This was my first apartment living by myself and I loved it. Pest control came frequently, no issues with plumbing or electricity, (but very helpful maintenence workers if you ever need help!) plus the office staff was always friendly and helpful. The bathtub looked a little unpleasant and there were some stains on the carpet, but everything was in tact and fully functioning. The only problems I had were unruly neighbors causing various noise complaints, and there were some drug dealers in the area but I just kept to myself. I was there for a year and I miss it. For the price its a pretty decent place to stay (pet friendly too!)

I am writing this review because I have seen major changes to Windcrest Apartments since the new owners of Odin Properties took over back in December 2019. Although there have been a few hiccups since Odin has taken over; but thats nothing compared to what may be in store for Windcrest Apartments residents. Being the person that I am, I make it my business to introduce myself to any new resident that has moved here, by welcoming them to the neighborhood. Im friendly, but dont dare cross me. Well, if you ever have a problem, call the office and speak to Marsha. Do not come to her with attitude, because the outcome will not be good for you. She is one of the few leasing agents that can sort out any issue(s) you may have. She listens to her residents. I have voiced my opinions to her about some things that needed to change out here and she makes it her priority to accommodate those needs. Marsha and Brendan are there for their residents and would go to war for them as well. Please do not lose these two. Odin Properties, I want to thank you for all that you are doing to make this community enjoyable. Now can we talk about possibly bringing a swimming pool to the complex?Have a blessed day😘

I have been living here for a year and the property has gotten alot better. The office staff is very helpful, professional and kind. Marsha the assistant property manager has been very helpful at all times. Brendan the leasing staff is professional and positive whenever i see him. Heather is the new manager and she also is helpful and nice. The apartments are nicer and cleaner.. The maintenance team is doing alot better as well There is very little to no crime. Great job all.

Great Location. Not a busy area, quiet & close to everything you need. The 1 bedrooms are nice and reasonably priced. Rick in the office was great. Was able to help me through the application process and kept me informed of everything along the way. Was in my apartment in a week!! Definitely recommend windcrest! Probably the easiest transition to a new apartment I have had!

Their office is very unprofessional and unorganized. I had a terrible first time experience with them. I was looking for a 2 bedroom. I called prior to going to the office to save time to inform them I wanted to fill out an application and specifically asked them if they were leasing 2 bedrooms right now. A guy named Ron, Rob (or something in that nature) said they are leasing and my name will be put on a wait list. Literally 2 hours later I came on my lunch to be told they don’t have any available and they’re not even taking applications for them. As people lose interest, find other properties to move to, move out, and get evicted DAILY I don’t think that was a smart business move. I’m a government employee and I would have been a good resident. Very very stupid. Then the light skin guy wasn’t pleasant to talk to when I walked in it was as if I was bothering him. Word to self if any job is more stressful than enjoyable GET A NEW ONE

Cockroach infested

If you want bed bug infestations, cockroaches in your kitchen, broken laundry machines, rude maintenance and a leaking ceiling that no one will fix, this is the place to go.Ive been renting here for 10 months and it is the worst. Overpriced, unprofessional and uninhabitable.Do not move here!
