlfriend and I went to them because they appeared to have nice apartments and great layouts. And they do, however you have to see past their many lies and essentially sign yourself away to them before you find out exactly what you are getting yourself into. They lied to us about the noise, you can absolutely hear everything from all of your neighbors, to the point where it will drive you crazy. They had told us that you cant hear anything and the walls are concrete between apartments, they arent. Worst of all, after assuring us many times that the model floor plan which we had walked through (which we absolutely wanted) was the one we were applying for, was actually not at all the one we received. They took advantage of us knowing we couldnt possibly know that it wasnt the right apartment, and took the opportunity to sell us another one knowing it fit our time frame to move in. The apartment that they did give us was not restored properly either from the previous tenants. While we were there finding this out, another tennant that had just moved in was also lied to, they say all the apartments are renovated, they arent, and she only found out once she moved. Very disappointed, and is completely unacceptable.
How do I begin to express my frustrations towards this location? Ive been looking around for an affordable apartment complex that is managed effectively and ensures resident satisfaction. Alante, according to reviews, had all these things to offer. What I found out though is that it is nothing but an illusion.Today (Saturday) I stopped by to look at the apartments because of all the wonderful things said online. I arrived at 1600 (4pm) and noticed that they closed at 1700 (5pm). I figured that an hours time would be plenty to show us what the complex had to offer. What I received was nothing but terrible customer service, neglect, and one of the rudest front desk associates I have come across in my search for an apartment.When I walked in (after figuring out that they had one door locked and the other unlocked despite a sign saying they would be back shortly after finishing their tour with a prospective resident) I was not greeted at all. The associate was working with two other people and took on the task of working with two females who arrived 5 minutes after me.I sat and waited in a blue chair while the associate neglected to acknowledge me. I figured that she was just overwhelmed and in the mind set of go, go, go. I waited 38 minutes in that blue chair before she finished wrapping things up with the others and finally addressed me. She asked me if I was a current resident or a future one and I stayed a future one possibly.It was at this time she decided to tell me rudely that she would be unable to tour me because she would be closing in 10 minutes but she could give me some information on the apartments. According to her sign they dont close until 1700 not 1648. I told her that she could just keep the information because Im no longer interested.She made me wait 38 minutes before greeting me, 38 minutes before telling me she couldnt tour me, 38 minutes before being completely inconsiderate and tarnishing the allure the apartment held. I said that I couldnt believe she made me nearly 40 minutes just to tell me she wouldnt provide me a tour. She told me that I should just come back tomorrow, sorry!Alante you can stay in your island and keep your rude, tactless, condesending employee with you.
These apartments are beautiful. Unfortunately, the staff at the front office never seem to know what theyre talking about (no one can ever provide accurate information regarding which units are available). Apparently these apartments sell themselves.
We lived at Alante for a year and in that time, they lost at least 10 items that were mailed to us that we put on our wedding registry, in addition to several other items throughout our time living there. When packages are delivered, if the tenant is not in the apartment, the packages are taken to the front office where AN ALANTE EMPLOYEE signs for them. According to a current employee, when someone shows up to get their packages, they simply give their apartment number, and the employee gives them the package without knowing if the person is actually the person to whom the package is addressed. Our registry has at least 10 items that are listed as being delivered to Alante that we never received, some perhaps being delivered there after we moved out. When I confronted Alante about this issue, they simply said that they (the people who SIGNED FOR OUR PACKAGES) are not responsible for who gets them. Essentially, employees at Alante signed for almost $300 worth of gifts that were sent to us, gave them away to anyone who came in and said the magic number without checking if they were actually the people listed on the package, then told us tough luck, were not responsible for your packages. Something is severely wrong with that, but if Alante is in charge of figuring out a solution, I wouldnt expect anything to be done about it. Dont live here, theres plenty of other places nearby that are run competently and where the quality lives up to what you pay.
Very disappointed. Took the time in to going to see their community and got turned away. Got turned away to view a model because the front desk was sick and had Monday reports to get done. Im sorry but for a place that claims to be accommodating they sure did not have the time of day to give a potential resident 10 mins of their time. I had just got out of the hospital and was looking for places all day. Very disappointing.
Well it was going good they have worked with us being late on rent, which is totally awesome... However our toilet has flooded our apartment twice in the last week.... They came the first time and dried the carpets... Yes blow dried toilet water soaked carpets not once but twice... The first time okay stuff happens lets get it fixed... Well no they changed carpet pads left the old carpet and turned the water back on for the toilet... Not yet fixed... Two days later it floods again... Only this time a couple inches of water through the whole house.... I was upset the toilet didnt get fixed thats the whole reason it flooded right.... Okay maybe second times the charm.... Nope they have yet to fix it but hey the carpets dried... I wonder how many calls itll take to actually get them to snake the toilet change the seals.. Something... I just got home flushed the toilet which we have been skeptical to use, guess what it has yet to be fixed... Their office staff is amazing the place its self is super nice... But the maintenance is just ridiculous...
Awesome layout and a very nice apartment also it is really quiet even on Friday and Saturday nights
The customer service is awesome at this complex Lindsey was awesome Im excited to move from Tucson to my new beautiful home and I love that they have garages which is an extra bonus. Large floor plans close to everything.
At first my husband and I loved this place but after being in these apartments for a couple of months everything started going wrong, the dishwasher was flooding, the AC stopped working for 3 days in the summer and it was leaking water, and the washing machine and dryer stopped working. We both lived in other apartments before this for a longer period of time and nothing went wrong like this, it was unacceptable. We couldnt wait to get out of here. Plus, they charge an arm and a leg for something that doesnt compare to the price. Theyre all about the looks of the apartment. Now that were out of there, were slapped with fees including cleaning fees after we cleaned and plus they have people clean and replace all the carpet anyways even if you clean so it doesnt matter. I wouldnt recommend living here, if you do I wouldnt say long term. So glad were out of here.
Ive been here for over five years experiencing a number of unpleasantries over the years. Im here because of the school, the neighborhood, and I hate moving. I am a good tenant, pay my rent on time always, keep up behind myself and keep my child in my sights and out if trouble. I just resigned a 6-month lease where my rent raised over 20%. I just came back from taking my kid to the pool to find all 3 pools are closed. Phoenix in August. Really?!? All of them?!? The pools are down too frequently for the prices they want. Amenities are part of the rent. No one gave me a discount all the times we had to go home from a downed pool, for days, sometimes weeks over the years. I cant fully express the nightmare, this year, with mosquitos and standing water from overwatering and clogged drains. Not to mention the awful smell. Tenants with huge dogs too good to pick up their dogs poop. The smell just walking to my car is distgusting and complaints about these dog owners is ignored. Dog poop bins overflowing and the smell. Unattended small children running amuck. In turn, they will nit pick you to death about patio furniture, inspect the inside of your living space, take pictues to make sure your space is clean to their lease agreement standards. If you get on their radar in a negative manner, you will be made unhappy and singled out.The double standard is ridiculous. The tenants and the atmosphere are far from luxurious, as they think lanolium in place of carpet and new fuxtures call for luxury rent rates and rent hikes.Overall this place sux and the snotty help in the office leaves little to be desired (the few friendly staff I encountered never stick around long). Ill be happy to have this trying experience behind me. Looking for a home to buy next spring.

Terrible. The management was horrible. They were very unwilling to work with us and answer questions for us. We lived there and it was the worst experience Ive had with an apartment complex.
Dont move here they dont listen about the water having contamination in it and there is dog poop everywhere
They will tow your car even if its in your spot. Bug problem. Half the outlets dont work and rent goes up by at least $100 every lease term
