Katie does an excellent job especially with BRAIDS! She does every kind of braid. This salon and Katie really helped me out in a time of need. I had a procedure and couldn’t lift my arms to wash my hair and they took care of it. Katie also fixed my hair for a Hawaiian party and everyone kept telling me how beautiful it was. Photos in post

Erin is a Master hair cutter! My husband has never raved about a hair stylist before, but he does about Erin!They have the best red hair dye ever! I havent dyed it for 6 months due to covid, and it still is beautiful and as rich (almost) as when she first put it on. It doesnt turn orange like most do.Go visit them, youll be happy you did!

My family and I have been going to the Hair Design Team for years. My hair stylist, Eryn, has always been happy to help me find new ideas for my hair without judgment and fulfill them with ease. She is excellent at engaging in conversations and making sure everything is what I want. She will help me go through pictures of hairstyles of my choosing, adding advice on how to make it fit me. The salon is very welcoming and friendly. They are a five out of five experience and would recommend Eryn to anyone.

I absolutely love the entire team at Hair Design! Not only do they do an amazing job each and every time no matter what service Ive requested, hair cut, hair color, Brazilian blowout, manicure or pedicure, they also make each visit a totally fun experience! Like spending time with all your great girlfriends! I highly recommend you check it out, and they are even open until 9 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays which is great for me and my work schedule. PS: My husband also gets his hair cut at Hair Design and he loves how they pamper him and make him look great - and so do I!

I completely needed help with my hair and a different direction; shorter to suit a mother of two young children. I was extremely impressed! They cut my curly hair beautifully and were very helpful to help me style it!

Always great customer service! I am there every month for color with Sandy, but this last time, I brought my 92 year old mother. Brandi asked questions and listened to what Mom wanted and the result was great! Brandi also did Moms nails the old fashioned way - no shellac - and her nails were beautiful. Mom was very happy with all the results and loved the attention! Thank you Sandy and Brandi for always making sure we are coiffed and as beautiful as we can get...no matter how old we are!

Eryn is one of the best hair dresser I have ever had. She takes her time and really listens to what you want to do to your hair. She will spend as much time as she wants till she feels it looks perfect. If you dont like it she fixes it until you love it.

This is the best salon in Castle Rock that I have been to -- I walked in for a cut and color and was completely taken care of by Jessica. It was so refreshing to find a stylist who really listened to what I wanted and created a look that was easy to care for and looked amazing! Kristin Knipp is fabulous! She has been doing my hair for years and I have never had a complaint. Very intuitive and attentive. Always recommends great products to keep my hair looking its best!

I called a couple of days prior to make an appointment, I booked make up (which I thought was a bit costly $25 for eyelashes only) and a hair style. When I got there, they had me under a different name, I asked to get my bangs cut and the girl was nice, but totally forgot that I wanted to add that...I didnt bother to mention it again. I wanted loose curls and my hair went flat about two hours after I left, I was super bummed because I stressed that I needed it to hold for the night. I have had it done many times before, so I know it works. I got the eye lashes, the variety was non existent and the girls were talking about someone needed to put in an order but forgot, I thought hey they know what they are doing but no... it took forever to put on and that lasted until I got home when the edges came up on one, I should of gone to mac, they cost about $15 - 18 and they have a variety, they cut of the excess lash to make it fit appropriately. There nice, but I wont be going there again to waist my money.

I have had great experiences. My stylist remembers my hair style as well as information about me. It is nice to have someone who not only cares about my hair but about me as a person. All the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great experience at the salon from the moment I walked in the door, where I was cheerfully greeted. Brandi did a great job cutting my wavy/curly hair! The salon was clean and there was no hard sell pushing of products. I will be back!

I can’t believe this salon is still open. You thinking that you are good at hair, and in all honesty you are one of the worst out there, it’s pathetic and it is definitely showing in your customers.

Never have I ever cried in a salon chair before. I went in to this salon and asked for some highlights, after sitting under the heat for what seemed like forever, it was finally time to take the foils out. Upon taking the foils out, my hair came with it. My hair had literally melted off. To make it worse, I was blamed for it because of a shampoo that I had used 6 months ago. The only reason im not giving them a 1 star rating is because they gave me a few deep conditioning treatments and some free shampoo and a deep conditioner to take home. I have since gone to a different salon and they were wonderful. I will never go back to this salon ever again.

This Salon is at the top of their class. The staff really listens to the needs of their clients. I have an enjoyable time each and every time I have an appointment. The appointments are on time and have the appropriate amount of time scheduled for me as so I not feeling rushed.

I recently went in an had my hair done by a beautiful young lady, Bri. I have been trying for a long time to find a new stylist to no avail. She listened to what I wanted and did it exactly as I asked. After I left, I had 3 of my friends book appointments with her as they LOVED the color and cut of my hair. I have never been so happy with a hair cut! I cut off at least 10 inches and love the result. I literally walked in and asked Bri what she thought I should do and I love the result! Fantastic. Im definitely going back--great people, great haircuts. I highly recommend Bri.

Although the staff were very pleasant Erin the stylist who cut my hair really screwed it up. I asked for Layers and Bangs, I now have a Shelf and bangs that are extreamly short and uneven. I did return to ask to look as erin told me before leaving if I had issues to return and let them fix it, upon returning the owner ( I believe) looked at my hair, she was very kind but I felt she was pacifying me verse really dealing with the situation. Perhaps she new the cut was a mess and could not be fixed, either way Im now stuck growing out the butched bangs and the ledge. Upon leaving the salon I had made an appointment prior for color, Erin told me she had a gentleman in that day complaining, she stated im still getting to know his hair, these things take time, That speaks volumes, Education and really knowing what your doing is huge when dealing with something as personal as hair. I sadly would not recommend this salon.

I had not been to many salons in Castle Rock as I am new to the area, so when my mom found Hair Design Team, I thought I would give them a try. They were extremely nice and got me in right away with Bri. Bri was very friendly and professional, but unfortunately, the haircut was horrible. It was very choppy and uneven. The layers did not lay right and were really heavy. One side was longer than the other. I tried to explain that I wanted it blended together and not so choppy and uneven, but she didnt seem to know what I meant. I dont have experience with the other stylists so I cannot comment on their ability. I dont like to write negative reviews, but this haircut was bad enough that I felt the need to comment.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, just what I needed to find being new to Castle Rock. I will return and wish I knew more people to give a referral to.

Wow, I dont remember the last time my hair was this badly done. My roots are now clown red, while the test of my hair is medium brown. I dont get it, what logic were they using? They tried to fix it, but no change. Im baffled. $135.00 down the drain...now Im off to buy some store crap to try to cover the obsurdity.
