Im not sure why I had such a bad experience with this shop given all of the 5 star reviews, but I took my car here for a regular oil change and he ended up indicating that my muffler needed to be replaced as well. Not long afterwards, my car started making noises so I brought it back and Justin said that there was just one thing that was loose and needed to be tightened. But then a couple of weeks later, the noises started up again so I decided to go to a different mechanic in the area. He informed me that there were multiple bolts loose throughout and hoses that hadnt been put all the way on. Really frightening that he left my car in such bad shape and even had a second chance to take a look and correct those issues but didnt do anything. Definitely wont be bringing my car back here.

Great mechanic that is trustworthy and straightforward with pricing. A different mechanic told me most of my braking system needed to be replaced. I took it to Mr. Yoo because I didnt believe them and lo and behold, I only need rotors and pads.
