They did a great job. The price was awesome for a manicure and pedicure.

Amazing job. I came here by chance because my usual nail salon was booked and was a bit skeptical at first because it’s inside a Walmart, however I do not regret it one bit. I will be coming here from now on. I got a full dip done and I am in love with how perfect my nails look. The color is called Lovely Hannie nail dip #038.

Popped in for a gel mani and pedi. Service was great but the nails are awful. The edges ran over the clear top coat doesn’t cover the whole nail. I’ve honestly never had a less professional looking mani and was charge $60 without the tip.

Ive been going to Regal Nails for about 6 years now. They always are friendly and cheerful. Ive never had a bad manicure or pedicure. The Hot Stone is my go to for a great experience!!!

Ladys are so nice

They dont wax. Didnt offer anything else or tell me they wax over at the hair salon. She just didnt seem to want to help me I was going to get my nails done but changed my mind.

Worst experience Ive had in a salon. I was there to get a full set and brought my daughters for manicures. The lady doing my 9 yrs old daughters nails had her small children pulling on her chair while she was nipping my daughters cuticles... I finally had enough and took my daughters and left in the middle of the service. I will never return to this salon.

I come here often (and usually have a good experience) and usually get the man or the woman who has been there for a while. Today I got a younger girl who did my pedicure, I got the hot stone pedicure. She massaged and did my sugar scrub for maybe 3 minutes total. She massaged my legs with her fingertips but had long nails so scratched me instead. When I told her she was scratching me she just switched legs. She continued to scratch so I finally told her to just stop because her nails were too long and it hurt. The pedicure in total should take about an hour and mine took approximately 30 minutes. When I told her I refused to pay full price for a half job she spoke in a different language to her coworker then rolled her eyes. I paid $30 instead of $38. I was never asked if temperatures were too hot or too cold, she didnt check to make sure I liked my color, and also didnt ask if I wanted my nails shorter, she just went ahead and cut them. Although the nail job itself looks fine, the customer service issue should be fixed or this location will continue losing service.

I have gone to different locations besides this one and have gotten great results but this was the first time I had gone to this location. The lady who did my nails was very rude, she did not talk to me beside to ask me how long I wanted my nails. My nails were crooked and the nail polish did not stay on. Also three of them have fallen off and I got them done less than a week ago. Not happy with my results will not be going back.

They will get you in and out quickly and conveniently but...They will be rushing and hurting you. Ive been there twice and both times walked out with cuts. Quality is just alright.

Do not go here! I had never been here before but I went there a couple days ago and got a full set put on. The next day a few of my nails hurt so bad! Under the acrylic there is a lot of air bubbles, all of the filing & lengths are uneven, they are crooked and look horrible. I tried telling the girl that was doing them but she did not understand anything I was saying...she would laugh, or say nothing..not even look at me & keep going. Today I called and asked if I could get a refund and the lady did not understand why I wouldnt like them because she said that everybody there does great work and theyve never had an unhappy customer. She said that she will not give me a refund but that I could go in and they would take them all off and redo them. I told her that I just wanted a refund and that I was going to go have my nails done somewhere else. At this point she got very rude and told me that it was not her fault that I didnt like them and that I was not going to get my money back. She told me to have a nice day and hung up on me!

This place is the worst they cut my nails down so short it hurt then when I said something she started to try & raise voice I wouldnt recommend this place its not worth it rude horrible service & very hateful
