Camden Brushy Creek is a wonderful place to live. We have lived here for over 5 years and we love it. The apartments have a great layout and the staff is superb! Very friendly and always goes above and beyond to help.

The staff and maintenance team at Camden Brushy Creek are phenomenal. They are very professional at what they do for the apartment complex. My service requests are always handled promptly. They all are so friendly and I feel they truly care about me. We have a beautiful pool with a lovely cascading water fountain next to the hot tub. The maintenance team keeps the pool area immaculate. My friends and family that come to visit me always comment on what a nice, clean and well maintained place I live in. I am so thankful I found my new home here 2+ years ago. It was the first apt complex I looked at... I fell in love immediately and looked no further.

We lived at this complex for a year while our home was getting built. Prior to the end of our contract they switched to a tech package; we cleaned the home and left the modem and router neatly on the counter since we pay monthly on a tech package with Camden. I am saddened to say they threw it away when it obviously owned by the spectrum they contract with. Spectrum is now holding me accountable for $120 for the modem and router. I paid what I owed to both Camden and spectrum. But I wish they just made a second thought or effort to reach out about a modem and router with cables before throwing it away in a trashcan. Also, when you sign a contract prior to living with them there are a lot of fees prior ie cleaning fees etc but you will be charged also after you sign out. [edit] updating from 2 to 3 stars because we like Carl the maintenance guy! He’s real nice, personable, and responsive probably the best maintenance dude we’ve ever experienced in years moving around with military; we also liked Madison she was really nice and helped us out a lot and was very responsive to my emails.

Staff has been incredibly professional, supportive, punctual, and kind throughout my residential stay here at Camden Brushy Creek. I’m very grateful to have found a complex which hits so many positive check marks.

Camden - Brushy Creek is truly a community. The staff know you by name and work to do everything they can to create an excellent place to live. They respond quickly and take time to get to know you.

Moved in recently. According to lease move in must be completed in 1 day, Pod delivery for 1 day rush fee required drop off of Pod as early as 8:30 am, yet staff does not give access to unit until 10 am, technically I should have access at 12:01 am. Front door weatherstripping is terrible and isn’t fixed after multiple times. Under kitchen cabinet boards are broken and missing, requiring cleaning all the way underneath the cabinets on the floor. Spider webs are constantly getting replenished. Carpet had tons of dead bugs all over it (still have more to remove) and plenty of dead bugs that I still have to clean around the washing machine and dryer.So far not impressed with this apartment complex. Hopefully they can fix most of these things and I will update this post.

These ladies saved me and my fiance from a world of craziness so many times! I love living here, from the family cozy atmosphere to the great maintenance, these are the apartments to be for sure!

We moved from a house to this apartment complex. I was dreading it - but the Camden at Brushy Creek has turned out to be a great place to call home! The location cannot be beat. We often walk over to Brushy Creek to take our dogs on adventures. The staff is so welcoming; we recently had to have maintenance come and fix our sink - not only did they do this promptly but the maintenance guy, Nico, was so professional and polite. He even remembers our names when we see him out and about. Alissa is an amazing manager and her team truly cares for those of us who are lucky enough to live here. We are actually hoping that we will be able to stay in this complex another year- and I have NEVER said that about any other apartment complex!

Apartments are spacious, grounds are kept up well and I feel safe! Also I have had 2 maintenance requests be completed within 24 hours of placing them. The complex is also right off the tollway which makes it close to everywhere. Happy with my choice to live here & would highly recommend to anyone else looking for a safe and affordable apartment!!

Overall it’s a good environment to live. Also it is close to the freeways but not attached to the busy roads so no disturbance yet easy to travel quickly.

I recently moved into Camden Brushy Creek and am so happy with my experience. The complex is well maintained and beautiful. The office staff have been so helpful and professional during my move, especially the manager Shawnty. I would highly recommend that you give Camden Brushy Creek a try. The pool is awesome and for us Pet lovers, has a cute little bark park so your pugs can run and play. The area is great and I feel so safe and welcomed. You want be sorry moving here.

Camden Brushy Creek is the best place to live in Cedar Park! I’ve lived at Camden Properties for almost three years. The apartment complex is well maintained by a fabulous team of hard workers accessible 24/7. The management team and office staff are excellent and really care about tenants working tirelessly to keep everyone happy. The landscape is well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The apartments are beautiful with granite countertops, newer appliances and every unit is furnished with full sized washer and dryer. A valet trash service is provided and helps keep our trash receptacles clean and neat. The surrounding neighborhood consists of single family homes providing a safe area for walking. The Brushy Creek Trail is close by as well as the local YMCA. Shopping is convenient providing quick access to stores like Randall’s, HEB, Target and Walmart. If you’re looking for a place to call home, consider Camden Brushy Creek Apartments.

Excellent staff all-around! Madison is a superstar (very informative and friendly). The maintenance crew responds to requests pretty quickly. My apartment was clean and tidy upon move-in. A+

I definitely have more than one good thing to say about Camden Brushy Creek. Specifically, Madison in the Front Office. Shes nothing short of amazing. I needed something quick. I was a little frazzled to say the least. Thankfully she was there on a Sunday to show me around the property. I came back the following day and signed the appropriate paperwork. Again, she was more than receptive of my needs. I had a few concerns with the unit I was renting. She spoke with Alissa shortly after signing the lease paperwork. Madison coordinated what she needed to with Alissa to ensure I had the smoothest of smooth transitions into my new place. They worked timely to address all of my concerns. Sure, this place is an older property, but theres a sense of home here. Everyone knows everyone, and theyre willing to say Hi! if they see you outside. Its an absolute joy living here. The property is very quite. Shawnty in the Front Office is very helpful as well. The same holds true for Rey. Everyone truly does their part to keep you happy. Thanks again Camden Brushy Creek Crew!

They LIED to me about cleaning apartments between viewings during a COVID outbreak.Ashley told me that every time she went into the apartment for a virtual tour, they would have to go back in and re clean. She said they did this to “keep the safety of their tenants a top priority”She lied, it was adamantly clear this place had NOT Been cleaned, she later admitted to this after I viewed the apartment in person and relayed to her what I saw.i willAbsolutely be filing reports to every public Heath agency and housing authority I can.The apartment i had applied for and went to see was completely dirty, the carpets were in infested with dog hair, cat hair, stains, it was not cleaned even though they said it had been cleaned twice, once with ozone and again with commercialCleaning products. . I found a RAZOR blade on the counter in my unit (can’t imagine what it was used for ) the oven was melted off, there was black gunk on the kitchen counter wood cabinets, the restroom bathroom had water filling up in it due to a clog, the other one had stains on it, the previous tenants mail was stillThere.the rooms were much smaller than they claimed to be in their floor plan, they painted over paint 50 billion times to cover 50 billion holes in the walls, it smelled like heavy cigarette smoke, the room closets were falling apart with the wood tearing from the wall, the places were extremely crowded and the washer and dryer had weird yellow stuff all over them.Hideous.. It was disgusting. The people are no good, they all look smug and move quickly in and out of every place they go into.I am positively surer than hell I ain’t ever going back there and if my life depends on it

This was my very least favorite place that I have ever lived due to the incredibly rude office staff. I’ve lived in places way nicer than this and worse than this but the office people are by far the worst here.

Alissa is hands down one of the friendliest people in the world. Anytime I have anything wrong or need help with my apartment she gets it done. She always puts my needs first. She is hands down the main reason why I stay. If I need something she helps me get it done. She has made my two years of living in Camden properties that much more enjoyable. And is one of the main reasons I stay at the Complex. Thank you for all you do Alissa. I am sure many others feel the same way.

I have called this place “home” for nearly 3 years and could easily call it home for many more years to come. If there is ever an issue the staff fixes it within a blink of an eye. Highly recommend anyone who is looking for a beautiful place to call home to look into this property.

First off, I’ve been a renter for about 10 years of my life. I’ve stayed in a few different complexes and I’m not just saying this but Madison has been the best person I’ve ever dealt with. Me and my family are having a hard time adjusting and are having to move back to our home town in Ohio. She made me happy about taking a big bill in fees! Lol she is very understanding and was compassionate and my children told me today she gave them water as they were walking home from school. I hate that I have to leave the community but it’s very beautiful and have some of the best staff I’ve ever interacted with! Unfortunately I haven’t gotten to know everyone but they are all great! But Madison, you deserve a front office! Your customer service is incredible girl! Blessings to you and your family! Glad we met you!

Terrible place to live in.

I was looking for apartments in the area due to a new job and relocation. I’m not going to be living in your facility, I found something that better fit my needs. I just wanted to say that Madison is a very great employee, out of all the apartments I visited she was the only one to do a follow up phone call. As a Service Manager in the Boating Industry I can assure you that a follow up phone call with a customer goes a long way.

I can truly recommend Camden Apartments to everyone!Don’t know from where to start... from the time that we felt a warm welcoming from Camden staff - until we call this place - “our home “ !I would also like to praise to Maintenance Staff on very professional way to solving small issues, like smoke detectors batteries,alarm codes, etc.Place is very safe, neighborhood is nice and friendly, and gym and pool( with jacuzzi-of course) are something that makes our staying like in a hotel!!!

Camden Brushy Creek is a great place to live in. After being overseas for almost a decade, we chose to return to the Cedar Park area as it is rated one of the best places in the country for families with young children. We didn’t have the opportunity to travel and see apartments, and applied to several in the area. We selected Camden Brushy Creek because Ashley went above and beyond with information, photographs, and was the most kind and professional at every step of the process. Upon arriving to Camden we were positively surprised with the common areas, the cleanliness of the apartment, the pool, spacious parking and maintenance staff; in addition to this there is an excellent elementary school 9/10 just a short walk from here.

I absolutely love living here! The staff is always so kind and helpful, and the apartments really feel like home. Definitely recommend living here!

Phenomenal service from the office staff. The apartment is exactly as advertised, appliances are top-notch, granite counters, and love the flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. Awesome huge tub! The grounds and landscaping is beautiful and well-kept. A wonderful option apart from the 3-story monstrosities. Well worth it!

My wife and I lived at Camden for a year from 2019-2020. We only moved out because we bought a house. From the day we took a tour to the day we moved out the staff was AMAZING. From the friendliness of the office staff to the responsiveness and quality of work from the Maintenance staff, this is by far the best apartment complex in the north Austin area. When we moved in the apartment was clean and well taken care of. We had almost 0 issues with things in the apartment and when we did they were fixed throughly in a timely manner. The pool was a great place to relax and we enjoyed spending evenings talking in the hot tub. Madison was the leasing agent we worked with the most and she treated us like family. The neighbors were all nice, and we loved chatting anytime we were going for a walk. I used the gym almost every morning and the space was well kept and the community was good about sharing machines/equipment.The only thing that I would do over is not choosing spectrum as our internet provider. (Which has nothing todo with Camden).This was a wonderful first home for our family, and we hope you love it as much as we did.

Ive lived here a couple of years and would recommend living at this property. The managers, maintenance team, and employees in the leasing office are there if you need anything and greet you with a smile. Clean and safe community. Management lets you know well ahead of time if any quarterly maintenance/inspection needs to be done throughout the property. Kyle and the maintenance guys get everything completed in a timely manner. The only downside, if any, is that some dumpsters on the weekend get overfilled with trash bags.

We love living here, in Camden Brushy Creek. The folks in the office make us feel like family.The maintenance team is superb. It is our home.

Love living here, what a great community and group of employees that work here, the assistant manager Alissa is a sweetheart and is always there when you need her, along with the manager crystal! Kyle the maintenance man, always has a smile on his face an always does and excellent job with informing us of issues or when problems are fixed. I moved to Camden Brushy Creek June 15, 2011, and was able to locate a downstairs apartment that I consider prime real estate. The office manager and personnel are incredible people. Our Maintenance Team is a class act and always responds to my requests in a timely manner, fulfills each request efficiently and courteously. Upon completion of their tasks, there is no clean up needed after they leave. I consider each of the Camden team my second family!Kudos to each of you and particularly the Maintenance Team who are professionals and are dedicated to performing to your 100% satisfaction. I knew I was going to like living here even before I moved in! I asked my daughter to find some apartments for me to look over while I was still in California. After I checked out Camden’s website, I asked her to make an appointment for a look around. Devon took us on a virtual tour of a two bedroom apartment that I was interested in. My daughter accompanied Devon on the walk-through while I watched and asked questions. The entire rental transaction was handled on-line, which saved me a special trip to Texas. The Camden staff has treated me and my pet poodle, Lola like visiting family. The apartment itself is quite comfortable. My friends are impressed by the décor and the amenities of my new home. I love the kitchen with all of the new appliances and having a washer and dryer in the apartment instead of in a separate location is a huge convenience. Lola loves it here, too. Plenty of room on the grounds for walks and the dog park is a big plus. I appreciate the newsy updates from the Camden website, and my service requests have been met quickly and completely. It all adds up to a feeling of living in a great community instead of just “renting an apartment.”

Camden Brushy Creek has the best apartments in the Cedar Park/ North Austin area. Living here you truly feel like you belong to a community. All of the staff are amazing! They welcome any question or concern and are eager to help in any way possible. The maintenance team is excellent and thorough in keeping the property in great shape at all times. If there are ever any issues with an apartment they fix it as soon as possible. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

Just finished a 14 month lease with Camden and there is a reason why they have such high reviews. The landscaping and grounds are well attended. On three occasions I had the opportunity to utilize maintenance and every time the issue was taken care of the following day with a friendly note from the mechanic; sometimes with a bag of popcorn. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. 5 solid stars all around!

I am so happy with my apartment and the staff at Camden Brushy Creek. The staff, Alissa, Ashley, Crystal, and Devon, are amazing! I have never felt so safe, so comfortable, and, so at home in an apartment. The people are great, the pool, grounds, and sitting areas are well kept, and maintenance is amazing. The last thing I want to do is worry about upkeep when I am coming home from a long day, and I dont have to. I know that I and, especially my daughter, are safe here, and my daughter just adores the management. We love it here at the Camden brushy creek! Just renewed for another 15 months after being here already 2 years. Couldn’t imagine being at any other place but the Camden at brushy creek. The grounds are beautiful and the amenities are always well kept. The staff here, Alissa Jones has been so helpful and attentive to any needs that we have!

My husband and I really enjoy living here. These are the first apartments we have lived in and its been a great first experience. Ashley (at the leasing office) is awesome! She is always so kind and helpful. Overall, the apartments arent 100% perfect, thats frankly unrealistic, but that is made up by the great customer service and small community feel. They try to keep the community engaged via different activities year-round and I think thats very nice.

Alissa Jones is great . She will allow you to ask questions, be kind, offer a smile and make you want to call Camden home. She is an awesome, nice, caring employee with strong work ethic. Go by and see her and get yourself a new home.

I will start off with saying that I have really enjoyed living here so far. I just moved from Georgia a few months ago and was looking for a new place to live. I looked into Camden because a friend of mine who lives out here, he lives here. He told me that he was very happy living here and would suggest I look into it. So before I moved, I was in email contact with Camden.They were very quick to reply and answer any of my questions. I ended up taking a trip out here to visit and see the apartment. Well, skip ahead and I live here now with my wife. We moved in June of 2016 and have loved it. We have a 1 bed 1 bath unit on the bottom floor.The unit itself is very nice! We love the island in the kitchen and the nice closet space. We have had some toilet problems (nothing major) and the maintenance staff has responded very quickly and every time they have resolved the issue I had.The area that Camden is in is also top notch. They are kind of secluded but not at the same time. There is quick access to the 183 toll road. You can also get into downtown pretty easily from here. Of course, depending on traffic. We like how it feels separated from these bunched up areas. The area is also very clean and family friendly. Ive noticed a decent amount of kids live here it seems like.All in all I would say thisStaff- 5 out of 5Location- 5 out of 5Unit design- 4 out of 5Price- 4 out of 5I would recommend Camden to anyone. Seriously, if you are interested into moving into the Cedar Park area, at least check them out.

Honestly, the apartments are pretty great. They are well kept and maintained regularly.Maintenance is amazing and fast. All of my requests have been completed within 24 hours. Rey and his staff are great.They staff is pretty good. They are super nice and generally helpful. I have had an unpleasant interaction with one of the ladies but outside of that, they are all great.The pool is beautiful and clean. The property is well maintained and there isn’t a poop problem.The layout and space of the apartment is great. I stay in a second floor unit with the private stair entrance.The apartments are gated and the gates are always properly working. My biggest hiccup with our gate is that you have to touch your key fob to a pad to get inside the gate, I have small arms and this is generally a struggle for me. I have a large preference for clickers that open gates because of this factor.My biggest complaint that knocked 2 stars off this review is the noise. I only saw 2 other reviews mention it. I live right next to the gate so of course I can hear every car that comes in and out and I can hear the gate open and close. This is to be expected though. What I did not expect was being able to hear my neighbor’s washing machine. I can hear when blenders, washing machines and dryers, and dish washers are running. I can hear my neighbors toddler running and playing. I can hear my downstairs neighbor talking and having regular conversation. I can hear full sentences, not just a mumble of noise but full sentences. I have recordings of it cause I was so thrown off by it. I’ve lived in 6 other apartments and I have never been able to hear full sentences from my neighbors; the neighbor below me at that. I chose a second floor unit because I didn’t want to hear anyone above me but it doesn’t matter, I can hear everything next to me and it sounds very similar to someone walking around their apartment above you. And of course I can hear music being played. The walls and floors are incredibly thin and not well insulated.I have had a problem with pests and this is the first time I’ve had this issue at an apartment. I have seen spiders, roaches and silver fish but mostly spiders. I’ve been bitten by the spiders a lot and it’s caused a mild allergic reaction. I have brought this up with the leasing office and they have sent pest control with the reminder that pest control does not eliminate the pest but rather keeps them other control. The noise was a big factor for me moving but the spiders and allergic reactions are the bigger factor pushing me due to safety/health concerns.Those are my two only complaints but they’ve really affected my stay here. Outside of that, everything has been great and the community really is amazing. If you have a problem with noise, don’t live here but if it doesn’t bother you, it’ll be a great stay for you. I honestly believe I am one of the few people with a pest issue here so I would take that part of the review with a grain of salt.

I have been a resident here for 3 years and truly love living here! The staff are all very friendly and ready to help in any way possible. They always inform you of any amenity maintenance that will occur in advance. We have lived in two seperate floor plans and they were both quite spacious and fairly priced for the area. They also are really deligent about picking up any pet waste that residents lazily leave there sometimes, which is greatly appreciated. Excellent place to live!

I feel like I am part of the Camden family.If you are looking for a apartment that is quiet, have amazing facilities and spacious floors plans then look no further. I love my layout of my Apartment. The granite countertops and spacious kitchen is great if you love to cook. I also appreciate the garden tub. It’s great for all of your lush bath bomb needs.

My Dad is afraid of computers and technology, therefore I am writing this review on his behalf. He has been a resident here at Camden Brushy Creek for over a year and has been really happy with everyone in management from the office to the maintenance guys. Anytime something needs to be done, it gets done either the day of or the very next day. If you are looking for a safe and clean place to live, please stop by and talk to Ashley, Alissa or Devon. They are all so nice!!

I moved last April, so far its a very pleasant experience, sometimes parking could be difficult late at night but its a quiet, clean and beautiful community. Most of my neighbors I came across with are friendly. The staff are very nice and helpful, shout out to Ashley and Ray! Im glad I moved here, definitely made the right choice.

I have not moved in yet, but my experience with Brushy creek has been amazing so far. I was commuting for work about 4 hours a day, but I did not want to move in anywhere else because the place is SO CLEAN, well kept, safe from what I could tell (cop cars in parking lot), and great location. So I was willing wait a month to move in after i signed my lease I saw there was an apartment open sooner than the one I previously signed on, and Devon was awesome I just called and asked if they could work with me as commuting that far is intense. Within 5 minutes he send me new paper work and said I was set for move in to new unit. Customer service is everything, and they are killing it at Camden Brushy Creek. (:-Will update once I move in and get settled for couple months.

Overall decent stay but apartments are outdated amongst the several new developments in the Austin area at around the same price point.Pros:Private entrance style and two level apartments.Vaulted ceiling on the 2 floor.Appliances(stainless-steel) were very good. Granite countertops.After hour courtesy officer in the community.Great property management team with special mention to Ashley and Ray.Safe, residential area and close to walking and bike trails.Cons:Free roaming resident and feral cats in the community. Thought the apartment could have done better on this.There was an issue with people not picking up after their pets but the apartment was trying their best to stop the issue.No balconies so minimal ventilation.Different neighbor on every wall and generally hollow walls (as in any apartment complex). So, if you have quiet neighbors, you are lucky.Felt lawn maintenance could have been better, grass was generally patchy and brown in several areas with weeds.Ambiguous mandatory $90 cleaning fee upon move-out. This was a first. Management could not properly define their requirements leading to some disagreements upon move-out. It was sorted out but felt this was an unnecessary fee.

Camden has changed my life! When I moved here from Seattle, Washington I was looking for a place I could call home. I looked at several different apartment complexes, but non of them stuck out like Camden. From the moment I stepped foot into the office I knew I had to start the next chapter of my life here. I have been living here for almost a year now and I couldnt be happier. The staff is amazing, the environment is peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly. Just recently moved out this complex and it was honestly a great and lovely complex and apartment was great. the reason i give 1 stars is due to my moving out situation. I recently had to move out due to domestic violence on behalf of my ex fiance who i shared the lease with here and the managers here gave me a really hard time as well as almost violating state tenant domestic violence laws when it comes to moving out by trying to make me pay regular breaking lease fees. they even let his dad come on the property to try and get his stuff out of my apartment which was a violation of the restraining order the court has in place. Overall a nice place but only bad was this issue for me.

Review update: I’ve been living here since 2018 and I still love it! The staff is the sweetest - especially when COVID hit, seriously couldn’t have asked for better people to be around! Maintenance team is super fast to respond to service request and will talk to you so it’s not awkward while they are in your place.

At the time i was very lucky to rent here, decent community, not a lot of crime, not a lot of noise, very close to ACC and a HEB Plus. And honestly would have loved to stay. biggest downside was my rent for a 1 bedroom going from $750, to $900, and finally over $1000.

Just finished out a 14 month lease here. We loved how pet friendly they are, and even without patios there was so much out-door space to be in we almost didnt notice. The staff was always friendly and helpful and when it came to questions they never had an issue with finding the answer. Communication is key in every relationship between resident & landlord, as long as they know whats up so will you!

Love being apart of the Camden Brushy Creek family. The apartments are beautifully updated and the maintenance staff takes great care of the property. Especially would like to mention Alissa Karsten in the Leasing Office, she has always gone above and beyond in terms of customer service and displays a true desire to assist with any needs.

Wonderful place to live. Management and maintenance is top drawer - friendly and knowledgeable. Grounds well maintained and attractive. Pool, exercise room, covered parking available, community Theater, fenced dog park, barbeque grills, etc. Weve been here going on two years and thoroughly enjoy the Brushy Creek Life. We would recommend Camden Brushy Creek to anyone looing for a comfortable and convenient place to live.

Im very happy with Ranulfo Martinez Mireles work. He definitely knows what hes doing. After 3 years of hating my track lighting, he replaced the bulbs and now I love it. He always has a smile on his face.

Moved in mid July and we have been having a pest control issue due to the front door. They have come out 3 times and still all kinds of creatures are making their way in. Walls are paper thin and you can hear neighbors conversations clearly. When my husband and I notified the office that we were giving notice to vacate, the staff member he spoke to told him, and I quote...I think its ridiculous that your moving because there are worms in your apartmentWhat?!?! Im paying for housing, not to feel like Im camping outdoors.

They are very nice i am here from three years when i call they send some one very quickly and to fix my problem I always happy with them i like to stay there they are wonder full i love them

I am new to the area and had life hit me square in the jaw. I needed to find a place to live relatively quick that was nice but in my budget. This place initially caught my eye, but I decided to continue to do some research. After stopping by and checking the place out and talking with Mikhal, I was knew I could call this place home, but I wanted to continue looking in the area. Let me tell you, after reading reviews about other places on how they had things crawling in the ceiling and floor to horrible management, I knew I needed to go with my gut. Mikhal contacted me and let me know that demand was high, and at first I thought it was a sales ploy, but the more I talked with her I knew she was genuine and looking out for me and not wanting me to miss out on what I actually deserved. She was such a pleasure to work with and made sure that my move in date went smoothly.I have been here almost 2 months now and dont have any complaints, which is really odd for me with apartments. This place is great from the amenities to the awesome staff who always great everyone with a smile and a positive attitude, even when they have to go show an apartment in the pouring rain or help a fool like me with the theater.If you are looking for a nice, quiet place to call home that isnt too terribly far from downtown Ausitn, then look no further, you are already home! Mikhal, Devon and the rest of the awesome staff will make sure of that! *Virtual high five*

This is a gorgeous complex. It is a gated community. The pool looks more like an upscale resort. Use your code to get in. The fitness center has newer equipment and air conditioning. Upgraded appliances are the standard in all apartments. Two levels with no rickety metal/concrete outside stairs. You can purchase a carport for a monthly fee if there are spots available.I am henceforth referring to the Wisteria model that we live in. The floors are a gorgeous dark wood vinyl. However, if you have a couch, you WILL have indentations that push through the vinyl from the feet. Talk to the complex about it to see how to handle it.The front door is a standard metal apartment door, but also has a deadbolt on top of the regular lock. This definitely makes me feel safer, but my fiancé has been locked out quite a few times, as there is no key for the top deadbolt. There is an alarm system that can be activated, but if you dont want to, the keypad does allow for a chime to sound when the door is opened if turned on. All of the blinds in the apartment are white wood and very sturdy.The kitchen has an island with granite countertops, large dark wood cabinets, stainless steel refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. The refrigerator has shelving in the freezer (rare in an apartment!) and is so spacious. Its the typical top freezer, bottom refrigerator model. The dishwasher has the side rack for utensils and has a 1-hour wash setting! The stove is a traditional coil range. There is a deep sink in the island with the upgraded faucet that has the extendable hose. Its so beautiful and convenient. The pantry is a great size with great shelving.There is a storage closet inside. Its odd-shaped because it is under the stairs of the top apartment. Triangle-shaped and a narrow shelf up top that has a hanging rod. The washer and dryer are newer HE models with SO MANY SETTINGS. There are two doors that slide open to reveal them in the kitchen. However, the water heater (while small) sits just low enough over the drier on a concrete slab that we have to bend down to get to the dryer controls and have almost hit our heads multiple times (were 59 and 511).The door to the bathroom from the kitchen opens in like normal. The other door leads to the bedroom. It would be a dream only if it had double sinks. The counter and cabinet (upper and lower) are the same as the kitchen. The mirror has an actual frame! There is a garden tub, but the shower does not have a whole lot of pressure. The medicine cabinet leaves a bit to be desired with its flimsy shelving, but thats not a deal breaker.The carpeted bedroom is a decent size. The closet door opens in and it is quite spacious. I estimate its just smaller than a quarter of 13x12 bedroom with solid shelving on two walls and 3 hanging rods. Its really quite nice.That was the good.******************************************The bad.They will give you a lease violation for not picking up after your pet, but the only way they know is if someone takes a picture of you (WITHOUT your consent or any release forms) and shows it to them.They will not handle noise complaints any further than calling the noisy resident unless you have firm evidence that there is noise. 15 calls in less than 6 months should be evidence enough. Weve had to record the noise and HOPE that it doesnt stop (funny enough) before we get the camera app on our phones open.Overall, this is a nice, safe complex from what weve seen, but the enforcement of policies toward other, noisier residents is ridiculous.
