I needed to get in for a quick no chip, no removal. I called & spoke to Mary and told her I was pressed for time. I called at 11:30 she said I could come in at noon. When I arrived I did not have to wait. Mary was pleasant, professional and did a beautiful job. I was in & out in an hour. I made a standing appointment for every 2 weeks. Finally a salon that knows how to treat their customers. Highly recommend 💣

My 12 year old daughter has been asking for a few months now. Its a girl thing ☺️. So I decided to take her so she would stop biting her cuticles... Win win...Last minute decision and it was a good one... I have 3 daughters and a ex wife thats had nail done for 20 plus years..It always cost me an average of 75 buck no matter who went... I took my youngest to us nails in Hobart with a 8.00 tip and it was 55 dollars yes I paid 47.00 for a new set and magical paint that doesnt chip... The crew there was good . Took her time and made sure it was right and a design to g with it... I usually tell people when their business is s***. And when you have five star Im going to let everybody know they care ...BTO.

I always get my nails here now. Its a very decent price, the staff is very friendly, and my nails always look good. Jessica does a great job.

Wow awful quality. My nails were crooked they kept saying my fingers were that way it was a joke. Than a week later my nails were completely lifted and looked like it had been weeks. do not waste your money here

This was not a good experience. Made an appointment. First off I went in with longer nails then I came out with. They were filed lopsided just a waste of $40. Never again!

Ask for Jessica! She absolutely out did herself! I showed her a pinterest photo and she recreated it perfectly!

I called to see what time they were open until and explained what I needed - lady on the phone said they were open until 7 and to come in to show them my nails. I came in, drove thru nasty weather, only to be told I didnt have an appointment and they didnt have time to see me. I mean, thats why I called first..

No waiting. Pedicure was ok. Manicure by man was not. He didnt shake the glitter polish so the result was not favorable. First pedi/mani in long time. $73! Not worth it. Going somewhere else.

I was hesitant to come in here after reading the reviews, but I had a really terrible experience at a nail salon in Lake Station. I came in here and the staff does a great job on your nails. I have been here twice and the second time, I got the best nails Ive ever had done in my life. Their prices are great. Little to no wait time, even if salon is full. Will keep going back.

Literally I came here last year and all my nails turned black/looked dirty after two days, I never even considered coming back but they did do a really good job on my eyebrows so, I decided to go back four days ago intentionally to only get my eyebrows done, but after looking at all the cute colors I decided to go ahead and get a full set.. WORST CHOICE I MADE (choice because you cant make the same mistake twice) anyhow, my eyebrows turned out horrible & the lady have the nerve to tell me that I wasnt resting my face, my face is always rested so.. try again! & yes my nails once again turned black again even though I paid the extra 10$ for no chip this time! 45$ down the drain. I am not one to complain or even to make reviews but I HIGHLY recommend for anyone to NOT come to us nails for anything!!! I would rather pay 60$ somewhere else, yes its that bad! My nails werent even coated good at all.. when I walked out I could see the paint lines. The only reason I give them a star is because its the lowest rating they have! & yes they are IGNORANT and NOT at all understanding. My eyebrows are gone after I let them grow for 5 months and so is my dignity lol, no but seriously your better off driving the extra mile or paying the extra elsewhere.

This place is a decent place to get your nails done. I went for the first time with a gift certificate. I was able to get my daughters nails painted, my nails done full set acrylic and polished and my eyebrows done all for under $40.00. The technician was very nice, she didnt speak very much. The only complaint was that the nails dont go all the way down, therefore it already looks like I need a fill-in.

Been waiting for over an hour for an appointment I had made 2days in advance so they should have been prepared. When the lady asked what I was getting I told her a no chip mani pedi.she says oh boy you want a ledi too. Very unprofessional

WORST nail experience in my life. The only compliment is that I was seen as soon as I walked in....because the place was empty. But my nail tech was the WORST. My full set was uneven. She didnt even touch my cuticle. And when I asked why not, I was told it would be an extra charge. There is glue in places where there shouldnt be. And somehow she manage to paint over lint onto my nails. So now its not a polish finish. And for some reason my nails are sore now. At least I only paid $25..... FIRST AND LAST TIME ILL GO THERE!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place was horrible. The lady who did my nails was extremely rude. I went for a fill in and it was horrible. She took it upon herself to change my nails from coffin shaped to square. Then the color I chose looked like a pearl white, as she applied it, it was clear glitter. This wouldnt have been a problem if you couldnt see the lines in my nails from previous fill-ins. She was then upset when I asked to change to a different color. After she changed it, she put me under the UV light (I had no chip polish). I was so frustrated that I paid and left. When I got to the car I realized the paint wasnt smooth AND my nails ended up chipping within 3 days. Im beyond upset.

Great customer service. I loved the girl that did my manicure but as far as my pedicure the woman made 2 of my toes start bleeding but paint job itself was great!

My first impression upon walking in is that: one, there were no one to greet my friend and I, two, the place is fairly small and crowded, three, it wasn’t sanitary and the lady used the same towel on me as on the lady before me. That already turned me off and I was tempted to walk out at that point. But, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The woman starts to remove my old no chip polish and proceeds to put the acrylic on. Upon filing my nails she makes every nail but two uneven and crooked. She didn’t oil my fingers and charged me for gel polish when I only got a fill with no chip. I paid 35 and my friend got the exact same thing but paid 45. I will not even consider returning. The wait time was also very long and took people who came in after me before me. Lady was rude and talked about me under her breath and cut me on multiple fingers. Sorry US nails. It wasn’t worth the gas or the money I spent. I will be going somewhere tomorrow to get these nails fixed

First time was ok but could of been better as probably I was not a regular the service was shorter then what I saw from others.

This is only on the toxic environment. They need more ventilation or fresh air to rid away all those chemical fumes. I felt sorry for everyone holed up in there. Whew! Not good.

Im sitting in the salon as Im writing this. I walked in after another lady and the lady got asked what did she want but I didnt. They are doing the womans pedicure right now and still no one has asked. Mind you that the tech that asked the other woman was with a client but still asked her but not me. 🤔🤔🤔 thats poor customer service in my opinion. First time. Not returning ever again

I had a terrible and painful experience I went there for an acrylic full set first the lady cut my nails with out even asking if I wanted themcut and so short to the point where my thumb hurt second after she put the acrylic on she started to file the sides and she would file my skin I pulled away about three times and my middle finger started bleeding and she never apologized. She was watching something on her phone while doing my nails the whole time and I think that’s why they all ended up crooked I had to fix them at home the top coat they put at the end is terrible you can still see polish lines and right now my fingers hurt like hell. Save the time and money don’t go there.

US Nail is ridiculously over priced and the quality of their work is garbage.I asked for a full set/gel/french manicure.$45.00...One week later it looked like my nails needed to be filled in!Ive been having my nails done for over 20yrs,and this place is by far one of the worst places in the Hobart,Portage area.I will not be going back here,they can keep their over priced,poor quality work.The BEST place to have your nails done is at Exotic Nails on Highway 6!Ive always been happy with their work,as well as their price.I could of saved myself $15.00 that day.Only reason I went to Us nails was because Exotic nails was closing early that day and I wouldnt have another chance to go back until the following week.My fault for being impatient.

I walked in and was instantly greeted and asked what service I would like. I only came in for my eyebrows, I was seen instantly. The lady who did my brows did one eye and asked if it was okay. And what she did was just fine. She proceeded to the other which was a little more painful, nbd though. She was quick to clean up any stragglers and was quite light handed. The only thing I do have to say bad was on the second eye she did take some skin with the wax which caused the little extra pain. And she didnt use the vaseline to soothe the skin around the area. But all in all, I was in and out within 10 mins.

Worst experience ever I originally went in to get rose gold chrome nails well the nail tech cut my thumb with her nail sander I then changed my mind to solid chrome and one nail burgundy polish she gave me an attitude she then put pink gel polish I told her no because it would be the rose chrome she said no no no well yes it turned rose chrome I asked the guy next to her does she know what shes doing because she kept asking her coworkers something and they kept stopping by me she said i fix it i fix it i said im not paying for this just finish the one nail rose chrome and the rest in nail polish the manager said oh your paying because u got the chrome i said noo i told her before she started i wanted chrome not rose chrome i changed my mind before she startedI got sooo frustrated I got my stuff and proceeded to walk out the man ran after me and said I call police on you need to pay I said im only paying for the nails I paid then $25 and he said get the hell out of here so I left with one pink nail and the rest unpainted and i have a wedding to go to Saturday....very unprofessional very ruid and they need to get workers that comprehend the English language better..Will never go back nor recommend anyone....save your time and money and go else where😈😈😈😈😈😈

This is not my regular salon, but I went here because there was no wait. My only complaint is the way the tech shaped my nails. Some nails are rounded Square, some are circle, some I just dont know... smh! Rather than make a big deal, I tipped the lady and, I just wont be back.
