Never move-in to this property,You name and you get all kinds of unpleasure experience.a. not professionalb. not responsivec. poor valued. poor qualityWill add more to this in my next post!
My husband and I toured Bexley at Silverado and had a great experience. The amenities seemed to be updated which was nice. We really wanted a home with a yard but they didnt have any available for when we wanted to move. The gentlemen who gave us the tour were great. We were asked to share our touring experience with a google review. 10/10
Avoid. Period. I would put zero stars if I could. They had a leak in the unit above and our unit was totally flooded. The emergency crew came in the morning and we were basically forced out of our apartments. They removed carpets and ceilings where it started to fall down, brought dryer appliances and told us we had to fully move our furniture by the next day. I spoke with the management (Amanda) and she assured me they would end our lease earlier and reimburse the electrical bills (these dryers can make up to 100KWt per day). Not only they didnt do what they said but they actually told us we were responsible until the our original lease expired and also took extra from our deposit to cover the last water bill while they were doing repairs! Shame on you, Weinstein Properties, for such a petty and barbarous behavior!
Just wanted to say thanks to all of you ( Joe, Tatiana, Stevie, and the maintenance crew) for going above and beyond to us during this difficult time weve been thru waiting for our home to be repaired after the Ice Storms of 2021. We appreciate you taking time to listen to our concerns, getting repairs done in a timely manner, and making our apartment feel like home again.
The most UNPROFESSIONAL and UNWELCOMING experience Ive ever had at an apartment complex. I applied and it took them over two weeks to get back to me about my dog I put on the loan....I have the paperwork for him and everything and they still gave me a hard time for it. Then 3 days...three days before I was supposed to move in they told me they had to push the move in date out. I went to the office to get more clarity and the guy working there said they were busy and asked if I could come back another time...sooo rude. I understand that there was a roach infestation in the apartment my fiance and I were supposed to move in to but where did they expect us to live with 3 days notice? Ive heard bad things about this company before and Im so happy that we didnt move in there. Save your time and go somewhere else.
I am extremely impressed with Bexley at Silverado and am very glad I chose it over all the other apartment communities in the Cedar Park, Leander, and Round Rock area. The floor plan of the unit I live in is very open, spacious, and achieves maximum utilization of the available space. Unlike any other apartment I have lived in there are storage closets on both sides of the apartment, which provides separation from the neighboring units on both sides. The hallway provides separation from the neighboring units on the other side. Below my second floor unit there are garages which can be rented for parking vehicles or for additional storage. All this results in my only having one directly adjoining neighboring unit, the one above me on the 3rd floor. This is an ingenious design since it reduces to an absolute minimum the number of directly adjoining neighboring units, almost completely eliminating all noise from your neighbors, even when they have guests. The washing machine included with my unit is nicer than any I have had in any other apartment, and has an additional temperature setting that I have always wanted in a washer - a cool setting that is midway between warm and cold, thus preventing shrinkage while not being too cold in the winter. The carpet is incredibly comfortable and appears to be brand new. The refrigerator freezer is a full size residential model that holds a lot more than the typical smaller size that most apartments have. The kitchen has track lighting which I greatly prefer to the typical fluorescent fixtures which produce far less light and are much more difficult in terms of bulb replacement. The entryway has real ceramic tile, rather than the usual linoleum or laminate flooring. The bath tub is enormous, providing more room to move around when showering. The toilet is nicer than the typical toilets in apartments, with a flushing mechanism that seems to be designed better than the typical type. In many of the apartments I have lived in the flushing mechanism was not smooth at all and would periodically get stuck in the open position which necessitated always waiting to see if it flushed correctly, especially when using it right before leaving the apartment. The much smoother mechanism in the toilet here has never stuck. The package lockers are immediately adjacent to the mailbox area and both are centrally located next to the office, which is convenient. The trash compactor is not the type that only the maintenance staff can operate - there are controls adjacent to the opening where trash is deposited to enable residents to activate the compactor whenever needed so it does not overflow as I have experienced at other apartment communities. The dog park helps to keep pet waste in other areas of the community to a minimum, and residents are courteous in picking up after their pets so other residents are not inconvenienced. The gate system works reliably and the kiosk next to the gate enables visitors to either call residents or use a code to enter, providing more options than usual. The office staff are extremely friendly and helpful, which was one of the reasons I chose Bexley at Silverado over other communities. The maintenance staff are amazingly professional and courteous, even wearing disposable shoe covers to ensure that they do not track anything into residents apartments, which is something I have never experienced before and definitely appreciate. The website includes a way to position furniture in the various floor plans to see which one is best for you, which is extremely helpful. All in all, Bexley at Silverado is a wonderful place to live, in a great location with an HEB, Walmart, and Home Depot nearby, and I have no regrets in choosing it over all the other communities I considered.
Apartments are spacious, but they have not been upgraded in 13 years. Appliances are very out dated and needing repair often. Cabinets are chip and they dont have paint to touch them up .The air condition broke 2x in 4 months. Finally the dumpster area is without overflowing garbage. The staff are wonderful in office and the maintenance staff It are wonderful and helpful. I not looking to move out because I really like the apt. layout and convenient to my medical needs and shopping area. I do hope improvement can be made before renewal of lease.
I have been here for a week now....and the fact I am writing only my second ever review on google says something. I was fortunate enough to come upon this place, Bexley at Silverado. I was taken by how clam and pleasant this place was. From Emily, in helping me get in here, to Amanda for putting up with my constant barrage of queries, to the professionalism and efficiency of their maintenance gentlemen. I am super glad to be here. Thanks to you all. You have all made me very welcome and accepted my intrusions and questions with open arms. Emily and Amanda....you two have made the transition for me to Texas, for lack of a better word, awesome. You two do an excellent job and I am grateful for your help and patience. By the way, great acquisition to Bexley Silverado for bringing Amanda on board. Kudos!!
I had an awesome experience when living here. Great location. Right next to HEB, Walmart and tons of restaurants. Staff was friendly and professional. Amenities are awesome, especially the spacious dog park for my dog. I loved this place. If my mother wasn’t terminally ill I would’ve stayed.
Thats right I talked with Amanda. She is the new manager and she tried her best to fix the problems before her. She was really nice with me and she listened. I think now everything will be better.
Husband and I moved here Dec of 2018 into a 1br and renewed our lease for 2020 in a 2br. Pricing of units is competitive. No issues with leasing while living here. Apart from typical apt neighbor noise this complex is a great option! Emily in the leasing office is super professional and accommodating. Alex with maintenance is the best! He has been so helpful with repairing our shower head and taking care of mold remediation from a leaky AC that was also repaired well by the team. My dog enjoys the large dog park on property and we walk the trails behind the complex often. The amenities are updated and well maintained. Love living here!
Fast response. Very friendly staff.. So far enjoying living here.
The amount of interest the staff has put in showing us the property and explaining all the details was amazing. Special shout out to Emily, Amanda and other staff for making this an easy process.
Great amenities.Beautiful property easily accessible from major roads. The buildings and grounds are well maintained and the tall palm trees are a wonderful touch! The staff are friendly and attentive.Bexley Silverado is a great place to live.
I’ve been living here for a little over a year. I love living here. The staff is amazing. The maintenance guys are awesome. It’s like a little family here and I love that. I know most of my neighbors including the ones that go to the dog park! Even my friends and family that I’ve visited enjoy this complex.I even Met Sally banks who also put a review on here. She’s not kidding it really is a great place to live.
Bexley at Silverado has been such a disappointment. I lived in apartment 4204 and maybe I would have had a better experience if I had been in a different unit, but who knows.Pretty soon after I moved in, I started experiencing horrible symptoms, such as congestion, coughing, and waking up in the middle of the night unable to breathe. All of the symptoms would disappear every time I left the apartment, and reappear every time I returned home. After 2 weeks or so of living here, I had the idea to look up reviews and see if anyone else had had a similar experience or if there was mold in the apartments. In doing so, I found a review from the couple who was in my apartment before me, and the reason why they moved out was because of all the symptoms and sickness they were getting from the mold! I talked to the office staff/managers and was told by the old property manager Zach that if I hire a mold inspector and they confirm there’s mold, I would be able to get out of the lease. So, in March I hired a mold inspector. I paid $630 and they confirmed that there was “visible mold-like growth, elevated moisture content, and water damage”. I was not allowed out of the lease. I was lied to by the property manager and it cost me $630.There’s been some other maintenance issues such as the dryer not drying stuff after one run, I have to run it multiple times for my clothes to dry. The A/C has gone out on me at least 3 times while living here. The parking is very limited so if you get home late from work or school, you better hope to have a spot available. Oh and another really annoying thing is the traffic light to get out of the apartment is extremely long, so if you have to go left or straight, you might be sitting there for 10+ minutes while continually getting skipped.I am just glad this is all over now. I do not recommend this apartment at all.
I just moved in, but my daughter has lived here 3 1/2 years. Visiting her often, I learned how Bexley at Silverado conducts business and I have been happy to know she had only to ask and everything she needed was promptly taken care of. Maintenance team has been helping me get all items in my apartment fixed promptly, professionally, courteously, and friendly as well. They treat my dog as if she is a star tenant, and that is an awesome feeling! Administration staff makes the effort to be professional, but concerned, interested, and friendly, remembering names, which apartment everyone lives in, juggling many requests and issues with true consideration of helping us feel at home. The grounds are beautiful, the location is perfect for shopping, the feeling of turning off the busy highway into Bexley is amazing because the city disappears and it is as if you are miles away from the rush. I have a small yard which is heavenly for this retired lady for my little dog, but the dog park is fun and everyone is interested in pets socializing and we have fun. I havent lived in an apartment complex in many, many years, but Bexley Silverado has changed my whole attitude about it and I think I am going to be very content. Love the apartment layout, feels cozy and safe, private, and beautiful. I recommend checking it out!
Bexley Silverado is a fantastic place to live! My wife and I have been here for nearly 3 years and we love it! The pool is amazing and great in the summer. Living in a gated community makes us feel much safer. The maintenance team is quick to respond and great at communicating. The leasing team really does care about you and does everything they can to make you love living at this community.
The apartment is nice but my garage is terrible. Won’t open half the time when i need to get to work. My garage is 14B
The leasing manager here, Aerica Carter, is so incredibly rude it is mind blowing. Fortunately, I made a full audio recording of my interaction with her that I can share with anyone, including her bosses at corporate. In this recording, Aerica refuses to listen to me and inadvertently admits that they never began a rent negotiation process I requested earlier like they said they did - she becomes angry and defensive in the recording when she realizes that I caught her in a lie. Such a defensive and angry person with no people skills should frankly NOT DEAL WITH PEOPLE. Internalized misogyny is also evident in her dealings with me as I have to repeat myself and explain something five different ways, yet she still doesnt listen to me (I think it actually took 15 minutes for her to even understand what I was saying). However, when my husband pipes up and explains the situation, she listens to him. She also refused to accommodate my work schedule when I asked to meet with her, forcing me to take unpaid time off work and, when I questioned her as to why she cant schedule meetings around residents work schedules she said WELL IM WORKING NOW TOO and laughed at me derisively. I think she thought this was an intelligent remark - but it just came off as idiotic and insensitive. Of course shes working now but is she doing her JOB? Part of her job is to help and serve residents who pay her sizable salary - is she doing this? No! Shes just serving her corporate overlords by wringing out every last cent from residents that she can. When her junior employee continuously made mistakes in dealing with me when I requested a negotiation on my rent (which was going up almost 200 dollars from one year to the next), it was clear that they were exhausting all available methods to avoid negotiating, although they used to negotiate with residents in the past (read past reviews). When I asked this same employee to give me a 2 month extension on my lease because I was worried about a job offer out of state and didnt want to end up breaking my lease she gave me the extension without informing me that, if I decided to stay at the complex after the extension, my NEW rental rate would be based on the extension rate and not on my original rate. They never drew up a lease or any kind of paper document for the extension and, when I asked them about this and the implications for this being legally binding, they said WE DONT HAVE TO GENERATE A NEW LEASE FOR YOU based on the extension. How is this legal? Such careless, mindless work is shameful and strains the bounds of belief. Then, when I sent an email seeking to negotiate my huge increase in rent, the junior employee straight up ignored me and later claimed she never received my email. Afterward, I sent another email reminding her that I wanted to negotiate. When I asked her why I was being repeatedly ignored and why irrelevant emails were being sent to me, she said oh well were short staffed and I have a ton of residents to manage. Such feelings of being overwhelmed can be easily managed with better organizational skills and usage of data tracking tools. It was only when I repeatedly reminded these two employees of my desire to negotiate and went to talk to them in the office (twice) did they finally agree to negotiate - the result being that they are no longer negotiating rent with people. Having an increase of almost 200 dollars in rent when youve only been living there for a year is LUDICROUS and the apartments certainly are not worth that much money - they have old, dirty carpet which they will refuse to convert to plank flooring, even if you ask, and washers and dryers that have about 10 years of wear and tear on them - they will DESTROY your clothes and the dryer needed to be run about 2-3 times just to dry all of my clothes. I asked them repeatedly to fix the dryer and they never did. This place is utterly ridiculous and is run by CORPORATE CRETINS who look at you like youre a walking ATM. STAY AWAY.
Staff is professional and courteous. Ive lived here for a few years and never had a problem. Maintenance is quick and courteous. Office staff are so helpful and go above and beyond. They helped me get safely out of my apartment and into an uber to get urgent medical attention. They came right away to assist me. Theres a lot of communication to tenants always letting us know what is going on.Great complex for pets. My dogs love having their own yard. The dog park is greatGood way to meet the neighbors.
The property manager Aerica is extremely efficient and organized. She rocks! The maintenance supervisor Delane is extremely kind and funny and is very informative. The leasing agent Emily is one of the best leasing agents Ive met!! She makes sure she gives her best at all times. Very knowledgeable and professional!5 stars for Silverado
We have lived here for over 7 years now, and it is a wonderful community. Management is helpful and prompt, the community is quiet and the neighbors are great. Additionally, the maintenance team is top notch. Eric has helped us many times, and is always friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable.
Great experience from the leasing office to move in day! Five star customer service. Clean property. Plenty of parking. Great location. Kendall in leasing went over all my options and gave me advice to find the most spacious apartment at my budget. I did a credit app and informed of the results within 48 hours! Truly impressed!
Ive enjoyed, and continue to enjoy, my time renting from Bexley at Silverado. Its a clean community and there is a great level of communication between staff and residents, via email and door postings. Ive noticed a change in staffing recently, but this hasnt affected the quality of service from staff with residents. The staff is friendly and professional; in particular, Sarah, one of the leasing agents, is usually working when I drop by the office. She is kind, willing to help, and seems knowledgeable in the industry. I appreciate living in such an outstanding apartment complex, especially since the complex I lived in formerly was all but outstanding.
I love living here! The property is beautiful and the office staff is A1. Makes me happy to call Cedar Park home ☺️
Imagine having a nice home for your family, but you had to keep paying more and more for it the longer you stay. What a horrendous concept. The maintenance and office staff is good. Remodeled clubhouse is nice. Seems there is always some sort of modifications/upgrades taking place on the property. Used to have free Starbucks coffee from the clubhouse, but dont think its Starbucks anymore.Feels secure for my kids. I rarely hear my neighbors.Heres why I docked 2 stars: Rent prices are exorbitant, but I guess thats with any apartment. I paid less for my 2,300 sq-ft home in Leander. My rent increased almost $100/month after the first year, and the lowest price was for a 14-month lease. Regardless of that being my best option at the time I am still very unhappy about it. I really dont see how a 14-month lease benefits the resident, only benefits the company. This way they get more from me for longer. The message is pretty clear; either Weinstein Properties wants to squeeze as much money out of me as they possibly can, or they want me to find another place to reside after my lease is up. Otherwise Ill be paying upwards of $2k/month in a couple years.
I am new resident over here. Pretty happy so far. Leasing office is very prompt with maintenance requests. The Bexley portal is helpful to get things done online.Location wise this place is close to the stores we need to go on a daily basis.5 stars for Bexley at Sivelverado!
I moved in few months ago and this places is pretty good and well maintained property. Since moving in i have had few issues and brought that up with Sarah C. at the front office. Sarah is very easy to work with and responsive in making sure issues/concerns are taken care of.Kudoss to Sarah C.#9204
I recently toured this property and look forward to moving here soon!!
From the beginning, I was greeted with respect by Emily who gladly showed me a virtual tour of a unit that would suit my needs. Very satisfied with the knowledge provided so that I could make a great selection with Bexley.
Just signed to renew here! I have to say that this is one of the quieter places Ive stayed at. Even though its on Parmer its nestled back far enough where you dont feel like youre near a major road. There are great amenities including a Starbucks coffee machine. The staff is always super nice and helpful. My only complaint is parking. Lately its gotten a bit worse but that seems to be status quo at apartments these days.
The Bexley at Silverado is a hidden gem. Ideally located in the Austin areas northwest corridor in quaint and friendly Cedar Park, this place shines for so many reasons. Buffeted by woods, yet tucked back into the West Parmer/1431 intersection, this quiet and peaceful community embraces character all its own in the midst of so many conveniently and accessible roadways and venues. This is the type of place people who enjoy living in community with others, while experiencing the serenity of nature but also the close proximity of nearby stores and the ease and accessibilty of great places all around. You have to come out here to see and understand for yourself. Charm and character of the communitys layout, interiors and exteriors are just another bit of The Bexley at Silverados distinguishing features. I love this place, thats why it was an easy decision to move me and my family here. Im glad I did.
EXTRA CHARGES FOR HAVING A PET. We enjoyed our stay at Altea ---> Bexley for 3 years. Issues regarding pet waste, no bags, overflow trash compactor, but it was nothing as bad as when we left.We received out 60 day notice almost at the 60 day mark, meaning that we needed to find a new location, or sign a new lease in a week time. Once we moved out, we paid our last rent and received an additional bill to replace the carpet. Living there for 3 years, any carpet will deteriorate but was told there was pee everywhere and we did not clean ( which we did ) Please beware of leasing due to unexpected move out charges.
We have been living here for 3 years now. First management company was great! They were bought out and all hell has broke out. Staff changes weekly. Luxury living?? Not close. They just repainted the exterior. Most likely will raise rent again. Every year, they want to raise it $100- $200. You have to negotiate. If you want good tenants, this is what you do? We were told that they would make the clubhouse available to us 24/7. Put in a firepit. Keep non residents out of the pool area. Not done yet! We have been listening to the same story every year. They do not care. Just the money flowing in. Turnover for residents is quick. Thats how they make money. You can hear everything. Ask about how they treated the residents that were misplaced because of ruptured water lines. They want us to turn up heat and let faucets drip because of the lack of insulation. Why are we not credited for those services to save their asses when it freezes??? Plain and simple, they dont care about the residents. Just the money flowing in. If they cared, they would take care of the issues I mentioned.
The people here really care. Maintenance is always incredibly prompt, and the office consistently deals with issues swiftly. They were very flexible and understanding when I needed to end my lease early.
Ive lived here over one year with my kids. The location is great for middle school and high school and the staff is very kind. The maintenance team takes care of my request very quickly and professionally.
Ive been here 9 months and have been extremely impressed with everyone who works here. When I visit the office everyone smiles and is eager to help. Maintenance is very responsive and friendly.
I am please to say that Bexley at Silvarado is a wonderful place to live. They truly care about their renters. Everyone from management to the maintenance crew are friendly and they take the time to listen to you in all aspects of apartment living.
Very clean and well maintained. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great place for my family.
Love living here!! The apartments are great and reasonably priced. Zachary and Brandon are both wonderful.
Great staff, nice grounds, and nice floor plans.
Nice and clean community ...so far so good :)
Aerica and Monterius have been very helpful. The maintenance crew responses time to work orders is extremely quick and I love how there is no mess for me to clean up once they are finish. Over all the property is beautiful, quiet, and there is no loitering.
My husband and I’s experience at apartment 4204 has been heartbreaking. A month after moving in, I began to experience health problems similar to MS. Numbest, tingling, and all these weird symptoms. I went from emergency room to doctor to emergency room because I kept getting ice pick headaches as well. Fibromyalgia and nerve damage were all on the books on what it could’ve been. I’ve had CAT scans and no one could tell me what was wrong with me, until they suggested mold back in November. So I called the office, rather embarrassed to ask, for them to check the vents and the apartment for mold. They found none apparently. My husband and I have an 8 month old, and we work 40-60 hours a week and as such, we are not home hardly ever. We come home to sleep, we keep our blinds closed. I lost my full time job due to my health and have all my doctors bills and visits on file. Well I was deep cleaning 2 days before moveout, and low and behold, what do I find? Black mold. In our window. Behind our closed blinds right by where my son and I sleep.... I called the office and they fixed it but Zach was not willing to refund us, since they fixed it.... but I’ve been with this for months and have had several doctors and all my documentation to back me up. I think the least they could do for us is help pay for our moveout. I’m sickened by how we have been treated, we almost always paid our rent early and were good tenants. I never had his boss contact me either. I’m so disappointed and distraught about the whole situation. Had the windows been installed correctly originally, this would not have happened.
***update! The rent has increased OVER $100 per month for a non upgraded apartment!!!! Outrageous. I knew to expect an increase but this is nuts. They say all rent is negotiable so I guess I’ll try and negotiate!!! I pay less than $1k now so a $110 increase per month is a high percentage!!!I lived at Bexley Whitestone before moving here. This Bexley property was the only one in my price range. I had a roommate at Whitestone but needed to be in a 1 bedroom this year. I was happy to find a one bedroom under $1000/ month with all fees accounted for. I was told the transfer process would save me a lot of fees and be very seamless. However, that was not the case. I think the process only saved me the small admin fee. I still had to pay all deposits again .I was told two different things about what fees were waived and what weren’t, when moving in, leading to an “eviction notice” in my mailbox over Fourth of July weekend because they needed fees from me that I was told had been waived- Kayley helped me straighten everything out and dropped the late fees etc. It’s ok now but was an upsetting process. This was especially upsetting because 10 days before I was supposed to move in, in June, a leasing agent called and told me the previous tenants had, at the last minute, changed their mind and decided to extend their lease. So they were trying to get me into the Bexley Lakeline, which was out of my budget. Again, when I came into the office demanding some sort of fix, since I had already signed the lease and therefore they were required by law to find me an apartment at the same rental rate we agreed on, Kayley through a long process cleared it all up and I was able to move in. Thankfully since this summer the anxiety has been minimal.I’ve lived here 6 months and now that I’m actually in and life is in its normal routine, it’s been a nice place to live. It’s quiet- wayyyy more quiet than Bexley Whitestone. I occasionally hear road noise from Parmer but am amazed at how much I don’t hear, especially being so close to HEB and Walmart etc. there are loads of kids here which I also rarely hear even though I know there are tons in my building. My neighbors are young working folks like me and we all just kind of live life without bothering anyone. I’ve borrowed tools from one neighbor multiple times and feel very safe as a single woman here. Parking is way more available here than Whitestone as well. I’ve only had to park away from my building once. Now, they say these are “luxury apartments.” I think it’s more accurate to say they’re ....solidly middle class. Things that are fantastic:GatedStorage space with every unit, freeBig closetGarden tubHot tubPackage lockerDecent price for carport or garageFloor plans well designedThird floor have very high ceilings, yay!Maintenance is promptWasher/ dryer includedThings that I think are not “luxury”:Apartments are still carpeted, and mine is old/ coming up around the edges in a few placesAppliances are plastic stainless steel “look”Counters are laminateNo valet trash ( hey I’m not complaining. Who wants to pay fo that?)Small kitchen in Grenada planFinishings are a bit outdated in unitsMy entire vanity in bathroom was installed crookedly 🤣 it’s like a funhouseOlder bathroom finishesOlder washer/ dryerI do worry about rental increase because Bexley in the past has wanted to raise month,y rent by almost $200..... yikes! I’m in an apartment where I’m building zero equity. I won’t renew if I have to pay that much more in rent. Which would make me sad. But that remains to be seen. I have seven months left on my lease. Also, apparently we have a new property manager? I liked and appreciated Kayley fixing all my issues so I’m bummed that we have someone new. Hoping he is as responsive and ethical as she was.Hope this helps! Good luck in your search!
First apartment complex we lived in when moving to Austin a few years back. Clean, quiet, good sound insulation - would live here again if circumstances change and we sold our house.
I have lived here for about 4 1/2 years now and have no regrets about renewing my lease every winter! I love my apartment--the location on site; the features within the apartment including the layout; and, the exceptional maintenance crew! The team in the leasing office is wonderful as well as they are always very friendly, courteous, and prompt in addressing any concerns I may have--even as small as changing out a lightbulb for me (which, I love and feel very spoiled about regardless of how small and silly it might sound). Kenny and Adrian are rock star maintenance crew and I appreciate how professional they are and how well they ensure that they leave my apartment clean with a clear note of what work they did, including the date and time.I wish I knew the names of the leasing professionals/management in our office and feel bad for not knowing them at the moment, but the red-haired gentleman and the super nice young lady in the office today (July 13th) have helped me on other numerous occasions and have always been extremely helpful and prompt in addressing any of my questions/maintenance requests. As for the grounds, I have always noticed everything has been well kept and maintained. I have a breezeway garage so I dont have any parking woes and neither do my family or friends when they come to visit and park in the open spaces around the building. My family and friends with furry members love our pet park area when they visit. They always comment on well-maintained it is and love that there is even a station with baggies right in front of my ground-floor apartment. I dont have a pet of my own, but I take their word for it! I can attest to the grassy area around my building to be free of pet waste and safe to walk through, so I imagine the rest of the site is as well. I think people are pretty good about picking up after their pets here.Overall, I must say that I have had an exceptional experience here and look forward to renewing my lease again six months from now!
I lived here from June 2015 to October 2016. I was waiting for my house to be built. I had a newborn and a 2 year old in this apartment so theres going to be wear and tear. I did get one charge for the carpet which I thought was extreme, cost me $80 when I doubt it really cost that to clean blue play dough from the carpet. I scheduled a walk through for move out so there were no surprise charges and took time off of work. I waited 40 minutes and no one ever showed up and I didnt receive an apology. I was really surprised since I hadnt seen that side of Bexley up to that point.Pros:The staff is super niceGift wrapping areaGym is clean and liked the equipmentPool area is relaxing and cleanWell groomed areaLarge patiosDog parkCommunity Events were fun and kids love themGarages were a good priceAvailable Cookout area for partiesMaintenance is quickCons:No childrens area or parkDishwasher, washer and dryer were really old and Bexley refused to replace even though they wouldnt really work anymoreNo ac in the billiards room of the clubhouseMold in the windows of my due to seals not be properly done
Worst management ever. Just look at their name Bexley at Silverado, charged us double the rent for the last month for rent because we left a plate in the cabinet. They claimed our apt didnt meet the terms of our ending of the lease.
I love it here! quiet, nice staff, great location
Best place ever
Great place
