You can’t reach anyone here. The office is locked with no one there except for on days they pick up rent. Washing machines and dryers are always broken and leave your cloths smelling awful. They don’t even wash your clothing with warm water. As far as laundry goes you can just got to a laundry mat but not being able to contact anyone is really problematic.

Clean and spacious. Reasonably price! Located on bus route. Major shopping district 1 mile away. Post office across the street

Average low cost housing. Decent apartments for price.

Great place to live dont let these angry people fool you they all give Lisa a hard time and dont pay rent and move in people that are not on the lease. Lisa and her staff are great they respond to all my needs in a very timely manner. Lisa has worked hard to clean this place up I have lived here for five years now. before Lisa was ever manager and this place so much safer then it was with the old management. I would highly recommend Mattis North Apartments

Outrageous experience! We asked to get out of the lease early, granted I made sure that I and a few other people read the lease carefully to see if there would be any fees or payments to make for doing so, nothing was mentioned in writing, when I went to go talk to the landlady about it, she said that we didn’t have to pay anything unless we were out after the last day of the month, she then switched up when I handed the keys over. So, she’s trying to get me to pay for two months rent plus “late fees,” when I haven’t been late in paying rent, ever. The building is infested with vermin, roaches, rodents, and all sorts of spiders. Maintenance has barged into my apartment while I was showering. Don’t stay here, not worth the headache.

Horrible place to live. Management is rude and won’t listen to anything you say, the main manager is good friends with a few of the tenants who snitch on every little thing you do, they lie and manipulate situations in order for them to go the way they please. I have roaches and mice running through my apartment even when there’s a lot of noise and my dog is running around, mice running across my feet in the kitchen and hoping on the stove. On top of all of that all the outlets except the bedroom outlets work and they refuse to fix them, along with multiple leaks above the water heater. I EVEN CAME HOME TO A MOUSE IN MY SINK!!!! I had left the water while I was washing dishes for 5 MINUTES to run to my car and next thing I know the ugly dude swimming in my sink 🤢🤢

Worst place to live period . So me and my girlfriend lived here, we notified the management we were leaving here a month before doing so at first she said that would be no problem, but if we were not out by that time we would be charged two monthes rent . At the day of leaving she notified us we would owe two monthes rent, which we were never notified of until then. We asked her to see were it says this in the lease, in reply we get back you can read it yourself, if you dont pay, you will face the consequence pretty much verbatim, I was also told Id be moved out by force(bunch of thugs) . At the end of it all we have been charged 470$ for cleaning (PLEASE, are you serious?) 100$ for flooring (not a scratch on it from us, was crusty and had fleas on it first day when we moved in) 25$ for repair (understandable) two months rent (1190$, which I explained earlier was bogus) 150$ for late fees ( was never late once) . This place had mice, roaches, fleas, and whenever someone did anything down stairs we could smell it ( wont go into detail). If you have any sense, do not I repeat do not live here! Total mistake .

Mattis North is HORRIBLE. We moved in a year ago, manager was awesome and we loved it, that quickly changed. Newest manager is Lisa Lurr and she is the worst. She is racist, demeaning, and overall unprofessional. She uses bullying tactics to get what she wants. Dont try to even talk to her she becomes defensive and throws a tantrum telling you to not come in her office again. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

It would be a 4 star if they would fix their parking lot. The potholes are beyond . If it rains hard and you dont know the potholes are there you can damage your front in .

Worst apartment complex in town. Shootings are common. They hire criminals as maintenance men who will steal your money & property. Management is awful. Expect spiders, roaches, broken laundry machines & air conditioners. Late fees: no grace period. Parking lots are dark so cars are vandalized & broken into. If you like terrible management & high crime, then live here.

Manager is a rude, lying person. Dont do business with these people. They steal rent money. They break contracts.

Well seems that the upper management for this place is a joke.....I gave a 60 day notice and it has been 51 days since i moved out... The in site manger cleared me to get my whole deposit back but i have not seen a dime...

Broken windows, dirty, High crime rate, apartments need lots of repairs, and overall bad place. Do not advise.

Their landscaper is absolutely terrible. The management is awful and she is a terrible woman
