Mr. Ken was exceptionally fast with his labor and called me with periodic updates. The little things that go into his work ethic are what make his shop so valued. He replaced bolts that I didnt know were missing, just to make sure my vehicle was safe on the road, on top of tackling what I brought it in for. Excellent service and makes you feel like family. I will definitely be back and bring him more service.

Happy about the work this shop did. my bmw 328 had a bad head gasket, dealer told me it would take 3 days for the job to be done and my car sat there for 3 weeks finally took my car back, looked around for a a import shop in the area and found this place. my car was in&out in about 4 days. so far car is running great! hope to continue with the good work thanks.

I have been taking my 2004 Jaguar XJ8 here for the past 2 years and the cost for service has much less than the dealership. My husband and i have been very satisfied with all the work that has been done up to date. im glad i found a local garage to take my car for repairs. thanks!

Just wan to stop and say how thankful i am for the transmission repair on my Audi A8. to make the story short my 2005 A8 started experiencing horrible acceleration, when i hit the gas it would suffer to take off, i would have to rev up hard to get it going. there were all kinds of lights on my dash and was told by audi place in plano i need a need trans?? not satisfied i need a second opinion, i search around and found ken, he check the car out for me and told me that the converter was causing the transmission to lag and that there was always a small possibility of trans damage, well he replace the bad torque converter and service the transmission. What a difference! my car is running mighty fine. im an happy person.

Do your self a favor and dont even try to go here. Went there to get my problem fixed from my car, and came out with the same problem and $213 dollars less out of my pocket. Unexperienced people and too young. One of them is around 14 and does most of the job. Didint have an idea what to do and wanted to do something else to do car on an ADDITIONAL LABOR CHARGE. Please dont waste your time and go somewhere else.

Only place who figured out the problem with my convertible top mercedes benz.after multiple attempts with other shops and after getting screwed by the dealership, this place fix my SLK 320 convertible, for some reason the red light switch that operates the soft top keep on blinking when the car was in motion, even though the top was completely closed. it turn out to be a bad contact switch...grrrrr just glad these guys fix it. thumbs up!!!!!
