I’m very happy with here champaign for moving in so far. Their staff members are very kind and helpful. I’m especially impressed with Stephen, who managed helping us to solve unexpected moving in issues in timely manner and under big moving in stressful situation. Stephen shows his professionalism and caring for his clients. I would recommend living in Here Champaign.
Here Champaign is an awesome place to live. The amenities are incredible. The apartments are spacious. When dealing with a potential conflict, Adrienne, the property manager, Stephen and the rest of the team were fantastic to work with. The resolved the conflict professionally and to everyone’s satisfaction. They always make themselves available. Maintenance is quick to react. The overall experience has been excellent.
Living at HERE was a great experience. The staff was friendly and very relatable but most importantly the apartment complex was great! I really enjoyed my time at HERE & everything it gave me from price winnings and morning surprising gifts. Overall great experience and wonderful environment
HERE is a very easy going and friendly place to live. The apartments are well built with great amenities. I really enjoyed the study room and game room. So many amenities, the best place on campus.
Great location with super friendly staff. The amenities, especially the study rooms and gym are a great plus. The staff, especially Dana, is very attentive and quick to acknowledge and fix any issues if they come up!
HERE is a good place to live. I lived at 309 as well and it was rubbish compared to the castle across green street. The amenities are amazing and the living spaces are very roomy. I would recommend it to everyone
I loved living at HERE Champaign for two years. I loved the staff, and the maintenance team was extremely timely compared to any other maintenance team I’ve had at other properties. The amenities keep you entertained whenever you have time to spare, but if you need to focus on school the study room is perfect and even has personal cubicles. Definitley a 5 star property!
The staff is always wonderful, and finishes my requests quickly. Stephen is my favorite staff member, he always recognizes my face and is so friendly! My friends and I love all of the amenities that the building offers, especially the bowling alley. All of the amenities are always clean which is nice. Id highly recommend living here, its so close to my favorite restaurants.
HERE is the best place my daughter has ever lived! The staff is always trying to fix any issues that may arise and they are very friendly! My daughter is very happy!
HERE is a really great place to be! The location is perfect, the amenities are so nice, and Dana at the front desk is super helpful! Love it HERE😄
I am writing this review for the HERE apartments complex located at 308 E Green St, Champaign, IL 61820. My daughter moving into this apartment in August 2020 and there have been nothing but problems. When daughter first move in the apartment was dirty, and was not cleaned at all. faucet was break en, stove was not working, shower have mold and mildew and still does, no hot water until after 8:00 am. So if you have leave out earlier you have to wait until you come back home to take a shower. The manger and regional manager dont seem to care that my daughter have to take cold showers and will not let her out of her lease. The manger holding my daughter packages which is against the law. The manager lie to stating they fill fix the problem which they did not. The apartment complex need the money, since she can not get hot water until after 8:00 am. All the amenities that they have you can not use.If the management response to this review please dont because me and my daughter have hear enough of your lies. Just the other college kids that gave you a bad review you not sorry and you will not help anyone just your company pockets.Sign very upset parent. To management please stop lying to the public, because I and my daughter have working with you for weeks and you choose to keep my daughter in the lease with no hot water before 8:00 am. Please stop stilling from college kids. Let my daughter out of your broken down billing and stop showing the model to every one and show the real apartment and not the bet and switch. Again shame on you again lying to the public.
I love living here! I feel very at home and taken care of. The staff is very kind as well. And i love my roomies :)
Great location, study lounge, and the corner two bedrooms are great if you like your space and need an apartment that is aesthetically pleasing! Dilara from the staff is always happy to help with any problems you might have, definitely would recommend
HERE is a good place to live with a great location on campus. The amenities make it especially convenient during COVID
You want to live HERE. You really do. There are great amenities HERE. Hot tubs are HERE. Saunas are HERE. Great gym HERE. Tanning beds HERE. Golf simulator HERE. Bowling alley HERE. Great sizable living rooms HERE. Great customer service HERE. HERE is better than over THERE. Trust me HERE.
Best place to live on campus! The staff is great and very understanding whenever a situation comes up! The rooms are amazing and I loved all of the amenities that came with living at HERE. Everything you need is easily available for you to use and enjoy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an apartment to live in for next semester! You wont be disappointed!
Staff answers all my questions and concerns quickly. They are really helpful.
The game room and gym here seem to be very attractive but useless. There are always broken facilities in the gym. The study room is always noisy and unclean. NOT WORTH THE PRICE. I haven’t lived there for half an year but they charged me the same and didn’t let my friends into my room. The move out inspection is very picky and charge high price. Terrible sound proof between each room because of the ventilation system. Go for somewhere else and you will have a better experience.
My daughter lives here it was an amazing move in and the staff are all so friendly .
While I dont live at HERE, I wish I did. A lot of my close friends live in this building, and I always love going over there to hangout. We have had so much fun all together using the bowling alley and the movie theater (we watched the final season of Game of Thrones). The apartment styles with an upstairs and downstairs make it feel very large as opposed to a regular college apartment. I am a senior this year so I wont be needing another apartment in Champaign, but if I did I would definitely choose HERE.
I love HERE apartments. the look and style of the units give it a modern feel and the amenities make life so convenient. i especially like the gym and tanning beds! great location too.
Very much indeed like this place HERE. They have amenities that no other apartment building around has, like a virtual golf simulator and a sauna. The best part though is the responsive and courteous staff!
HERE is one of the best luxury apartment buildings students can live it at UIUC!
I loved living at the HERE apartments. I only lived here for my senior year and wished I lived here all 4 years. The apartments are all so nicely furnished and the amenities in the building are well maintained and always a good time. I highly recommend living here!
Great place to live. Management is always there to resolve problems or to answer questions. There were a few problems that kept occurring within our apartment, but maintenance took care of it within a few hours. The gym needs to be cleaned a bit more. Overall best place to stay on campus!
HERE is an awesome place to live! The amenities are amazing and def a selling point. Also, the staff is super friendly :) loved living there!
Leasing staff are incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Rachael, Rafael, and Steven worked with me and remained patient during the application process with me. Cant stress enough about patience.
The amenities are more for show than anything else. Everything breaks at HERE and it takes forever to fix. The hot tub is never open, the elevators both in the parking garage and the main building have broken, the game room is never stocked, and to put the cherry on top the heating/ac in the building has been down for about a week. Not worth $850 a month whatsoever.
I really enjoyed living at here! The staff was great and I loved using the study rooms and the all great amenities!!
HERE is the perfect accommodation, ask anyone in Champaign and they will tell you. The facilities are amazing and the staff is always ready to solve any problems. The community is great and every time you walk around even if it is just running to class you will make a friend.
I lived at HERE my sophomore year and I absolutely loved it. I loved everything that they had to offer. I was never bored with having access to the bowling alley and the movie theatre. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful.
Living at HERE made my senior year fantastic. The amenities provided blew my mind. The price point is high, but getting a membership to a nice gym, golf simulator, and movie theatre in the building makes it really easy to never leave the building which I do not do often. The location is prime, right on Green St and only a one minute walk from the Red Lion.Leaving Champaign is a hard goodbye after living at HERE.
Living here has been incredible. I have lived in other on campus properties that charge similar prices but have terrible living conditions. Even though some amenities can be unavailable at times Im sure that has to do with intoxicated college students. In general this place provides a great variety of activities, areas of study, a gym that is much more desirable than the ARC, and a generally helpful staff. It surprises me that some residents have a bad time here, with the price I pay I feel as if I get much more than I pay. Ive lived in Chicago apartments that charge twice as much, have little to no amenities, and have terrible service. Would definitely recommend.
I do not live at the HERE apartments but I have a lot of friends that do. The amenities are amazing and Ive always had pleasant interactions with the staff members when I walk through the door.
Quite good experience HERE! Hope every room will have a individual temperature modified system. I believe this will not be a problem after summer!
Amenities don’t work. The room sizes are so small it’s not even funny. The staff is rude and not very accommodating.
Even 1 star is too much for this place. Worse place to be in. They charge such high rents based on the amenities that dont even work 90% of the time. They eagerly wait to fine people for anything they can find. You almost need to wait 15 mins to park the car in the parking lot, and the elevator is too slow. The hot tub is filled with moss and turned off most of the time. If your property is stolen, they dont take due care to even check the cameras. Worst part of it is KELLY. Literally 20/20 people I know in this building hate her. She is rude and a very inefficient employee. She yells at the residents and doesnt give a damn about the residents privacy and security. Avoid this place at all costs and save yourselves!!!
My daughter lives here, and Ive had a great experience. Courtney, Kelly, and James have all been helpful. Any questions Ive had or concerns have been addressed immediately. My daughter loves HERE, and so do I!
Everytime I visit HERE, I am impressed! It is very welcoming, with the cleanliness of the building and the friendliness of the staff. The entire management team has their residents best interest at heart. I truly believe that. If I was looking for a place to live, I would choose HERE!
Took a great tour recently and was super impressed with the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I saw what I wanted and to give me all the information I needed.
Wonderful location on campus.
HERE is amazing! They have so many incredible amenities and the front desk staff is always so friendly!
Touring with Alex Leadbeter made me very excited to live at HERE. I got to see all the unique facilities that sets Here apart such as the study rooms, bowling alley and spacious living areas. I especially am excited to use the in building Gym, which is a lot less crowded than the ARC. While the price point is high, it is very competitive with other apartment buildings in the area and is a better deal with all the amenities.
Living at HERE Appt was a lovely experience. The accommodations are very nice and the staff is extremely accommodating and helpful. The units get dusty so make sure to clean!! All in all I would recommend this place because the staff is so helpful and reasonable.
Very nice price for what it offers
Very nice price for what it offers
Worst housing ever!! Please dont ruin your college life staying here. Half the amenities dont work and the staff is always after you trying to fine and yell. Kelly yelled at me several times for no reason and doesnt deserve to be the manager. Shes despicable to look at, and shes no different from inside.
Wonderful place to live!
There are so many issues my friends and I have had, Im not sure where to begin.Amenities- The so called amenities that they promised are just a series of lies. Pretty much everything but their gym wasnt working upon moving in. It has been approximately 7 months since move in day, and half the amenities are still unable to be used.Management and employees- The people working front desk, security, maintenance, and the majority of management are warm hearted and kind people, that immediately assist you in case of a problem. However, numerous amounts of my friends and I have had issues with the property manager, Kelly. Kelly is incapable of thinking with logic and reasoning and enjoys screwing her tenants over. In the past month, I have been fined $600. $500 for a glass panel( located outside of the building) that my non-resident friend broke around 11pm. Kellys reasoning for holding me responsible was that I was the first person he made contact with, upon entering the building illegally. Note that the time I met my friend was around 7:50 pm, and we were out of the building by 9pm. Also, I was not with my friend when he broke the panel. I explained my reasoning to Kelly, but her response was along the lines of how I had to rat one of my friends out, and put the blame on them if i didnt want to be held responsible. The other $100 was a fine for vandalism. I accidentally dropped a pack of salsa.Would like to give this place no stars, but the employees that compensate for Kellys absurd reasoning, and inability to comply earned them a star.Honestly, if you have 900+ to spend on rent, 309, 212, GST are far better options.
Horrible experience living at this complex. The management is disturbingly unprofessional and quite frankly, rude. Whenever you have a legitimate issue that you respectfully contact the management staff for, they will go out of their way to take as little action as possible to help you. Multiple instances have resulted in EXCESSIVE fines that any other property management company would take the time to work with you. HERE advertises some impressive amenities that I want you all to know have been COMPLETELY NONFUNCTIONAL since Ive lived here. Also, the fact that their manager (I think her name is Kelly) is employed here shows how little they care about the company image. She is one of the most incompetent and lazy people I have ever met. In addition to blatantly going back on her word on numerous occasions, she is a very unpleasant person to deal with. Also note that the maintenance staff came into room without any notice and I was fined $200 for temporarily having a chair in front of my door because it was a fire hazard. HERE is probably going to reply to this comment and say that a fine this pointless would never happen, but my checking account says otherwise. From my experiences with 3 other apartment complexes at UIUC, I can without a doubt confirm living here was the biggest mistake of my college experience.
Awesome place to live!
One star is too much. This is a place that only want your money. After paying, they wont service you with smile face. The efficiency for everything is slow and bad. Sometimes we dont even have hot water. Internet is slow..This is not a nice place to live. Gross
I LOVE the amenities at HERE. Not only are the amenities out of this world but the HERE staff is very friendly and helpful.
Awful, all the 5 stars are people who work for this joke of an establishment. The place is garbage, everything falls apart, they are doing construction at 8 am when people are trying to sleep. They lie about their room availability so they can cluster random people together. I will never live here again, live at 309, Lancaster, 112 Green, or honestly any other place because it is awful. So so happy I will be moving out of here. Also the security guards are power hungry and will give you write ups. This isnt middle school, were college students. Idara, probably misspelled, is the worst employee at the establishment along with her sister. They lie and try to manipulate people, along with their GM, Kelly. Ridiculous. Good riddance, HERE.
Great amenities for the price! I did the roommate match and have had no issues. Ive also never gone over on my electric and water caps, which I find impressive.
HERE has great amenities and solid apartments to combine with an awesome location on green street. Staff was always very nice and accommodating.
Not worth it for the price. Amenities arent cared for (hot tub gave me a rash, gym rarely has cleaning) and the front staff are unprofessional. This place doesnt deserve the current rating as they throw promos to rate the building. Residents have account and are given $50 Amazon gift card for rating 5 star. And Kelly is the worst part of it. Never in my life have I seen a person more rude, arrogant and unprofessional. The reason Im posting anonymously is because they track residents down if they leave bad review and charge massive cleaning fee on move out day.
Loved touring these units! The amenities are unbeatable, and our tour guide Jim was so welcoming and kind!
So. My sister is supposed to move in right? Her roommate arrives, and someone possibly has been squatting in her room, the toilet was broken, and an exchangr student from China has her bins and clothes all over the living room!!! Her shoes are on the TV stand, just NASTY!!!! I means it’s a total disaster! They charged a $110 cleaning fee, but the unit was disgusting. It looks cool, and the front desk staff are super friendly, but yea. Don’t waste your money. I hope they get everything together by Monday or they’ll be hearing from our attorney. Seriously!!! Who thinks it’s cool to move into a place with the previous tenants things all over indefinitely?!?!! Nope! Run us our money and get it together ASAPtually!!!
Friendly staff, organized management.barely had to wait for the staff to respond to any complaints, the efficiency is on point consistently.
I have nothing but good things to say about this place and the staff. The location is great, the apartments are dope, and the staff really goes above and beyond to know everyone there which I find really comforting.Any negative reviews I see on here (not to be confused with HERE.) seem like tenants whining about having to pay fines when they don’t follow their lease. I drink a lot. If I make a mistake, I own up to it because I am an adult. Just follow the rules and there won’t be any issues.
Mold throughout apartment. Daughter slept on a friends couch in another building for first week of school until I drove down and moved her to another building. . Buyer Beware :-)
Staff is super friendly and has completely new management. Apartments are really nice and its an awesome location! Its like the newer, better version of 309!
Staff are super friendly and the views are great! Lots of nice amenities :)
Great place to live! Apartments are great and the amenities are top notch. and staff is pleasant to work with!
Everything OK, except for the Wifi that at my apartment disconects itself everytime. The gym, the cinema, the bowling are awesome as well as the apartment itself.
The Bowling Alley I recently tried was very nice. It was very well made and the 4th floor lounge was very nice. I would definitely recommend this place to others
Scammers. Their staff was absolutely the worst Ive ever spoken to. When they lied to me about the cost, I tried to get out of the lease, which they only let you out if you find people to take your place (as stated in small font on the 12 page lease they do not go through with you).Once I managed to find people to take my place, the HERE apartment staff tried to bribe them with lower rates and an Apple Watch if they signed a new lease with them. They literally did this 5 minutes after I told them who was taking my place. They also kept ignoring my calls and refused to let me talk to management. They only let me go after I went in person to the office with the people who took over my apartment. Thank Jesus I do not have to live there. They are not ethical. They should be sued for several reasons. From what Ive hear from my lawyer and others who lived there, they are going bankrupt, and I am glad.
Pros- The repairman is really fast and helpful for any issues your room may have. The Frontdesk staff are very friendly.Security guard is there most nights. Cameras everywhere!Bowling and pingpong lounge.Valet parking.Neg- hot tub wasnt repaired from Aug to Nov when weather was nice.
My experience so far with HERE has been good! I have not moved in yet but the location and rooms are beautiful. I am excited to use all the amenties
The apartment is good above all. However, the air conditioning machine is so noisy both in bathroom and bedroom, and makes it hard to fall in sleep and usually wakes me up from sweet dreams in midnight.
Outstanding facilities. Wish there was better maintenance. Cable isnt great. Water pressure pretty lousy. Amenities out of order take a long time to fix.
I am changing this review to two stars because the manager did reach out to me to address my concerns, which I do appreciate. However, that does not make up for the lackluster experience I had while living at HERE.It started before I moved in. They require renters insurance, which is not a bad thing, and through my familys insurance, this was covered. My father and I had to supply them the document stating that I had renters insurance at least 4 times, and again on the day that I moved in. I am not sure if they lost the document that many times, but they were hard pressed to sell me renters insurance. This lack of accountability on their side led to a bad taste to begin. On move in day, the person who checked me in was not friendly, and did not seem to care about their job very much. It did not make me excited to live there. In addition, they forgot to give me a check in document to list the status of my room and common area. I was notified a few days later by the manager that I signed saying I had received it, but the person checking me in was rushing us so fast through the process that that fine print eluded me. Fortunately there was no major damage in my apartment to begin, so this ended up not being a huge issue.A few weeks after moving in, I decided to check out the great amenities, only to find, to my great disappointment, that most of them were either closed or in disrepair. The movie room would not connect to a computer and the golf simulator was completely broken. Definitely a great way to start off my stay. The hot tub was also broken for most of the year. Now let me get to the rooms. When you first go on a tour, the idea of a loft suite sounds great. It looks cool, is spacious, and overall seems like a nice place to live. Although the rooms seem small on the tour, they feel even smaller in person. There is no closet, except for two very large external dressers that take up half of the room. In addition, they are in just slightly wrong proportions so nothing quite fits in the room in a way that makes sense. As for the common room, only the bottom set of windows has blinds. DO NOT get a room facing south (toward Green St.) as you will need to use your AC religiously. Since the top windows do not have blinds, the sun is constantly shining in and radiating heat, making the common room of the apartment a sweat box. So you turn on the AC. The AC only has two settings: off or 110% on. So if you are watching TV you are getting both boiled by sun and frozen by the AC, a pretty awful combo. In the personal room, there is essentially no way to orient your bed so that you are not constantly being hit in the face with AC, so for anyone who wears contacts to bed, good luck. Also, even when the weather outside is nice, the windows dont open enough to allow hardly any air in, so you are still reliant on the AC. Which brings me to my next point...The utilities. Now they do give you $40/person towards utilities, which is a fair amount that, assuming you are conscientious of your use, should never go over. I ended up going over the past couple months because my roommates used the AC too much and had other uses that accounted for much of the use. If you go over the $160 limit, they charge a $5 per person service charge, a scam plain and simple. Now this speaks badly on Conservice, the third party utility provider for the apartment, but it also does not leave a good mark on HERE. Unfortunately, it was in the lease that you pay a $5 service fee, so I could not get in on the class action lawsuit filed against Conservice, but in case you are interested, they have multiple class action lawsuits against them and have 1 star on Yelp. Great company.Speaking of the lease, this lease has the strictest guidelines on subleasing I have seen at school. There is a $300+ fee to release, with no option to (legally) sublease.I ran out of characters for this review, but parking is also atrocious and they said they would be breaking parking leases and they didnt, the final annoyance.
Theres a lot of cool things about this apartment. Theres also a lot of things that make me want to hurl. I considered moving into HERE next year because a couple of my friends lived in the apartment this year. Now that I have heard the complaints of the common folk, I will definitely not be moving in.The Good I Guess:Lets start off with the good. Front desk employees are kind. It is always a pleasure walking into the building. The Bad and the Ugly:The amenities dont work half the time bro like Im trying to cook a quesadilla and the front burner of the stove is barely hot. This forced me to cook my dilla on the back burner. Do you know how hard it is to cook a quesadilla on the back burner? It ended up being burnt and overcooked. Wouldnt have happened on the front burner. The walls are so thin. Like Im talking paper. I heard my friends roommate on the phone at 2 am while I was trying to complete my geography paper that was due the next day. The thing is, she wasnt even talking that loud. Gina if youre reading this, take the call out in the hallway next time. PLEASE.The terrace is terribly kept. Its a nice feature, but if my UltraBoosts are getting dirt on them every time I want to feel the cold air against my skin, is it really worth it to even step outside? Clean the terrace. PLEASE.TLDR; Price is too high for what you get. Youre better off living at 309. Cleaner, bigger, better.
Wonderful amenities and beautiful lofts. Professional staff are very approachable and work hard to make residents experiences positive.
Absolutely do not live here. Without a doubt the worst management Ive ever dealt with in my entire life. HEREs management team is the most lethargic, least professional, most incompetent group of people ever assembled. I honestly wish I could go back and spare myself the unnecessary and excessive fines, the half-assed amenities that only work some of the time, and the nonsensical policies that the management team implicates. If youre reading this, you care at least a little about the quality of your prospective apartment. Do yourself a favor and sign anywhere except for HERE, so you wont have to deal with some of the worst employees (if you even want to call them that) America has to offer.
Beautiful Place, just amazing. If you have the opportunity to live here, I would highly recommend it.
Gym is nice, but that is the only amenity that consistently works, as for most of the year the movie theater, golf simulator, and hot tub were broken simultaneously.
If you can pay the rent, its got an awesome location and amenities.
Sadly terrible management and service. Very poor professionalism.Went in to sign lease and receive the promotion of $500 gift card last year after being promised of it at the end of a tour. Afterwards, stopped by office couple times to retrieve the gift card before the lease began, which was not ready every time. Different staffs verbally confirmed the $500 gift card multiple times. Kept informing me the gift card was being delayed. Sat down and spoke to the Manager a couple months later, who refused to grant the $500 gift card now. Showed the manager the conversation thread of me and staff confirming the gift card. Still refused because it is not official, when in fact, they never sent any confirmation email and did not let me know I was supposed to be expecting any. Miscommunication was clearly 100% on the offices part, yet manager said they fired those multiple workers, and still refused to compensate me as lessor who undertook the financial damage. Sent the office follow up email with clarification, which was completely ignored.Terrible ethics and poor professionalism. Surprisingly extremely inflexible and intransparent. Very sad to be disappointed in such newly built apartment and to experience such encounters. Will discourage all friends and student peers from living here.At this point, HERE will probably read this and be vague in their apology, refuse to accept the mistake on THEIR miscommunication, and never reach back to me to compensate for my damage.
The manager is really mean and they never really want to help you solve the problem. I feel like like I am spending money to make myself unhappy.
First, Im happy to say that I enjoyed the following at HERE: 1) the gym, 2) the terrace 3) the overall room size. Please read the following to ascertain the reasoning behind my recommendation that you look elsewhere in your search for an apartment:In terms of the staff members themselves, I truly do believe that they were trying their best, and that the issue stemmed from either their lack of functional capacity or the nonsensical policies they were made to enforce. From meaningless fines to inconsistency in communication with certain staff members, I was very underwhelmed by the way I was treated as a tenant of HERE. In terms of overall security, I regret to admit that I often found myself wishing I felt more safe when I saw just how easy it was to get access into the residence area as a non-resident.Another example was a piece of property that was broken by a roommate of mine before he went abroad, which was subsequently missed in HEREs end-of-semester inspection. When the damage was finally discovered, the remaining tenants in the room were left bearing the burden (and damage fee) that rightfully belonged to the staff that overlooked the damage in the first place. Policies and resolutions like the aforementioned lead me to question the professionalism and financial health of this company, and definitely did not make me feel welcome as a tenant. After comparing my experience with that of others both on this Google review and from personal conversations, I am confident that I am far from alone in my assessment.I reiterate, if you are looking to stay at a higher-end apartment complex with solid amenities, I recommend Distillery, Green Street Towers, Johnstowne, or anywhere else that isnt owned by Bankier or First Column. With so many daily stresses youll have as a student, make it just a little easier for yourself and spend your money on a good apartment.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! This is the worst experience of living I have ever had. The rooms are terribly small and they lied directly to my face about the size and layout of the rooms and apartment. Also the place IS STILL not done with construction; there are workers in and out of this building daily. I urge you to look elsewhere to live, because after my last 7 months of living here I can promise you that this place is not worth it and it may be the worst living in all of Champaign-Urbana. TERRIBLE!
Great location, friendly and helpful staff and a great place to live!
Disastrous and very irresponsible management. Always coming up with excuses to avoid their responsibilities. Dodgy in every way. Resident satisfaction, per friends and myself, is extremely low. Would give zero stars.
Super friendly staff, truly the only luxury apt in CU
The worst apartment I have ever had! Bad service. The things they promise can never be finished.
Pretty nice place to live, lots of amenities, hopefully there will be more.
The worst part of the experience is the management. The manager Kelly is not accommodating and has repeatedly gone back on her word. All of the facilities that are advertised repeatedly breakdown and are not fixed for elongated periods of times - including the bowling alley, private theater, golf simulator and Jacuzzi.
Bad Management. I was verbally promised a gift card when I signed a lease, however they did not give the gift card they are supposed to give because there are change in management. Furthermore, they also wouldnt honor the referral gift cards. I referred 3 people to sign a 1 year lease and they are not interested to give me the gift card they promised.
Everybody that works in the office are brain dead. Couldnt even manage the online accounts right. My account was just deleted by accident.
As many other reviews claimed, HERE has the most inconsistent and incompetent local management team that I have had the displeasure of interacting with. I wish I could have cancelled my least and moved elsewhere.
Good facility but mediocre service.
My son recently moved into this facility and the customer service of the management has been horrendous. I have emailed them twice asking for a copy of an email and I cannot get a response. My kids will never live here again. I will never recommend this building to any of my friends.
Staffs and managers are very mean. Horrible service!
Terrible customer service! 3rd time I am calling to have my address changed. They keep shipping to an old address. DO NOT USE THEM. Makes me not want to buy a honda.
LOVE IT HERE!
Id rather be HERE than THERE.
Horrible management and service
