I am visiting CO from the northeast. I found this nail salon from Google and, based off the pictures on their website, decided to give them a try.Im glad I tried, because my acrylic refill looks fabulous. Two employees worked on my nails meticulously. The acrylic isnt too thick and the color looks beautiful.

I always have a great experience here! No matter who does my nails they are always kind, professional, and make sure I love my nails. Today Daisy helped me pick a super cute and unique set based on a picture I showed her. I love my nails, thank you!!

Just moved to the area a few months ago and hadn’t been able to pamper myself with getting my nails done in 2 years. Went with my partner and we were treated professionally and with attention to detail despite them closing soon. They took their time in ensuring our nails looked perfect before we left. Moved to Castle Rock at the end of July and just went here for the 1st time yesterday on a recommendation and cant say enough about the people who work here!I got a pedicure and a rebase. Nelly did my pedicure and Tri (not sure of the spelling) - pronounced Try did my nails and they both did an amazing job! Incredibly patient and great attention to detail 😍This is DEFINITELY my new nail place! ❤️

I am new to CR and researched nail salons local. Lots came up but this one was recommended and i loved the reviews so gave it a try. I am so happy with them 💓 i saw Daisy and she was so friendly and did a beautiful job! I will definitely be going back and bringing my daughter in next time too.

I’ve been using United nails since I’ve moved to CO. It’s the first place I tried and I was so satisfied I never went anywhere else. I work as a waitress and I get compliments on my nails all the time. They are very reasonably priced and their acrylics can take a beating.

Super friendly and professional staff, let me and my sister come in fairly late and stay over an hour after close while still doing a fantastic job with our nails, Daisy is great at nail art and they are all very nice and prices are great!

This is the best place for manicure and pedicure. I went there today with my husband, and believe it is the first time of our lives weve been pampered to that extent. So I tried this new place and Ive got to say I couldnt be happier with the results. I have found my new nail salon and nail tech Tri. He went above and beyond and I love my nails and I definitely recommend this place.

I went in for the first time to find a salon closer to me rather than driving around. one of the male workers was kind of deciding my nails for me like the shape even thought i wanted a squared nails. it sounded like he called my fingers a bit to big. the nails only lasted a week when they could last a month and there were so many bubbles and noticeable bumps on my acrylics. it took the lady almost two and a half hours to do simple nice acrylics which came out more of a pink. apart from the nails, the workers were a bit unprofessional. they kept talking loud and would not talk to any of the customers. i tried making convo but i got blown off a bunch and the man kept cutting me off. honestly would not recommend.

I went in today with nails that looked like a 12 year old boys who just played in the dirt. Short and broken.I came out with probably the most beautiful nail job I have ever had! That would have been enough but I also really enjoyed the chat I had with Tri ( forgive me if I spelled the name wrong) Seriously as long as I live here this is the place I will go.

I have been going to United Nails and Lash to get eye lashes for quite some time now. I have paid $100+ at other lash studio and they are not even close the the quality of lashes I receive from Lynn at United! She does an amazing job and the price is fair. The owner is very kind and they are always on-time and easy to work with. They are clean and taking the proper steps to create a Covid19 safe environment. I highly recommend them!

I had manicure and a pedicure at this location On Saturday and I am very disappointed with how much they charged me and how bad my toe hurts. The price for a manicure and a pedicure that I selected with gel was $90 and I was charged $105. Then to add insult to injury they charged me another $1.09 after my visit. On top of all that, they cut back my cuticle so far on my toe that it’s swollen and hurts so bad and I’m pretty sure it’s infected. Do not go here if you don’t want to be overcharged and you don’t want an infection.

I wanted to try a new salon and chose United Nails cause of the reviews were super good but unfortunately I had a horrible experience!My appt was at 4:00, and they didn’t take me till 4:30. All I wanted was a rebase ( which on the website it says 25$ ) and got charged 45$!!!While I was there I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted and said he can’t do that, so I had to go with plain pink color. And when I was there he was texting on his phone the whole time, I was in there for 2 hours !!! My nails turned out fine just bad customer service !

I’ve been here a few times now and was thinking this might be the place I go to always, but I went in yesterday and got the WORST MANICURE EVER. I’ve been to a lot of places and had lots of manicures and this was the very worst I’ve ever had!!! I can’t believe how awful it was and how much my nails/fingers hurt. She asked me at one point at the end of the manicure if it hurt and I said yes and she didn’t even say sorry! I left with two bleeding fingernails and had to go home and put bandaids/neosporin on 4 of my fingers. I have rounded nails and I asked for them to be shorter and she took a nail file and filed so hard that it cut into my nail bed on multiple fingers and made my nails pointy and in a direction that my nails don’t go naturally! None of my nails on either hand are even and go in the right direction, all are pointed sideways... I have no idea what she was thinking or how she thought it looked right. I can’t believe I paid for this!!! Day 2 now and my nails still really hurt. I’m not sure how long this will take to heal but I will NEVER be back and will NEVER recommend to anyone I know ever again. This picture doesn’t even do justice to how painful it is and how messed up my nails look.

Im very rough on life and my nails not only lasted a month, but they still looked good!! They did my graduation nails and they looked amazing. They didnt rush through it like some places and right after my appointment I recommend them to a friend and she went in. Tri did both of our nails. They also have good prices. For now on I will recommend this nail salon to anyone that is looking for a good nail place.

Dont go here to get your nails done!! They are terrible! I got my nails done here for my wedding. Worst decision EVER! The nails were not even with size/shape and the tips were placed crooked so the square tip wasnt even a straight line. I have never had my nails ruined so bad after getting acrylics. I told the girl I thought she was grinding off too much, but she told me she knew what she was doing... now my nails literally hurt when I pick up anything, they are paper thin! Also they claim they can do designs and flowers, but it took 5 tries and still wasnt good but I had been there for 3 hours, just for a manicure, I was done and left with what they did.

First visit and I’m very impressed. Tri was absolutely wonderful - a perfectionist. I’m very picky and he did an amazing job!

Best eyelashes ever! Mimi does a great job. They are very long with lots of curl. They last a very long time. Lowest price as well. I highly recommend Mimi for your next set if eyelash extensions! The salon is decorated very chic!

The dip nail method is amazing and they do a phenomenal job. My nails were in bad shape but after 1 dip nail and 3 weeks adding there are strong and much longer. The French tip dip is amazing!

I adore this place and the employees. They always go above and beyond for myself and all of the other gals in my family. This is not your standard turn and burn type nail salon. They are attentive, concise and the leg massages are better than any I’ve had in the Castle Rock area! I’ve been to about 90% of the nails salons here and I would recommend United Nails hands down!

I just finished getting my nails filled in with acrylic and gel polish applied. I will never ever go to this Salon again. I had a female do my nails and before I even had her touch my fingers to do my nails I told her to be gentle and she was far far from doing so. She was very very rough and I found it disrespectful she did not grant me the wish I stowed upon her. Besides this attention, she did not listen to my instructions and smooth the rough edges under my nails, when I told her 3 times to do it, before she applied the polish. So I am very disappointed with this Salon and will not be going back. They were playing unnecessary loud music! I do not see how this Salon could be 5 stars and its not even a 1 star. I tipped the lady a small amount and regret doing so. She was not worth a tip and I will for sure be finding a new Salon, the next time I need my nails done.

These guys are great! Ive had my nails done 3 times by both Mimi and Try, and their attention to detail is impeccable. Ive never had a bad experience here, they are always warm and kind and my nails last forever.

Love this place. Techs are excellent. Use sterile instruments and have disposable liners. Lots of choices of pedicures. Prices reasonable. Next door to Jimmy Johns to free baked bread aroma.

Me and my girlfriend walked in around 3:30 Friday. It wasn’t overly busy and we got mani/pedis right away. I was pleased with the operator. She did a great job, didn’t hurt me at all which I’m always concerned about. It only cost $40 and I gave her a $10 tip. I always go to this nail saloon.

Went to Tri because he had such great reviews and I certainly wasnt disappointed. He did such a fantastic job! I will definitely be going back. If you arent sure where to get your nails done, this is the place.. and ask for Tri!!!

Tri does it every time ! :) I won’t go to anywhere but him. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly. I’ve never had to wait uncomfortably long past my appointment time to get taken back either. My nails are always great quality, and last the full 2-3 weeks I normally go between rebases. Prices are reasonable too. Won’t go anywhere else!
