Great customer service and positive attitude. Yesterday my car stopped suddenly and I thought the battery may be dead. Called Cedar Rapids Towing 24-7 and Mccoy came to my rescue and explained to me that it wasnt the battery, but the alternator. I give him 5 stars for being genuine, helpful and honest.

Never use this company!! They refuse to give you receipt, over charge your card and lie about how long the tow is going to be! When you call to ask me about it they hang up on you!

This is the biggest joke of a company. Yesterday I waited 2 hours when I was told 30 min and nobody showed and I called them back and they said no one could make it and I was on for this morning at 8 . I was told when I called at 810 that nobody could make it this morning . This company is a complete joke.

My father and I got stuck in an unfortunate situation. With a flat tire and stuck at a construction site as the day gets dark on a Saturday night. Most places we called were closed, but Jason picked up right away to get our location. He arrived within 15 mins and helped up switch out our tire. Easy to deal with and Loves his job!! Jason was busy when I first called and then forgot to call me back but was profusely apologetic and showed up early the next day and to give me high quality service by expertly towing by car from the bowels of our building garage to our narrow alley street and then to my mechanic a few blocks away. I locked myself out of my car earlier this evening and was super frustrated because I thought it would be hours before I could get back in and get on my way home. I called AAA who dispatched Cedar Rapids Towing 24-7. To my surprise, they showed up about 15 minutes after they were dispatched! Jason was very professional and quick at getting me back into my car. This towing company was extremely responsive to my request and went way beyond normal customer service. I called at 8 pm because my dads car had stalled out in a street out of the city. McCoy helped me clarify if indeed my dads car was parked illegally and after determining that the car would be safe for the night we agreed on an early time the next day. They called my dad, arranged with him to meet and had even offered to Pick him up. I highly recommend this company if youre in the unfortunate situation of needing your auto towed.

Update 5/20/21Update 5/20/21 They were dispatched thru our roadside saying they would be here between 148 AM and 208 AM. Its 233 AM and they wont answer calls even from our road side assistance company! Lied saying they didnt have a order when I called right after they were assigned as the towing company then our roadside called and confirmed they had the information and would pick up shortly. Needless to say this has been a 3 hr order and still no show! Rude when answering calls, horrid customer service skills which havent improved in the 11 months since we last attempted to use them through our roadside which they are paid for!! Absolutely would NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE USE THEM!!THIS REVIEW WAS FROM 11 MONTHS AGO-20 min before they are to arrive to tow us the rude guy calls giving us an excuse the driver was dispatched to assist w the sheriff dept and werent coming but was insanely rude as we had already been on the side of the road over 2 hrs and its 2 am on a Monday morning! He offered no advice or anyone else to try and contact or anything! His reply was there isnt customer service people here over night yet clearly hes either the driver, dispatch or someone in the company and you would think would have more compassion for a woman and her 16 yr old on the side of a highway in a construction zone in the middle of the night who cant drive the vehicle as the tire cant be reattached to the vehicle or we would of drove it the 6.6 miles home! Worst company ever!
