I needed my sons truck towed to a transmission repair shop in CR. I called, card information over the phone...boom done. The lady in the office was wonderful, the transaction smooth. Truck picked up, delivered as agreed. Easy. Id highly recommend. Great service.

Have had a few friends who have worked here and they don’t treat their employees well. Most of their trucks don’t have heat for their employees (causing one of my friends to get beginning stages of frost bite as they couldn’t get warm), they fire people for random reasons and don’t give any warnings, one of my friends worked there for over 90 days and they didn’t even offer insurance to him even after he asked about it. I hope they can improve the treatment of their employees.

Im sure normally there service s are great but my car was towed and by time I was notified I had to give it to them. apparently 4 days of storage and a tow is just under a grand.

Bad communication. I called to get winched out of a snowbank, and the person answering the phone was unclear about how to get paid. I got myself free a few min later, and called back to cancel. I spoke to the same person. 12 hours later, I got a call from a driver saying that they were on the way. Yikes! Im glad I wasnt stranded.

Alittle tight for trucks but some room to do turn arounds

This company is pure evil it will tow your car out of your own parking spot hold it for 8 days then send you a letter that you have to pay $700 some dollars to get your car back now folks that is pure evil.

Best tow company in town

I am very disappointed in this service. They towed my car to the wrong place (an empty parking lot), and when they towed it to the right place they dropped it off without my name or contact information. Even though they fixed the problem, I was not notified once it got to the right place.

Pro Tow was coordinated with my insurance and the process was very easy. They brought me gas after I barely made it home without my wallet. The two guys laughed about it with me and were super easy going. They even stayed to make sure my car turned on. I will be saving their info incase I ever need a tow!

My driveway was extremely icy and I managed to wedge my van sideways between two walls of railroad ties. Two gentleman showed up promptly and even managed to hold back their laughter as they worked to free my van. These men were friendly and quickly freed the van so all of my neighbors could stop laughing. Thank you Pro Tow for helping me save face.

Fast service dispatch is alittle behind though

I called Pro Tow today to have then pull my son’s car out of a snow bank on Hwy 13. They gave me a window of time for the tow and called me 30 minutes ahead of the tow time to meet me at the location. The driver, Robert, arrived perfectly on time and quickly extracted my son’s car from the snow bank. Easy. I highly recommend Pro Tow since they do what they say and they do it with professionalism and courtesy. Plus, the price was very fair!

I called Pro Tow after my truck broke down to get it hauled to a mechanic. The woman on the phone was incredibly helpful and sympathetic. She asked for plenty of details of the vehicle, where it was, and where it was going. I had a ride coming but they still agreed to pickup and drop off the truck without my presence required. I called again a week later to get the truck moved from the mechanic to my home after I found out the motor was blown, and they were again extremely helpful. The same woman on the phone was incredibly nice, and the driver called to confirm some details when he got to my house. Even without me there he dropped the truck off. It seems obvious he knows what hes doing, as he put the truck in the driveway in an out of the way spot knowing its not running.I recommend Pro Tow for any towing needs. Very polite and respectful.

Called to get a tow at 7:50 am. The lady asked us to call back because they had a shift change at 8. I understand that it’s early and you are almost off but this isn’t an ideal situation for us either.

Very quick response time. Customer service over phone and from driver professional and efficient.

Workers were good. Had a loaded semi stuck in a ditch. Class B road after it rained. No easy task to get it out by any means. Equipment wasnt working properly, winches, cables breaking. When they got the trucks to work properly they got it out but my company paid for all the time the non functioning units tried. Total bill $11,000 dollars. If the trucks functioned properly it would have been done in half the time.

Great service. Easy to work with. Quoted 75 minute wait time and called to say on their way 15 minutes later. Flat hourly rate. {Same rate a competitor gave me for only 30 minutes of service!} Quite easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

Do not use this towing company, they are absolutely horrible. Dispatchers are rude and the drivers dont keep track of time so they guess and when your paying $250 an hour its always more not less. DO NOT USE!!!

The few times over the years we have used them for towing they are always fast to get to us. Each driver we have met has been friendly and helpful. 70 bucks for a tow anywhere in town. To bad its always sad to see you car on a tow but at least they are here to help 24/7.

No one is in a good mood to get a tow however called at 530am and they answered quickly and had a truck there within 20 minutes. Cory our driver was professional efficient and kind- best tow company in Iowa!

After a 2 day tow ban I unfortunantly had a tie rod break leaving me stranded 1/2 on & off the road.Through my insurance company I called to get a tow, but after a 2 day ban all tow companies were extreamly busy.The insurance company wasnt having any luck getting a tow truck lined up, I suggested Pro-Tow because of the superior quality, expedience, & great qualified drivers.She said she had tried but the line was busy, ( as to be exspected) I asked her to try again & that after past experiences with Pro-Tow I preferred them, she did & got through the second time.She set up the towing & called me & said a representative from there would be calling, I know more than hung up my cell when I got a text from Pro-Tow asking to allow them to G.P.S. my location which I did immediately.Two minutes after I allowed that I got a call from Pro-Tow saying I was on their list, a very long list, but I was on it, and said it would be roughly 180 minutes due to the overload of calls & all the stranded vehicles.I fully exspected a wait because of the weather we had gone through & the number of vehicles i saw in the ditch the day before & Im sure alot of dead batteries as well.Their exspediance was so awesome, not 3 hrs. as thought but within an hour & a half i was on the roll back & heading for home.!!Thank you Pro-Tow for keeping me informed by text & also the great service I have come to know from past exsperiences.I highly recommend going with Pro-Tow for all your emergency needs.!!Thank you again.!! 😎😎😎

We had a service truck that was down yesterday in the brutal cold weather-- would not start. We needed it at Novak Heating to be able to service people eith NO Heat- Pro Tow was super about this and helped us get this truck to our shop. Great job guys/gals--we appreciate it!

Professionally priced unprofessional service. Sums it up pretty much, told me they dispatched a truck to tow my truck to the shop. Dispatched a truck that was too small and never called me. I call 4 hrs later and they tell me they are getting ready to dispatch the correct truck!! Then tried blaming me for incorrectly informing them of the weight, like I dont know how much my truck weighs!!!! Regardless nobody ever called to tell me that they werent pitching it up until 5 pm when I started this process at 10 am

Roger and Zack were on time and very helpful. Roger even let a car go buy before he blocked the road to tow a large bus and took time to park it where the shop owners wanted. Price was very reasonable.

Watched their driver handle awful traffic, & terrible corners, and rude drivers with a cab & trailer in tow. Driver was patient, efficient, and drove safely! Doesn’t sound like much but a large tow truck, a cab and a 53 foot trailer in heavy and rude traffic, and turning corners without clipping anything or having traffic move for you is impressive.

I called them to come get me off the interstate where I was broke down. I was 32 miles south of there shop on 218 and 1.5 hrs later the wrecker is still driving around looking for me . Do not waste your time with this company.

I have dealt with a lot of towing companies over the years and Pro Tow is the best towing and assistance company Ive ever dealt with. From beginning to end all the employees were kind and sympathetic. Weve used them 5 times between my wife and I and we plan to use them again if need be.

The guy from protow came out to tow my work van and we told him whats was going on with it. In 10 minutes he helped me clean the terminals on the battery and get it back running! I saved the money I would have spent on the mechanic by him helping me out

CarPro tow is legit AF. They towed my car outof darrahs for 100 dollars less than what darrahs would do it for. The tow truck driver Howard was polite, professional and managed to squeek my car in a very tight spot he definitely deserves a raise. You guys are the bees knees, definitely will recommend pro tow to anyone I know needs a tow. Keep on rocking guys *fingagunz*

Had my tractor and trailer towed, the guy who showed up had a very bad temper, was screaming and throwing things around. Not professional at all. Would not recommend

This place is creepy. I had a woman who works there stalk me on Facebook, then call my place of business trying to find someone who played softball for Clear Creek Amana 10 years ago. Obviously not working during working hours.

Quoted a job to load a small 5x10 trailer. got it loaded. The driver did a great jobBut the price for the 30 min of work went up $25 more when what was quoted. So of you have money to burn use them.
