This company was excellent to work with. They were so nice and prompt when my daughter had a flat tire on the highway. The driver was concerned about safety on the road and even followed us to make sure we made it to a safe place after the spare tire was put on. We will definitely use their services again.

I called Fast Tow on Sunday afternoon after my car’s only key fob broke, and thought I was trying to steal it. Stephanie was so helpful right from the start, with availability as soon as that afternoon! I scheduled a tow for the following morning, paid the insanely reasonable charge and all was well! Come the next day around about an hour prior to tow, I get a call from Stephanie. Her and Kevin had talked about my situation, and wondered if I might not need them, had offered a few other solutions, etc. This blew me away; a company I had already paid coming up with other solutions to help me, and offering to refund me the cost right up until the scheduled pick up!? How. Cool.Fast forward— I met Kevin for the tow, he popped my key fob back together (something I had attempted but it was slightly off) and my car started right up! He offered to not charge me the full tow price, but due to the situation and already having paid, I asked him to take it to McGrath for me anyways. Kevin was so unbelievably kind and genuine, and efficient! Got my car to it’s destination, thanked him and went on my way. An hour later Stephanie called to let me know they had refund me $40 because of my “unique” situation. Some of the best people I have ever worked with! Truly one of a kind people who actually care. If you ever need a tow- call them!

By far the nicest and most professional tow company I’ve used. Having to call roadside assistance is never enjoyable, but if you need it, this is the company to call. Kevin went above and beyond by offering to look at our car after we broke down, and even charged a very reasonable rate. If in the future I need roadside assistance, they’ll be the first ones I call.

My girlfriends car wouldnt start after work, we called roadside assistance and was jerked around for hours on a Thursday night. I had to cancel the service that night and schedule it for Saturday. Saturday morning I woke up to a call from Fast Tow, Stephanie asked me a few questions and as I was about to head clear across town to meet Kevin she told me that there was no need. She said that she would let me know if there was any complications to where I would have to head out there. About 45 minutes later she called me back to let me know that Kevin was almost to my house already. Kevin asked me what was wrong with the car and I told him that it was either a dead battery or a bad starter. He told me to pop the hood and got my car running. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. Ill be recommending them for anyone that needs a tow

I was strangled on the side of the interstate and was panicking Stephanie guided me through the whole process and ensured that my car will be towed shortly. Shoutout to Kevin for coming out on his birthday to save my car. Pricing per mileage is extremely reasonable and even though my vehicle is an older BMW Kevin still treated it gently. The tierod came apart on the passenger front tire. I was stranded in Cedar Rapids, 137 miles from home & there were no rental cars available. I contacted roadside assistance & they notified me that Fast Tow LLC would be my rescue. What a god send they were!!! They towed my vehicle & me 137 miles home. So professional & courteous!!!! The nicest couple who run a business that I have met here in town. When I called Stephanie was so helpful. She was reassuring and unlike other companies they act like they could careless if your vehicle is stranded. She offered to have Kevin check my shifter first since that was the issue. Since it did have to be towed she was extremely professional while I was giving her directions on how to get to my house through all of the road construction on first ave. She didnt sound irritated or come off rude like Ive expierenced with dispatchers at other companies in the surrounding area. When Kevin arrived with my truck you could Tell her takes Peter in what he does and ended up showing me what was wrong with my truck. Very professional people and I hope I wont have to call for a tow again anytime soon but if I do I will definetly call them!!!

I’ve had the bad winter experience with my vehicle breaking in the middle of winter, rushing around everywhere calling places to get my vehicle in to get fixed. Or even places to tow and this great company picked up the phone 4 or 5 times I called them to tell them different places to get my vehicle towed and they were so awesome and amazing with changing locations with an ease and quick data change I have to rate them 5 stars and for just professionalism and awesome service and truly great communication.

Amazing compassion from this company. Brought his wife in a separate vehicle to take us to car rental place. After seeing it could be fixed on the side of the road he ran my husband into town to get the parts and helped fixed the tire. Couldn’t ask for better service!!

Absolutely recommend! Even with other customers in line ahead of me, the owner and driver was still able to make it to me in a very short amount of time. Even with our vehicle not running he was able to get it loaded up in about 30 minutes. The whole process from first call to drop off only took an hour and a half. Cost was well worth the customer service and level of tow service offered. If I could give higher than five stars I would!

Called about 10:15 with a dead battery, asking for a jump. Kevin showed up by 10:30...tried to jump it, and accurately diagnosed my starter was shot. He then towed my car to the dealer...and went way above and beyond by offering me a ride home. Normally, not that big of a deal, but I live about 20 miles from town, and this was after 11 pm by now. Super grateful, and Ill never call another towing service again. If you need a tow, and you dont call Kevin, youre doing it wrong.

Such a nice guy, called another towing company they were utterly useless, took them an hour and a half and didn’t do anything, didn’t get my car out and said it was stuck, then we called this company and let me tell you what a guy. Got there in 20 minutes to the other side of town. Super friendly and actually knew what he was doing. Got it done quick and hassle free.

I needed a jump start and called a different towing place and they offered to do it in 10 hours for about 70$. I called fast tow and he came in right around 10 minutes and did it for 54 bucks. He was very friendly and let me sit in his truck while my car warmed up to pay and also talked to me about my battery problems and places to take it and even offered to replace it himself. He is a very nice guy and easy to chat with. He has earned a lifelong customer!!! Thank you so much!

My husband and I where together when my car died on East Post road a few days ago when we had a snow storm come in and while it was getting dark. They where so kind about the whole experience and their service prompt! He wasnt going to let us be stranded and helped me and my husband get home too while he towed our car back to my apartment. He also helped my friend get some gas when his car ran out. His gas gauge isnt working right and underestimated how much he had. Made sure he had enough to get to a station. Felt bad we called so late but he was able to come from across town!

Fast Towing will now be the only towing company I call. I called many towing companies to try to get my car towed by a certain time and fast towing was the only one that worked with me and got my car to the repair shop for the appt! He was there to tow my car in under an hour, even though other tow companies were quoting 4+ hours to some time today probably. He was super helpful, kind, and very reasonably priced. I will be recommending him to everyone. He even offered to come grab the keys so I didnt need to leave. VERY pleasant experience.

He actually cares about his customers and helps beyond his duty.I lost my car key and needed to tow the car. Although they were a towing company, the guy took his own time to search key replacement dealerships that could help me at lower costs regardless of the fact that he never seen my face, and my accent. In addition when I told him I was a full time student with no income, he understood and offered me the best discount. He even worked late so that the key replacement shop could get my car done as early as possible. It is great to know that there are still people like that in the world. The name says it all. Although it should be Fast and Friendly Tow. Was very careful to be sure that the vehicle wasnt damaged while loading it up (more than I can say for the other towing company who damaged the fuel line with their flatbed that resulted in the need for a second tow). Will be my first call the next time I need any service.

I set up an appointment to tow my 1968 Dodge Charger.Had my car that would not start in my garage and the driver looked at it to make sure he could tow it, he then had me roll it out into my driveway and then decided that rolling it into the road would be better. Looked under it and decided he not going to tow it and just left, No help pushing it back or anything
