Went here while in town for a wedding to get gel nail manicure and pedicures for my daughter and I. They were great, nails looked great and it was clean. My only critique is that they put something more entertaining on the TV or maybe some relaxing music playing ;) instead of a food review show

I will never go back to this salon!!! I’ve never had so many nails pop off and have never had as bad quality acrylics ever as I have from this Salon. Also I felt a very, very uncomfortable vibe every time I walked into this salon! I will never go back and will make sure everyone I know doesn’t ever use this business!

I’m currently visiting from out of town and I must say, the Deluxe Pedicures here are SPECTACULAR!Most places back home in FL spend about 10 min massaging your legs and move on.NOT HERE!!!Oh my goodness. I got massaged three different times. Once with the scrubs, next with what looked like lotion but thicker and didn’t really rub in, then got a hot towel on my legs and another leg massage after the hot towel with lotion while my feet soaked in a warm bag of gel that I haven’t quite figured out yet, but it felt great, so no complaints at all. (Alas, it was Paraffin wax, who knew?!)I have a bad tendency to bite my nails really bad if the polish comes off and I don’t repaint STAT. They were able to shellac my little nubs, ensure none was on my skin which would cause the polish to just peel off my nail in one sheet. I’m impressed. I am super happy and satisfied with my experience and will definitely be back when in the area visiting again.

When I lived in Castle Rock this was the place to go! I recently went back and it was still great! They fit 8 of us in with little advance warning, and when we last minute asked for a design they easily made it work.

I decided to switch up my normal salon and try this salon. I am very disappointed with my experience. The nail tech doing my nails completely rushed them(30 minutes for a full set) Every full set that I have ever gotten has taken an hour or more. I look fairly young and I assume that was why he rushed. I am also a nail tech and I can tell he didn’t put the effort in. They aren’t flushed to the cuticle at all and they look grown out. They are lopsided and thin. Very unhappy with this salon and experience.

I made an appointment for 3:30 and was told to come in an hour later because there were so many walk ins. Whats the point of making an appointment if the walk ins take priority? Will not be returning.

I went in to get my nails dipped and it only took the guy 30 minutes! Dipped manicures are supposed to take about an hour. I also got a pedicure, but overall the whole process took only 1h and 15 minutes. Plus, three of my nails chipped after 1 week, here is a pic of one of them. Im pretty disappointed knowing I could have spent that money elsewhere.

Me and my friend went just about a week and half Ago to get full pink/ white sets. They did both sets within 30 minutes. I have never seen a full set be done so quickly, let alone horribly. We both had bubbles all over our nails in the polish. They didnt even get all my previous color off of my nails so you can still see it through the pink part of nails🙄. They are already peeling off. Acrylics normally last a good month for us not EVEN CLOSE.To top it all off, he said it was 41 each but he will give us discount so 37 each. We got nothing fancy and the board said 35 for new pink/set, not sure how that makes sense. Will never return to this place and suggest if you want good quality nails go somewhere else.

Not impressed with the gel toes for my teens. They lasted 2 weeks and then were chipped and the price for pedicure with gel is no where to be found.

This is getting two stars simply based on the fact that Sammie is a lovely person who, until today, has given me beautiful manicures and pedicures. She is amazing at massaging arms and legs.The last time I went in, a couple of weeks ago, Tom did my acrylic white tips. His attitude was lackluster and he made my acrylics too thick even after I asked for them to be thinner.Today I went in to have the nails removed and a simple manicure after. Sammie was my tech this time. Im not sure what was wrong, but this time she applied the nail polish unevenly. While she gave a gel topcoat, the color polish was not dry enough beforehand; thus the polish was chipped and cracked within 10 minutes of leaving. About 4 hours later four of the nails polish smudged so bad that I had to peel them off leaving the sticky pink polish a mess and now Ill be removing all of it and putting on a clear coat. The removal was $10 and that was worth it. The polish and gel topcoat were an extra $15 which was a waste and a letdown.

It was a great place, with the new management. The place was clean and the new flooring was nice.The new owners and managers were courteousanyd friendly towards my group and the whole time was very relaxing. I was able to go and get my nails and my friends nails done for a wedding and they turned out better than I even expected. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone .

I love this nail salon. The atmosphere is great. Tina does excellent on pedicures. One-stop shop for nails, pedicures, and waxing.

Recently I came here with my mom I was surprised that the place was totally different from previous times I had gone with her. The place is under new management and they are a lot more friendly. The place is even cleaner and nicer. The technicians did my moms nails really well and I didnt feel uncomfortable waiting for her as everyone was friendly and her nails were done well and fast.

Love them! This is the only place my sisters and I will go. We tried another place and even though we scheduled appointments when we got there they told us they sent the waxer home. We called here and they took us no problem and did an amazing job!

This place is so hit or miss with my shellac today a MISS! Very friendly staff but very overpriced! I just paid $41 without the tip and now looking on the web to see if can paint over this mess. I will look for another nail salon and so should you.

HORRIBLE they charged $25 for a “kids” manicure! Which was one coat of nail polish, they didn’t file, or clip, or buff, or soak the cuticles or anything!! The employees were very shy and never the less rude. I would not recommend this nail placd

Fast, friendly. Sam/Sammy did an incredible shellac on my finger nails that lasted weeks.

The guy was nice and they did a good job but their sign and website said $30 for acrylics and then they charged $45.

They do a decent job but I hate that I cant talk to them. I have questions about my nails and either they really dont speak English or they just act like it-and if they do answer my questions I can never understand them-very heavy accents and its embarrassing to me to keep saying...what?.

Really bad customer service. I will not be going back. Employees are rude and have bad attitudes.

This is not your “fancy spa”-type salon, but I’ve been everywhere in Castle Rock and I keep coming back here. They are convienient, do a good job, and I like the prices and people.

Embarrassing nails I got I asked for black and I got something I didnt want and asked for ombré and I got 20 layers of acrylic yup no thank you !

Always feel like my services are being rushed, constantly feel like i am being pressured into services i dont want and the lack of english being spoken by techs around customers is awkward.

Terrible customer service. I called and made an appointment. When I showed up they told me they were too busy and to come back later. I told them I had an appointment and pointed to my name in the book and they told me to wait a few minutes. An hour went by and I still hadnt been helped.

The nail artist was rude and rolledHis eyes when I asked to have almond shaped nails and it took him forever to do it. Then they charged me $42 for acrylics although the sign says $30

Dont go here. Not a good pedi and the staff is rude. Also seems dirty.
