Requesting a towing appointment from their website was extremely helpful. They allow for three time options. I was sent an email for one of the time slots. Talked to a very polite employee who was actually able to get me towed faster than planned. He understood my situation, took my info and had my car into a mechanic within the hour. I was sent an invoice for payment which was also very helpful. He was paid within a couple of minutes and I went back to work. Stress free, quick, simple and polite employees. What are you waiting for. Give them a call!

I was stalled on edgewood road, causing a major traffic stall. Corey (the owner) was off duty and happened to pull up behind me. I had a mechanic service on the way, but he insisted that he still help me get off the road for my own safety. He took the time out of his day to get me pushed onto an off-road, and asked for nothing in return. I highly suggest C&A towing for any of your needs.

The guy was nice and he came so fast I couldn’t believe it !! I was stuck at a gas pump .. Very professional snd got me in like 2 sec .. I love it and highly recommend them

Corey was awesome got there a little earlier then the ETA given! Was extremely quick to get my car loaded and back home. He was able to put my van in the exact location I wanted it as well. Amazing person and reasonably priced definitely someone I would recommend to others.

Corey got me out of a pinch. I was waiting on Darrah towing for over an hour and was told I had another hour to wait. I called C&A and in less than 10 minutes my car was jumped and running. For $25 less than the other tower. Fast, professional, great price. I could not ask for anything more. Telling everyone I know to use C&A

I want to give a shoutout and big thank you to Corey. When my wife and I needed a tow Corey was there before the estimated arrival time, loaded the car quickly, offered us water and candy, and when he got the car to our house he was able to get it lined up perfectly and put it perfectly in the garage so it could be worked on. We were very impressed and recommend him if you ever need a tow, jump, unlock, etc. Very nice person and great service.

Car gave out during holiday travels, and C&A was a lifesaver. Showed up on time, reasonable charge, got the car home, and even let us take our large dog in the truck, too. Great service!

Although we are unable to change out last review, my husband and I would like to re rate C and A towing after working more closely with the owner Corey. Although there was damage done to my vehicle after locking my keys in the car, Corey was more than willing to take care of the cost to fix the damages. I was able to get an estimate to him and he had a check in the mail the same day ( he even included some extra funds for my time and gas.) He was always quick to respond to us and we apologize for our frustration which shows in our first review. We really appreciate Corey and his quick response to getting my vehicle fixed. 5 stars!

Waited for 30 minutes past eta for these jabronis to show up to unlock my wife’s vehicle. Called all state and they said they are only getting these guys voice mail now. Super convenient considering it’s 10 pm and I have two young children in the vehicle waiting for these people. Saw some of the other bad reviews and it seems like this company is a piece of work. Dont recommend nor will they ever be given any work from me.

Waited over an hour for a tow truck to show up. When I called to see how much longer I was told the call was cancelled!!! I was never notified of the cancelation and had to call another company for a tow! They were not apologetic AT ALL either! Would not recommend this company! My insurance company was also not notified of the cancelation!

********Warning********CNA Towing and Transport: worst and most irresponsible tow driver I have ever experienced!!While helping a friend we had to use their roadside for a tow. The driver arrived about 45 minutes late. Then on top of that the driver did the following:-Speeding at 15-20 mph over 30-40 mph speed limit on gravel roads with customers vehicle on their Trailer!!!-BLEW through 3-4 stop signs on gravel roads.-Speeding 5-15 mph over speed limit in photo enforced ticket area on highway near/in cedar rapids with not plate on trailer(only the customers plates where exposed to traffic cameras!)-Did not have proper trailer turn signals on rear of trailer or trailered vehicle!This was the most unprofessional un safe tow/Trailer service I have ever experienced!I will NEVER RECCOMEND CNA TOWING/TRAILERING!!!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! My wife locked her keys in her car. They took for ever to respond to the location. Once they get there, they took almost an hour getting the keys out. In the process, they gouged the door, side panel, and inside the framing. Were talking gauges!! As she calls them to complain, they literally say, thats the chance you take! Thats their customer service!! And, apperently their slogan.. welp, we will see about that.

Corey showed up in half the estimated time my insurance company gave me. There was space enough in his truck for my 6 year old Daughters car seat and for me to sit next to her. He has a friendly disposition and spoke fondly of his children and offered us cold water on a sunny day. Forbid I ever have to be towed again, if I do I would request this company!
