My visit was not wort the $95 I paid for dip nails. This was my first time. Nails are supposed to last longerWell the 2nd week they look dull and they are chipping off. I feel ripped off

We had an appointment at 6pm. No one spoke to us except to use hand sanitizer. Waited 30 minutes and finally left. Two people walked in after us and they were helped. Wouldn’t go there again!

Tammy was amazing! Nice customer service and shaped my coffin nails very well. She was detail oriented.

The atmosphere is quite nice and peaceful. Its a smaller salon which is also nice.I was less than impressed with my pedicure and my manicure. My toes were not cut- only filed. This made several nails uneven to the point of being very noticeable while standing.My manicure was decent until polish was applied. I didnt realize how horrible of a job the paint was until I was about to leave. It was uneven, bumpy and honestly so unprofessional.I will never be visiting this salon again.

I took my two daughters and myself to Glamour Nails in Castle Rock and never will I step foot in there again. They were not abiding by the 6ft separation rule or the under #10 people in the shop at one time. The worst thing is that I was quoted prices on the phone that was doubled by the time we were done. One of my daughters had a full set of nails done and the other had only a manicure with painted designs. Both of them were charged $52 dollars each and I was quoted $28 for he manicure and $28 for my pedicure which I was charged $48. They said it was because I picked gel polish. And were so rude to us three, they were only speaking to each other and did not talk to one of my daughters at all and my other daughter only a few times. I have never had such an upcharge in my life without at least being warned of additional charges. And to top it all off I told her to put all three charges on my card, she gave me the receipt and we walked out the door only to have all three employees come out screaming at us and one calling the police because my daughter did not pay. I explained that I told her to put it on my card because of the up charge my daughter did not have enough money but she didn’t. I wouldn’t be as upset if they would have just been honest about the prices before they were all done.

I absolutely love this salon! Angel is amazing at acrylics! So nice and personable! I have been reading all these reviews and it makes me sad these people give them 1 star. Understandable that you had one bad experience but just cause that one person didnt do a good job doesnt mean someone else there cant give you what you want. The salon is amazing and so is the staff. Everyone finds the right person to do their nails and or whatever they are getting done. Dont write them off cause the one person you got wasnt right for you. Just try someone else. This salon is great. We all find our matches.

I just moved to castle rock and needed a new nail salon. I was very pleased with my pedicure and dip both times I’ve gone in. The staff is very polite and the salon is clean. TG I didn’t have to search all that hard for a great new nail salon!

She did exactly what I wanted on my nails and she let the dip soak off mostly. I also had a really nice pedicure which smelled amazing and felt so good. My lashes have not stayed as long as I would have liked though. The salon was very nice and clean.

I love my nails, theyre absolutely beautiful!!!! Tammy did my rebase, she was very professional & did an amazing job! Hands down one of the best nail jobs Ive had! They even offer drinks while youre waiting.

My first time writing a review but so disappointed by what happened. Similar to another reviewer on this site, I had a pedicure appointment for 2:30pm this afternoon. When I arrived 5 mins early, it literally looked like my nail technician who I had booked my appt with had just started another customers nails. I waited patiently. Then they had me sit down in the pedicure chair and only filled the basin 1/8 full of SCALDING hot water. I kept waiting. At 2:50 I decided to leave. What is the point in making an appointment if you still have to wait?

Cleanest nail salon in town. Very friendly staff. My nails last a month with the dipping powder. Fast service yet quality work!

This place is amazing and patrica is a NAIL QUEEN. like i’m blown away. she was so sweet, fast and my nails have actually never looked better. A lot of places always make acrylics so thick and a weird shape but not patrica. i’m so happy i found this place. 11/10 recommend!

By far one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. The boy who did it should not be doing this. This is the first time I have ever had to ask anyone to scrub my heals better. And I paid extra for callous removal!! It was sweltering hot in the salon. Nobody talked to me at all, a completely awkward situation. I knew it would be bad when he squirted the callous remover all over himself and then got up and left for a good 5 minutes- during which time no other employee talked to me. He also had a rash on his arm that he kept stopping what he was doing to inspect. He barely paid any attention to what he was doing and it took over an hour. I will absolutely never come back!

Since moving to Castle Rock several months ago, I didn’t commit to finding a new nail salon until my sister in law came to town last week. I wanted to treat her and I wanted to give a local nail salon a chance rather the driving 20+ minutes away to my usual nail salon in Lone Tree. Anyway, my pros were it was fairly clean and nail techs were nice. We wanted to have the gel/shellac done and they insisted we try dipped so we did.The cons were they don’t have their instruments individually or grouped in sterilized pouches. How do I know the instruments have been sterilized...Also, my sister in law got dipped nails with tips.They were lovely! And she loved them but when she noticed that her index finger tip was crooked and showed me, the nail tech that was working on me snapped back quickly by saying, “next time tell your nail tech that it is crooked so we can fix it right way.” Ok, fantastic. What about quality check or re-training your nail tech to do a better job and double checking their work. We are paying YOU to make sure that doesn’t happen.This place wasn’t horrible but I just got use to my previous nail salons practices so I’m going back to them....And because I want to help others out as far as costs/services, my dipped nail manicure did not include a manicure, that was a add on!I have never had this issue and I think it is ridiculous that you have to add this on. So if you are fortunate enough to not have thick cuticles like me then dipped nails will run you $40.00 here and a manicure will cost a additional $10.00. So to reiterate, I got dipped nails and added the manicure which was a total of $50.00.My massage was mediocre and rushed with no hot towel at the end.My sister in law got dipped nails with no manicure but added tips and that was a total of $45.00. $40 for dipped and additional $5.00 for the tips.

Drove all the way from the Springs to come here and it was exactly what people say it is! I loved my experience and the trip was well worth it. Very nice and friendly staff! I love my pedicure!!

Not sure if we will go back, called for an appointment, after 50 minutes of waiting, finally got my nails done. This was the 2nd time I had to wait so long.,what’s the point of having an appointment if it is so disregarded. I was told sorry and staff was polite but I think a small discount should be given or at least suggested when it is not the customers fault

Q and Sonny are absolutely amazing. Sonny gives the best pedicures Ive ever had. Q is top notch at what she does. I highly recommend this place. ❤

The best nail salon in Douglas County!! Tony and Q are incredibly personable and outgoing and genuinely wanted to get to know me. I even brought my 3 year old daughter in to get her nails done for the first time and they were so great with her!!! They have my business for life!

Nails looked great. Atmosphere wasn’t what I expected. Felt like I was “an interruption “ in personal conversations of staff. Probably won’t go back, a friendly welcome goes along way.

Nails done wonderfully, relatively cheaper prices especially for Castle Rock, and didn’t feel like everyone was talking about you while in there.

Extreamly nice staff, and calming atmosphere, abd great work! Im from out of town, but will be back the next time im in Castle Rock!
