Recently moved to this area and this was the first nail salon I’ve tried here. I love it so much I’ve not bothered going anywhere else. My nails always turn out exactly how I want them to. They do an amazing job each time. They are very detail oriented and are meticulous in their work. Good prices too! I would highly recommend!

I love this place!!! it is a shame I didnt find them sooner! the staff here are amazingly friendly and I felt very comfortable letting them work with my hands, my nails are very fragile. I had been getting acrylics before with my previous technician but Amy was able to recommend me take dip powder! my nails have been feeling better already. 🥰

This place is a really refreshing way to come out of COVID. I love how sanitized they were and the staff were soooooo friendly. Loving how welcoming it is. I went over with my friend for some quality time and I have never seen better work with my gel manicures. I will definitely be making more frequent visits.

Got my nails done here 3 days ago and they all chipped this is the second time it happened to me at this please.

I had my nails done 6 days ago. They are chopped and broken now. I contacted the owner, but she said its the problem of the style I chose. Its too complicated for her to do. I can not see whats wrong with the style. Its very basic and simple. The entire experience sucks. I will never go there again.

Love this place. The technicians here are wonderful people who do wonderful work. I had a gel manicure and it has been three weeks with no chipping! Lasted longer than any other place I’ve been to.

I had done my gel manicure at Q toe nail salon, The salon super clean and safe! Walk in take temperature first and wash hands that get severe, great service great job, I will definitely recommend this place!

This place does a really good job with your nails, but I’d absolutely give them no business in the future. I went in with my cousin and daughter. Since there was only 2 staff members, they took my cousin and I first even though I asked for my daughter to go first as she was only 5. As we were getting our nails done, more people came in and in the end, they said they couldn’t do my daughter’s nails. They were more focused on making a larger sale than doing a 5 year old’s nails. Talk about a Penny wise pound foolish strategy. Not once did they consider I got a mani/pedi every 2 weeks and they’d loose that nor did they consider disappointing a young girl who was so excited to get her nails done.

I would give zero stars if I could I came in for a simple polish on my toes no pedicure. They charge you 15 dollars for that most salons it’s 10 or less. It’s not the point of the five dollars but when I asked to see the price menu because I felt that was a little high for regular polish with no shaping just polish on toes. The owner said is this your first time here... I replied yes well this area is more Cary is more. I go to a salon normally right down the road they do not up charge based on location it’s strictly on professionalism and experience... I couldn’t go to my normal salon because they were booked for the afternoon and this place hadn’t one soul inside. I see why just fair warning ladies.... and the owner was super rude the other comments are true! Beware

I got my nails done about 2 weeks ago and the lady who did my nails seemed to be having a bad day and came up pretty rude to me. Im 8 months pregnant and I just felt really uncomfortable with my whole experience. At one point when she was doing my nails my face mask slipped down so I had to reach up and fix it. She seemed to roll her eyes and judge me hardcore about it. Then, at one point when I went to put my hands under the table to get dry, I accidently bumped a corner of one fingernail and she seemed super aggravated that she had to fix it. She had no patience and consideration at all. My gel manicure chipped after a week and 2 days of getting them done. It was enough to make me never go back.

Great place for nails, foot massages and more. Friendly staff, fair prices, great service. Just moved to the neighborhood. Wont go anywhere else for pedicure, manicure. Got my husband to come in and hes hooked too thanks to their foot Massage.

I take my 80 year old mother with me for pedicures. Amy and her staff are always extra kind and gentle to her, which is important to me. They always do an awesome job! I also like their stamps toward a half price pedicure after 10 pedicures. The facility is clean, you can enjoy a complimentary bottle of water or glass of wine, and they know what they are doing. You wont be sorry.

Had a Pedicure today,have been several times.Felt as if Amy treated me as less than her other clients.There were 3 other women there who were high-end and she treated them with drinks and made sure they were getting what they wanted.I am 70 yrs.old and have been through a serious illness lately,I was looking forward to a special relaxing treat,but instead came away feeling like Cinderella.I was never even asked if I wanted a drink of water.I own a business and would definitely never treat anyone as if they were invisible!!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Amy and the others at Qtoenail. I’ve had my nails done for years but I can honestly say no one has been able to give me the natural look that I want...except Amy. She is amazing!! The ONLY problem is that there is only one Amy. So, when I bring my daughter or friend to get their nails done, we have to wait for each other. But, I would do that any day over having someone else do my nails! If I could give a 10-star rating I would!

I have been going there for 3 years, almost since they opened. Excellent service and very friendly. Never a problem. Always flexible when I need to change an appointment. I also had the eyebrow microblading done, which was awesome. Would highly recommend.

Gel dip powder manicure chipped/cracked immediately. They fixed today for free. 6 hours later, a nail has already cracked. Only giving 2 stars because they are nice but will not return for a manicure.

Choppy work done too fast. Thats the best way to describe it. Also, prices are higher than other shops in the are who do far better quality work. Dont let the friendly faces fool you

Used to LOVE coming here, but recently they hired a new woman who has tried to give me a pedicure 3-4 times (so I did give her a chance) and I was not pleased. It is very disappointing since amy and everyone else who works there does an amazing job.

This has got to be one of the worst nail salons Ive ever visited. I decided to patronize this salon because it was close to home. I typically received the gel polish. The polish would chip within 3 days. I found myself going back to have it corrected after each polish. I am now using other nail salons around Cary until I find a good one. Save your time, money, and tip. This place is really not worth it.

I deleted my first review- as the owner would only give refund if i promised I would. I am submitting another review as I had terribly poor service. Please know I am not harsh and difficult being a business owner, i understand the need for fairness and understanding and sobriety. I have too say this Salon is by far the worst Ive ever experienced, as it relates to skill and customer service. I arrived 5:30pm for Mani/Pedi and out the door by 6:15pm I did feel it was rushed but just allowed to complete job. I left feeling it wasnt a good job, and the next morning clear coat nails began to chip, as well as I could feel pointed corners on nails as well as uneven nail. Really looked bad. Next morning 9:30 (business open) I returned to shop and nicely asked for a refund showing clearly poor quality of work. I was immediately YELLED at by the owner -Amy --and told I was not getting my refund. After little exchange she threatened to call the Police. I stated I would not leave until receiving refund. I was only asking for refund for Maincure-- NOT refund Pedi or tip. After 20 mins and client encouraging her to make this right...she wiped the clear coat off my fingers (petty) and refunded 15.00. I thanked her and left. So sad... can not, will not recommend. Please SAVE YOUR TIME and MONEY.. and to top things off if youre not happy, there will be no recourse. SO SAD made for a bad start to the morning.

I honestly hate I even have to rate this place a 1 star! They dont deserve any stars! I went in today with my young daughter, we got mani and pedis. I just felt very unwelcome and I felt like they just rushed through their job. I even asked them if they were having a bad day and didnt even get a response about that I told the lady when I left that I had a bad experience and I didnt even get a sorry! Today was my first and also my last time at the Q toenail!!!
