I had an appointment and still waited 45 minutes! Vickie did my nails and rushed the entire time, she cut me 4 times and made me bleed in 3 different places!!! The other people in there with me waited forever too. One lady came in came in 3 times that day for a pedicure and they told her to come back at 4 and they still werent ready for her! She ended up waiting 30 minutes to even get water in the foot tub and the water had to be cold before they got to her! Just not a good experience.... color selection isnt bad, but it wasnt great! I dont think Ill ever go back and I wouldnt recommend them either. They claim to clean between clients, but I witnessed them not doing that today regardless of the sign outside of their store.

The last time I used this salon I was happy with the polish services but not the plastic design they used. I wanted one hand painted. I decided to give them another chance and booked a fill and pedicure today. What a mistake! I showed them a picture of the dress I am wearing to my granddaughters wedding on Saturday. I made an appointment for 10am and my step daughter went first but when I sat to go next I was told I had to wait because the techs 11am appointment was there. The time was 10:30 at that point.I sat and waited for someone else for over 10 minutes.

Worse experience ever getting a gel pedicate. Place is dirty, uses soiled towels, didnt have the proper tools available to work efficiently, ladies are bickering, several swaps on nail techs. Never finished the gel pedi, just a regular. 3 hours later.

Cut my fingers multiple times. Left fingers dirty after. And was rude before even started.

Uhmm legit just got my nails done here less than a month ago and went to the bathroom today and my one acrylic nail fell off into the toilet when I noticed there’s FUNGUS under my nail! Tried taking the other nails off to see if there was more, but only got one more nail off. Under this nail shows the start of fungus❤️ Will try to take them all off tomorrow, hopefully there’s no more, but that’s very unlikely. Lol unsanitary equipment to say the least AND while getting them done all my fingers bled and were sensitive that whole week. Not tryna call miss girl out here, but Vicky ma’am you were VERY rough and inconsiderate. Amy also made the experience painful. Do not recommend ‼️

While waiting for my appointment I went to the ATM to give a cash tip. I was told it would be 20 mins. I was back in 10 but the lady set to do my service had left. This place and these people are utter trash.

Waited over half an hour and had made an appointment for Mani/Pedi. Nail tech finished my pedicure and told me she did not have time to do the manicure and to make an appointment next time. I told her I had made an appointment and she said I would have to wait. Will not be returning.

I specifically told the lady what I wanted and how I wanted my nails shaped. I had a french full set and was charged for gel even though I was not asked. My fingers burn and she was very rough handling my hands. The business is slow since the pandemic hit, as all businesses have been. The full set of french nails took well over an hour and my children and husband were waiting for me. Terrible customer service, if any at all, poor communication and a bad job with the service.

I recommend you don’t go here. First off, they accept more clients than they can handle. The first lady working on my nails put acetone foils on them, then left to go work on another clients nails (which I thought was okay since I was just waiting in the mean time for my previous manicure to soak off) but then she didn’t come back! I sat there with foils on my nails for at least 35 minutes (or more) until the other lady finally finished with her pedicure client and came to work on my nails. The job was very rushed. I also told her I wanted to keep my nails long, now they are short and stubby! I was definitely in there way too long for a simple dip manicure. My cousin came in after me for a full set and was out before me. I will not be going back here.

My nail tech was so nice and really took her time with all the details. She made sure the shape was exactly what I wanted! Everyone was very friendly, the facility was super clean, and I am definitely going to keep coming back here.

Great service, my manicurist did my manicure and pedicure. She took her time and kept a conversation. Very professional. When she finished my nails I messed them up twice and she took the time to fix them both times with no attitude.

Best Nails is where I usually go to get my nails done. However, the first week in July, they are closed for vacation. They are fantastic. Been going there for years.I went to Nail Glamour at the point mall in Carlisle. I will NEVER go there again. First, the person who did my nails did not speak English. She appeared to be older, maybe the Mom, not sure. Could not understand a word she said. Secondly, she filed my gel polish off, along with the skin around my nails. I told her it hurt. She just giggled. NOT FUNNY.I should have known something was not right when I noticed the dirt under her nails.The polish was slopped all over my fingers and hands. I informed another employee that I was not pleased with my manicure. She called the woman over to correct her mistakes. This woman proceeded to pick at my cuticles until every finger on my hands was sore. She then proceeded to wipe my nails with alcohol which burned like heck. THEN SHE STARTED BLOWING ON MY FINGERS SO STOP THE PAIN. I told her to STOP IT!If this were the only nail salon on earth, I would never go there. When in America, speak English. Not that difficult.

I go here all the time but I docked 2 stars is because whenever they are busy they rush at doing my nails and don’t do it as good. I spent $21 on getting my nails a color change. I have acrylics. $3 of that went towards gems on it. One day later and a gem already fell of. The them pain is messed up. There’s a hole in it and water can get underneath when I do dishes. I am grateful disappointed.

They did really good. I loved the service and the one lady stayed extra time to help me. I will most definitely be returning here for my nails again. The people are very kind and the building is extra clean and expensive looking

I was really pleased with my pedicure. I walked in and they had me in a chair in less than ten minutes. The technician was really kind and knew what she was doing. I couldnt be more pleased. I will be returning!!!

I went to get a pedicure here for the first time in YEARS and I was highly impressed by service. I was a walk-in, taken almost immediately after choosing a color, and ( Sandy? ) took extra care when pumicing/massaging. It was a great pedi. Super sweet, not a lot of chit chat ( which I love ) and very relaxing. Thank you!

Always great colorful service! Amy sometimes sees a color and cant wait to try it on me. She is very creative and friendly.

I only get pedicures here but I love it. They recently upgrades all their pedicure chairs and they are wonderful. My mom and I come here to get out toes done. They always take a lot of time on my feet and do a great job with the polish. I couldnt be more pleased!

Got a gel manicure less than a week ago at this place. It was my first time getting my nails done here. Any other nail salon I’ve been to and got the same gel manicure it would last me up to 2 weeks. This was not the case with this one. just a few days of getting it done the gel nail polish peeled of like stickers! I wasted $25 and my time at this place.

I have been getting my toes done at nail glamour for some time now! Any way I wasnt in a hurry so I let the young lady go before me, beside I like soaking my toes longer that a few minutes! Well, when it was about time for the older lady to do my toes, she said look you splashed water all over the floor! I said the side of the tub wasnt wet! I looked at the floor and the water was still running on both side of the tub... And I wasnt moving my feet at all, she keep going on and on... I dried my feet off and said you just lost a customer... I dont see how I could of splashed the water on the floor... Even the lady sitting beside me said She wasnt splashing her feet for the water to be going all over the floor!

The owner prided herself on 28 years experience yet she took nearly 3 hours on my nails, cutting me several times with the dremel .... my fingers bled and took a week to heal.She assured me the final clear coat was brand new yet it was spider-webbing from the brush to the bottle and it dried splotchy and irregular leaving a dull matte finish.She knew shed lost me as a customer ...... she tried to get me to promise to come back the next day to fix her mess. For my troubles. She discounted my bill a staggering $10.I will never go back.My grown daughter was with me. She was getting a dipping powder mani. In 3 days time, her mani cracked, chipped and peeled off. Dont waste your time/$$$

She did a pretty good job on my nails, took the time to file the correctly (which is really rare), but the acrylic was slightly uneven. They took me 35 minutes past my appointment time, and it was in need of a good cleaning. Overall pretty happy

Wasnt at that business. I was at H&R Block next door.

I went in to get my eyebrows done. I waited for 25 mins before anyone even took me back to the chair, and when I said chair I literally mean a CHAIR!!! Vickie sat me down then put rubbing alcohol instead of oil on my brows and then proceeded to put cold wax on my brows and tried to wax them while the warmer with heating up. She did this for the next 10-15 minutes.. she never once got out her tweezers after she was done waxing she once again put rubbing alcohol on my brows causing them to burn.. DO NOT GO HERE AND GET ANY WAX SERVICE DONE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Absolutely worst customer service Ive ever experienced because they realized I was signed in first but were highly understaffed and disorganized. Will not be going back. The pic I have was when my technician left for a second time to work on a different client. She started to paint and bolted, leaving my toe like this....??!?! Not the cleanest facility either.

They want to tack on money for every little thing. It was $3 to get coffin shaped nails which I didn’t even get. After a week of getting them done they are discolored and I have no idea what is going on. I’ve never been so disappointed.
