Dont do it! Dont sign that lease! Where do I begin?!? First of all, the elevator is either always down or stinks of pee because someones pet keeps urinating on the elevator mat. With that being said, the elevator rarely undergoes regular maintenance or CLEANING! Second of all the ROACHES!!!! Big roaches, small roaches, and roaches in between. Exterminating services are included in the rent fee, but they have been here twice to spray the place and the roaches are still strutting around. And believe me, we clean all day and all night. Kitchen is always clean. So clearly its not us. Oh and the rent increased upon renewing our lease, go figure. Go to Quest across the street or wait for the new apartments across the lake to finish building or maybe even Alden down the road because this is not worth the money they charge.
A very big shout-out to maintenance for clearing my front townhouse stairs so I can safely take my dog out during the interesting Texas weather .Tanner rocks.
Lived here for 2 years. Good management, great location [shopping, food, recreational parks, etc.] Nice apartment with nice appliances.Amazing place to live if you dont mind 25-30 minute drive from downtown (no traffic).Loss of 1 star:My apartment was not properly cleaned prior to moving in. There was so much dog hair in the carpet that it should have been replaced. It was shampooed in a timely manner, but no matter how often I vacuumed, I never got all the dog hair out the carpet.Balcony door needs weather strip. Anytime theres a major thunderstorm, water seeps through the door. I woke up to a nice puddle and flooded rug on a few occasions.
I have been a resident for almost 2 years. This property is a great location . The staff is very helpful and responsive to any concerns. The management continues to make upgrades to the property. Highly recommend the property. Love the access to a city park and the property being within a neighborhood.
Love this place!! Amazing staff! Lucas Cantu helped me out with everything & made me feel right at home from the start! Highly recommend.
I had a terrible experience moving into this apartment. I drove from Dallas to see it before signing the lease, upon arrival they showed me their model and it was clean and organized. I signed the lease based on what I saw. Whenever I moved in, I was very surprised by the condition of my apartment. The apartment I moved to was no where close to their model. Floor full of paint, wall full of patches, apartment not clean in the middle of the pandemic. Nasty dead and alive Roaches under the cabinet. I let the pictures speak itself. After 2 month of going back and forth I decided to move out. On my last day before moving out, they calling me saying we heard you lost a dog and if it’s your dog, you have to pay deposit. The dog was my friend who came to help me pack. Man it’s funny as hell where they wanna catch anything before I leave because of their terrible management and horrible Customer service. Also, when I moved out they wanna still charge me for apartment condition, when the apartment had no condition whatsoever when I moved in. Everything about this place is terrible and unprofessional. If you moving in, make sure you see your actual apartment before signing the lease.
We love the area & the team is great!!! Our apartment is gorgeous, quiet & we love the space. Fits us perfectly!!
These apartments are great! I have loved living here. It is so close to all of my shopping needs and there are a lot of cool places around here. The staff are WONDERFUL and are really personable. There is also a great workout room!
Terrible experience... Apartment was flooded twice due to improper installation of the washing machine, causing my whole apartment to flood 1 inch. The water damaged the power supply to my computer as well as our furniture for the second time. We contacted management and soon stopped receiving email responses. I forward this conversation to upper management and still havent been contacted. My issue were completely ignored and now with new management theres little promise that it will be resolved. They also refuse to replace the dog bags throughout the apartment complex and yet state residents are responsible for picking up whether we have them or not and will receive a 50$ fine if not done so. Wait what? I pay 1,080 for a studio and you cannot replace the dog bags and now threaten to fine us. Also the build quality of the apartment is terrible, my sink fell in and I can hear every step my upstairs neighbor makes. This is a joke, and I would advise anyone who is considering to think otherwise. I cannot not wait till my lease is up at this luxury apartment.
What I love the most about living here, is that everyone who lives here is super friendly and nice. Ive made some good friends here. The apartments are up to date, spacious, as well as the appliances. Front office has a friendly staff, their always willing to hear your concerns or any issues you might have. Finding a place that would accept my dog, was difficult, but at The View, they welcomed her with open arms. Thank you.❤
Nice, upgraded apartments. Dog friendly. New management is awesome!
Out of all the apartment complexs I have live in, these are the best! Very modern and up to date. They are in a perfect location so I can address all my shopping requirements. The staff here is also the very BEST! They are personal with you and make you feel so welcome!
Love it! Amazing Staff, Amazing Management, Great Location!
This is the cutest apartment complex! Super modern and I love the kitchens. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the market for an apartment in Cedar Park
Man i love this place this will forever be my home the staff is amazing the apartment is awesome and Kayla helped the process smooth thanks again
Beautiful property. Great location. Management could be improved. Most people dont pick up after their dogs. Not enough pet waste stations. Its an ongoing issue that has yet to be even somewhat resolved. Slow-acting maintenance team. Apartments built too quickly so a lot of minor flaws within the actual apartment. Also, each apartments door is on a shared hallway facing one another much like the lay out of a hotel. Slamming doors is very common and sets off everyones dogs barking simultaneously.
Everyone in the leasing office is very friendly and nice. Apartments are very nice inside, open and spacious. Have nice natural light throughout their apt options.
Keep in mind most people only write reviews when they are upset with something their apartment has done. So here is our review after living here for 4 months. Before moving in, we were hesitant due to a few bad reviews. However, none of these have proven to be true. The apartments are nice, the bathrooms even nicer. It feels modern and comfortable. There is a nice dog park within 100 yards of anywhere on the property, and in general there is not a ton of dog poop lying around the community, in fact with the exception of the dog relief area, animal feces is far and few in between. We cant hear our neighbors except on a rare occasion, and there is always parking anytime of the day. The gym is clean, and well maintained and the pool is just as nice. Yes there are bugs outside in the spring and summer, but there are bugs all over Texas and the only problem we have had within our apartment itself, is a small amount of Ants in our baking pantry. However, ants can be expected anywhere in the south, and buying airtight containers alleviates this. That all being said, this is still an apartment. The floors have dings and dents from previous tenants, and the door frames do have some water damage due to storms over the seasons. Neither of these are super noticeable and honestly I see the maintenance guys working very hard day in and day out, so I know its not due to negligence on their part, and you only notice these things if you live here, our guests have never noticed. The management is pleasant and VERY easy to work with. We have worked with both the Manager Mark and everyone under him and havent had a single bad experience yet. Mark is friendly and quick to address concerns. He even came in SUPER early on a WEEKEND to make sure our needs where met. When is the last time you saw that ANYWHERE?Another HUGE selling point for us was the big pond and park across the street. Its so nice to be able to take your dog out whenever you want and be right next door to a park.
The View at Cedar Park is awesome!! The location is ideal, the staff is SO nice, and the complex is clean! If you are looking for a modern style apartment in a suburb of Austin, this is your best option!
The apartment complex is very new and is also modern. However, the rent is relative high in the market comparing to those other in Cedar park. The administration $200 is unreasonably high so does trash fee $16 per month. Id find some other similar apartments but the range falls in $900 ` $1000 with much larger swimming pool, BBQ area and other amenities.
Very friendly and helpful staff. This place is great and doesn’t have breed restrictions so 5 stars from us.
From the time we moved in in January to now in June we have seen this place go down hill quick. Letting these lazy people move in here with their bad habits is making this place ugly fast. Hopefully the staff can get some order around here
This is hands down one of the worst apartment ever. Yes, it is in a very convenient location. But read my experience below and decide for yourself.Day 1:House wasnt clean, cobwebs, live spiders, dead crickets, unclean carpet. We went to a hotel and asked the office to take care of it.Day 5:cobwebs cleaned, dead bugs still there. still no clean apartment.Carpets not cleaned.Day 6:Shower didnt work on one bathroom - fixed next day.Tub doesnt drain in another bathroom-not fixed. One of the bedroom flooded with water - unusable for 4 daysDryer vent not connected -fixed next dayDay7: carpet ripped for dryingDay 9:Carpets fixed,The kitchen sink fell into the cabinet in the middle of the night. One of the cabinet handles came off - not clipped in properlyDay 11:kitchen sink still broken, carpets still not cleaned, shower drain still not workingBut yeah paid rent for every day. No response or accountability from the management. Every single person i spoke to in the apartment has a horror story.Hands down the worst apartment i have lived in USA.
When we came to look at the apartments we were told ours was new, but after weve moved in we realize that was a lie.1) all the light fixtures and switches are crooked2) the wooden floor is extremely scratched3) half the drawers/cabinets creak and get stuck when you open or close them4) the air filter was BLACK and disgustingThe very first time we used the washing machine it started to leak (but was supposed to be new). The maintenence man showed up right away, pulled the washer and dryer out of the closet, inspected, said hed have it fixed later in the day or next day at two latest....the was two WEEKS ago. Hes come back twice and hasnt fixed it yet. Its still pulled out in the hall. The apartments themselves are dysfunctional, heres why:- Theres no pantry in our two bedroom apartment and the cabinet space is limited- There are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms....this is Texas....there should always be ceiling fans- The cabinets lift upward instead of outward like in an RV and theyre up high so if youre under 55 theyre difficult to close- There is ZERO water pressure. And, the shower heads in the bathrooms didnt match, one was clearly replaced. (But again, this apartment has never been lived in)- Only half the blinds open when you pull the chord (on any of the windows)And lastly, the front door.. you know how in any door every theres a lock and a key? Well, not here. Theres a tiny round chip the you have to hold against the door and wait for it to flash anytime you lock or unlock from the outside. If youre carrying groceries, children, laundry, anything heavy at all you have to set your stuff down and use both hands to open the door. Its the stupidest thing Ive ever seen.Positives:- The closest is HUGE- There are plenty of outlets- The pool and gym are nice and clean- Parking is great
Great place to live everything is very close by and staff is amazing highly recommend.
DO NOT LIVE HERE / PLEASE DO RESEARCH FIRSTPros: The head maintenance guy is great, every time i see him he is working extremely hard. Comes in super early and stays late.Cons:* A lot of bugs, Very dirty and non-maintained property. They charge you pest fees but the place is always crawling with bugs. Dog poop is everywhere.* The trash dumpster is frequently overflowing.* Cars have been broken into, Light Poles do not work at night.* The appliances may seem nice but are lower models so they tend to break often.* The apartments use cheap 3rd party companies that will cause you frequent headaches. (Example, they hired a company to redo the breezeway and told everyone they wont have access to their apartment until 5 PM, The guys were still working at 7 PM and the cement still needed to dry) (Another Example, They use Firetron to test the fire alarms, you can hear the alarms going off from the shopping center down the street, Im not sure why but the Firetron agent went into my bathroom to verify the alarm was working and walked in on me naked....)* There was a HUGE leak in my apartment which caused water to come in through a light fixture. It caused a lot of damage to my things. Very dangerous situation. Was told to file an insurance claim and they get to it when it stops raining. Process took over two weeks. At the end of the day i have hundreds of dollars of damage, a bedroom i couldn’t use, and a high electric bill because of machines that were brought in.The responses from the “owner” are generic copy and paste.
Apartment was said to be move-in ready, it was in a really bad state (cigarettes in the dryer, and mold and mildew in the washer). The apartment itself was very nice, the building is well insulated, we rarely hear any neighbors. Its close to everything, and out of sight at the same time which is great.Biggest issue I have is on the 2nd day of living here there was a rainstorm, and our front door (townhouse unit) let in several dozen gallons of water. We reported it numerous times, and after about a month of waiting, and several more rainstorms we got someone to come out and repair everything.Besides this issue the units are nice, the amenities are great, and the layouts are modern and very comfortable. If you are getting a townhouse, bring towels in case your front door gets flooded like ours did, but expect a nice apartment overall.
I moved in February. Move was easy and staff was great. Going pretty smoothly so far!
This complex is quickly headed south. The pool floor is filthy, the tenants are parking their broken down cars for months, and staff isnt doing much other than adding to the fire.Im sure with the right management in place these apartments can clean up the mess thats been made, before it gets anymore out of hand.
New management is awful and disrespectful. It seems as it is to much hassle to maintenance the dog park and replace the dog bags, but they are able to put a flyer treating a $50 fine for not cleaning up your dog. Terrible staff and management.
This complex has been a nightmare since day one and now that mark the new manager has come into the scene it’s turned into what now feels a prison. There’s constant changes to things that were a plus to this place is negatives . The ground keeping to this place is ashame seriously dog feces sits in walk ways and around the complex for days on end I understand it’s a collective effort but come I’ve seen the same feces and issues remain days on end and there responses are it’s a courtesy. There’s always empty promises with this place also dealing with lies I’d rather just be told I don’t have the answer or the truth which is they don’t care obviously, rather then be lied to. Conclusion the apartments are cheaply made the response time is horrendously slow to anything the amenities have be restricted the complexs are filthy my wife has six more months and she will not be renewing at this place Don’t let the these people fool you listen to the reviews.
Very quiet and modern area. Very nice houses, and around a plethora or eateries.
Modern and upgraded units, great pool, fitness center and free coffee 24/7.
This property is awesome. The Staff is great also.
Great place to live. Management is awesome!
Seams to be new and modern in a very central location in Cedar Park.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. BRAND NEW PLACE BUT ITS IS A PILE AND THEY DONT FIX ANYTHING. IM WAITING OUT MY LEASE THEN LEAVING. THERE ARE ONLY 2 PEOPLE IN MY BUILDING THAT HAVE LASTED THE LENGTH OF THERE LEASE. MOST HAVE TERMIMATED THERE LEASE EARLY AND MOVED.
Nice apartment!
