Mike provided us with an in color detailed landscaping design. He deducted the entire cost of his design from his estimate. He and his crew were timely, professional, and extremely polite throughout the process. Mike once he began placing the plants, altered a small area of his design plan for us to allow a more pleasing view out of one of our family room windows. The crew cleaned at the end of every day. The job was completed within the timeframe. At the completion of the project Mike reviewed plant care recommendations, flower blooming time frames as we walked through the new landscaping. I highly recommend Artworks Landscaping and Design. I recently purchased a home where the trees and bushes were planted in 1997. The yard looked harsh and overgrown. Mike designed a new landscape plan according to the tress, bushes and flowers that I in mind. Over the course of a couple of days his team of professionals came in and torn out all the old and planted the new and fresh variety of bushes and trees. The new design makes the house so much more desirable, with wonderful curb appeal. His team worked hard, always cleaning up after each phase of the project. They showed up on time and were extremely friendly and helpful. They even helped with some other minor landscaping requests I had as the project unfolded. These added tasks were done without hesitation. Truly nice folks to work with. Mike and his team have earned my trust and admiration 110%. They will be the 1st I call for all my landscaping and design needs.

Mike was initially very responsive, punctual and provided a wonderful design plan for our front and back yard, however, the reason we considered using this company over others was because they advertise a credit for the design work if you decide to also use them for the landscaping and also based on the reviews. Well once I paid for the design services, he was then very non-responsive and our business seemed to no longer matter even though this was a good size job. I made several attempts via emails and phone calls and to this day still nothing. We even said we could break out the job and do some of it ourselves. To me that’s false advertising and I will not have the opportunity to receive that credit. As a previous business owner myself, follow up and responsiveness to existing or future customers should always be a priority even when you are busy. Unfortunately, I write this review so others will be aware of the credit situation. I’m glad to hear that others have had a wonderful experience. I just wish we had the same consideration and experience.

We greatly appreciated their designing of our yard and were professional all the way from the first phone call to the final review of our plans. They are a very good value for what they offer and we love our colored blueprints of what needs to be done to have our dream to become reality.

I have a large oddly shaped yard. Mike Curtis developed a very attractive and functional landscape design for our yard and he and his team provided excellent workmanship in implementing the design. Mike obtained high quality healthy plants well suited for my shady yard. His team did an excellent job creating the new beds, getting all the new plants nicely situated, and covering the natural areas with mulch and pine straw. I am receiving many compliments on my newly landscaped yard.

We have had extensive work done on our yard in Raleigh and have been extremely pleased with this team. They re-landscaped our front and side yards, including designing the space, moving some plants and bringing in many others. They listened to our preferences and designed and planted beautiful beds that compliment our house style. The owner has come back several times to recommend sprinkler and lighting layouts (we will have someone else do that work). The team was very nice. We couldnt be happier.
