Very pleased with my gel manicure! It was very relaxing laying back in the chair having my nails done. Will definitely go back!

I love coming here for pedicures or manicures with my daughter. The staff is always so kind and the salon is always immaculate. Today, I absent-mindedly wore the wrong jeans that wont cuff up to allow for the leg massage part of the pedicure and they even had a spare long jersey skirt to change into so I could get my full pedicure. Love it here! Mark is the best for pedicures!

They were AMAZING! My mom and I and my 4 year old went, they were phenomenal! They were so sweet and kind to us and explained everything to my hesitant daughter. We will definitely be returning

Went here for the first time last week and thought they did a great job. Something you should know going in is that they do not do acrylic nails at this salon (no smell!) So if you want longer nails theyll do tips covered in dip powder. The staff was all very friendly. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and they did exactly that! My nails are all very even and smooth (no bumps!) My friend I went with also really loved her pedicure. Will definitely be going here more often and will update my review if I feel the need.

I got my nails done 5 days ago and my nails are supposed to last 3weeks and my nails are falling off. I paid a lot for these nails for bad quality. Do not come unless you want to waste your money.

Very comfortable chairs. I went for the dip and within a week my nails were chipping. I’ve never had that before. Went within that week to have them retouched since they were chipping so much and charged $10. A few days after that my nails kept chipping. Worst dip I’ve ever had. Very frustrated to have spent $45 on something that normally lasts me a month to only last a week. Won’t be going back for this reason.

I don’t often leave reviews but I was so pleased with my service that I felt I should .The place was very clean and they did a wonderful job on my manicure / pedicure .If I lived closer I would definitely be a repeat customer here

I just had the worst manicure I have ever had from the owner of this salon. She does not know how to paint nails and did a terrible job. When I asked her to fix the problem, she became very upset. She tried to get the paint off skin around the nail and cut my skin with the metal clippers. Very poor customer service and communication skills. Would not recommend this place, especially considering this is the owner (if it truly was the owner). Very disappointed and wouldn’t even give this place one star. A couple hours later my bank notified they charged me twice on top of everything. Very suspect....

Made an appointment and was very specific that I had to leave at a certain time to pick up my kids and they still made me wait 20 minutes! When I asked them how long it would be after 10 minutes of waiting the lady bit my head off, even though I had an appointment. Not pleased with my experience

They do very detailed work. I just got a basic pedicure but every single step of it was carefully and perfectly executed. They even gave me a little neck massage while my toes were drying! Ill definitely come back here.

As always AJ does an outstanding job on both my hands and feet. Today she noticed that my hands were getting dry and really cracked. She recommended a paraffin treatment. The end result? My hands were soft and looked 10 years younger.

I usually never go back to a nail salon, mostly because Im really picky. Ive already gone back once and will probably make this my regular nail place because of the wonderful job they do. My nails were done right, Ive had no chipping, no breakage, and everyone keeps complimenting me on how awesome my nails look. The staff are very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Ive done walk ins both times and theyve had no problem getting me in and out quickly. Definitely go here if you need a new nail salon!

My shellac manicure lasted less than week. It started to chip the corners and bottom of the nail two days after I got it done. I recommend the salon across the street. It’s right next to Yoga Pod. I love the other one! DO NOT RECOMMEND NATURAL NAILS AND SPA!!!

I love this nail salon! Kevin, the owner, does such a great job and tries very hard to make sure your nails are perfect. I went here to get acrylic nails, and they turned out beautiful and very professional. I got so many complements and I cant wait to go back! Very affordable for the quality, personally I think it is one of the best places to go in castle rock!

Literally the worst experience ever at a nail salon. There was no other customers (except me) at 5:30 pm, and I definitely should have taken this as a hint. When I walked in, one of the employees was asleep at one of the pedicure chairs and I had to wake her up to get any service. Then, when they were doing my nails, the employees who were not working on me sat in the chairs next to me and they all talked (in Vietnamese) the entire time. Of course, this is expected and usually I dont mind. But when I feel like Im surrounded by 5 different people at once all speaking another language (loudly), its pretty annoying. I am paying a good amount of money to relax and get my nails done - not be in the middle of someones conversation. Not to mention, my shellac is awful. While my pedicure does look nice - my shellac manicure is bubbled, has spots where the color was not applied correctly and is see through, and, on my thumb, the shellac actually dripped so I have a large bit of shellac in one area and the rest of the thumb has almost no color. Maybe if they were focusing on their customer rather than their own conversation, my nails might have turned out better. I will never go back - and I would never recommend this nail salon!

They wanted to charge $65 for a full set. Rude staff. I left and went across the street to Dimension nails who were amazing. Blessing in disguise.

I love this place so much! The milk and honey pedicure is amazing! The place is incredibly clean and all the staff is very friendly. I wouldn’t want to go any where else for my nails to be done.

I love Natural Nails since they have changed ownership. Wonderful Staff and very clean. Since they don’t do acrylics I have been using gel for my nails. Acrylics destroyed my nails making them very thin and brittle!! My nails are on the road to recovery!!Thank You Natural Nails for your kindness, expertise, cleanliness and great products!!

I always get the guy and thats no problem, but I feel he always rushes way to much. The very first time I went to get acrylics I got Lynn and she was great, but time and time again he always rushes on me. I wind up going home and fixing my nails the way I want them.

New owners are terrible. They cut me and I bled three times when doing my nails, made my foot bleed from their buffer they used on my pedicure, and did a horrible job on my eyebrow wax (I now have two different shaped eyebrows). Overall not relaxing and the technician was not delicate at all. I do not recommend going here since the ownership is now changed as of March 2018.

I used to love this place until new people started working. I got ripped off and they refused to give me a refund I went in on my best friends birthday to treat her to a pedicure while I got a manicure . They did dipping with me after specifically asking for acrylic the normal way .Next day I barely touched something and 7 fell off .They also refused to tell me what the weird powder was that was being sprinkled on my nail and burning it .And used a horrible chemical as a way of trying to make sure they stay on or something but it spelled identical to brake cleaner which is highly toxic of a fume to be breathing in . And I was very sick as well for days and almost had to go to the er because of how sick I was .Horrible horrible place to go ! Also continuously tried to bribe my friend to do the more expensive package for a pedicure even though we both repeatedly kept stating no no no no

Terrible quality and customer service. First time I came in I wanted French tips and the lady that was doing mine for some reason genres frustrated while doing them bc I asked her to make them a bit thinner and so she called someone else over to finish up. That whole process took about 90 minutes. I decided to give them another try bc I know French tips can be tougher - my shellac lasted 5 days after it started peeling off!!! I went back the 6th day to show them and they said they will fix it for free the following day. Ok I thought good customer service. When I came back the older guy did the fix and told me I just want a free manicure and that ‘he knows about me’ and that I always come back for free manicure. I have never done this before and this was only my third time in this nail salon. He was also rushing through it and did a bad job so I will have to get it redone anyway somewhere else. He concluded with saying maybe I shouldn’t come back there. Rest assured I won’t...

Lihn does an amazing job on both acrylics and waxing (what I have experience with). The shop is always clean, the staff is very friendly and they make you feel right at ease as soon as you walk in the door. Ive brought my young niece along with me a few times and they did a great job with her as well. The first time I went in I was desperate to find a good nail tech (my regular had just moved) and Im so glad I decided to give them a try. Bonus, my husband can wait next door at Firehouse subs when he tags along lol. Small tip: call ahead for an appointment. Lihn gets booked up very quickly because shes awesome!

The nails came out so thick and heavy it took almost 3 hours to even get them on and then another hour and a half to paint when I had been estimated less than an hour. I was bleeding and had skin ripped off my fingers, other employees were commenting how ugly my hands and natural nails were all in Korean, the next few days they all fell off.

Unhygenic.They arent sterilizing tools and several, recent clients have developed infections in cuticle area.Swelling, bleeding, pus by following morning!DORA has been contacted and launched an investigation.The owner Kevin has retaliated with rudeness rather than concern
