Ive been with State Farm for 43 years now and with Randy as my agent for, well, a really long time. Everyone at the office is always happy to talk with me when I need to update policies or anything else. Today I got to talk with Missy about several of my car policies and as always she was cheerful, knowlegeable, accurate and prompt to confirm my requested changes.

Randy has been our agent for around 30 years. He has always been honest, reliable and helpful. Plus he has great people working in his office. Randy never tries to sell-sell-sell. If he sees something in our insurance portfolio that he thinks should be changed, he will suggest it. And many times that is a cost savings for us, not increased business for him.

Seriously poor service; promised to resolve a situation with State Farm then went on vacation without notifying us. We found out the day before the insurance was to lapse (by going in the office to inquire - they did not contact us), so he basically risked our coverage. We were customers of this agent for quite a long time, and State Farm customers for decades. He, and the company, showed how much they value loyalty...we are now Geico customers.

I am a client of this agent. I find it unbelievable that they are only open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Really? When can people who work come in to do any business? This is unacceptable.
