Love warm springs! It’s the best salon/spa in town in my opinion. The environment is amazing! The massages are 10/10. The staff is soooo friendly and helpful!

Ive moved recently but I loved coming to warm springs everybody there is very professional, nice, friendly, positive, I always felt at home going there. getting my hands and feet done by Sharon was always worth it even getting my eye brows done by her was painless. warm springs will always be my go to .

Lydia is a true professional and such a sweetheart. I went here after being in the hospital for a few weeks and sadly my very long fine hair had two large mats in it as well as a build up of dry shampoo that the hospital was using to keep it clean. Anyway I was extremely anxious and embarrassed going in there with my hair looking the way that it did Lydia managed to make me feel like it was okay and it wasnt my fault and she worked tirelessly until all of the knots were out of my hair without cutting my hair or having to ruin it in anyway when it initially I was afraid that I was going to lose a lot of my length because of the mats. She spent at least an hour getting it out and then gave me the most satisfying shampoo wash Ive ever had in my life making sure to scrub and get all that buildup of powder out of my hair and off my scalp. She then cut my hair with some long layers did some face-framing and I left there feeling so much better than I did walking in there. I have definitely found my go to hair stylist in will not go to anyone else in the area. Not to mention after all of that it only cost me $50 plus tip but she definitely earned that tip. Again I absolutely am so grateful for Lydia and her hard work I couldnt thank her enough words cannot express how much her worse back to me and has made me feel so much better about myself after just going through a really hard time.

Went to get my hair colored back to my natural color and for a dramatic cut and I have never been happier. Erin was my stylist and I’m not going anywhere else any time soon!

They inform you by email your technician has left and to please call to reschedule.... Then when you call to reschedule you are told the other technician will not be taking new clients....??

Worst place ever. Charging customers for things they didnt even get done. But because i said i wanted it to begin with they had to charge me anyway....ive never been to a salon where ive felt so ripped off

Sharon did an awesome job on my mani-pedi! With hot stones and a warm neck wrap, I felt so cozy and pampered. Highly recommend!

Im ashamed I havent written a review sooner. Ive been getting my nails done here by Sharon for 3 years and I wouldnt go anywhere else! I go every 3 weeks and my nails last the WHOLE time. And just recently I went 4 weeks, and on a roadtrip, rock climbing, hiking, etc. and they made it through all of it!! Sharon is so good, its obviously second nature to her. Theres also never a full moment talking with her! The rest of the staff is also Soo friendly!!PS Kristen and Erin are GREAT if youre looking for a good hair cut and color too! 😉

A new stylist, Lidija, (Lydia) cur me hair a couple of weeks ago and she did a great job. It is really nice when a stylist actually listens to what you are looking for and asks for feedback, makes suggestions and really cares about how things turn out.Plus it’s clear the salon places a vey high priory not only in excellent customer service, but follows the Covid protocols to the letter, not something you see all the time unfortunately.Friendly vibe, great service and staff.

I went to warm springs for a massage and that part of my experience there was great. The gentleman who gave the massage did a wonderful job and i would rate him 5 stars. The warm springs establishment however was very disappointing. During the entire 70 minute massage, there was laughter and conversation from the next room over that was so loud I could make out the conversation even over the music playing in the room. Luckily I had a gift card that I used, if I had spent my own $90 plus tip, I would be even more displeased. Ive been to several other establishments for massages, and have never experienced anything like this before. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Listening to women chatter and cackle for 70 minutes is not what I would consider relaxing.

I had a haircut with Erin for the first time on Friday, September 27 and it was the best hair appointment Ive ever had. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. When I showed her a picture of what I was looking for, she took the time to study it and explained how it would work with my hair. I really cant say enough good things about her. I cant wait to have my next appointment.

The folks at this spa are so friendly and make you feel at home. They are very courteous. I usually get the massages or pedicures and they feel awesome. I highly recommend either one of these at the spa. Don’t wait! You don’t know what you’re missing. At least try one!

Having never been to a spa before this was amazing. The women were patient with me as I didnt know exactly where I was going. The rock massage was just what I needed..the therapist asked about pressure and how I was feeling...I thoroughly enjoyed the experience . Clean, quiet, and professional. I highly recommend Warm Springs.

What a gem! When my daughter and I left there after a Spa Package deal, I said I think Im having an out of body experience. It has been months since I felt that relaxed and pampered by Sharon, Christine and Megan. If lived closer, I would go back in a heartbeat. Wonderful experience.

A few months ago I changed hair salons and I have been extremely pleased. The staff welcomes you and cares good care of you.I have Rachel doing my hair and she does a fantastic job. She isso sweet and listens to how I want my hair to look like. Each timeI come back she asks how my haircut was this past month or so.I would recommend the Salon and Rachel to anyone.

Absolutely love this place and would recommend it to anyone! At one point I was visiting twice a month for massages. Very professional, clean environment and the staff is always friendly and accommodating, and who can go wrong with a glass of wine while you wait in their comfortable waiting area.

My experience with Warm Springs was very upsetting. I went in for a consultation on a color correction and I was told that the stylists could get my hair back to it’s natural color for a price I thought was reasonable. Upon arrival, they had me sign a consent form Incase of damage. It was off putting since I never needed to sign one with other salons, but I needed to sign it before they worked on my hair. In the middle of my color, my stylist came up to me and said that my price increased because the person from my consultation gave me the made a mistake, but the price was increased by $70. I was obviously upset, but there was nothing I could do because I was literally in the middle of my coloring. At first, I was kind of satisfied with the results, but the color they used washed within a week. I called the manager to ask for any kind of help and she offered me absolutely no compensation even though they already ripped me off. I was told then told that my color was never meant to stay in. Then she even said it could be fixed for an additional cost of 65$, possibly more. Overall I was coerced into spending more than I had to and didn’t end up with even acceptable results. Don’t go here, they care more about money than the customer.

I was looking for a salon in Carlisle, and this is the perfect one! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I had Rachel for my haircut and she is absolutely wonderful. Usually when I go to leave a salon and they ask me if I want to make a follow up appointment I tell them I will just call in later, before I left Warm Springs I not only made my next hair appointment, but scheduled a nail appointment. I highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing time at warm spring spa Carlisle. They went above and beyond our expectations and treated us amazingly.. We will return in the future for any services we may need..

This was my 2nd visit and needless to say it will be my last. Not sure how it was kept hidden from me but a piece of my hair was wacked off just on the one side with that blade they use. Gotta wait till that piece grows out so Ill take my hair and nice tips else where. I do have a pic!

I have had every service possible here! I love Warm Springs. Their staff are friendly and they make it fun when you are there. Lyzette and Leah are excellent at the front desk. Rachel has done my hair for years and I still get compliments. I LOVE and have had many European facials and hot rock massages (too many to count). Pedicures and manicures here too. You cant go wrong!

Its elegant, professional and personal. Ive only had pedicures here, and am very pleased with my experiences. I highly recommend! I only wish it was easier to access appointments, I usually have to wait for a return call the next day.

I am moving to Harrisburg next week but I will continue to drive to Warm Springs for manicures and pedicures because it is the cleanest, most profesional place in this whole area. I love the staff and products that they use. Sharon and Adeline do such a fabulous job taking care of their customers that it is worth the drive.

Worst experience at a salon ever! TERRIBLE customer service as well! If you have anything go wrong they will ignore it and block you! I simply asked for a call back about an incomplete service and they blocked me on Facebook as well as when I call they say there are no managers and no one will ever return my calls! It’s been a month now! Awful salon! With all the other salons in the area I would recommend saving your money you will only regret coming here!

This place is a HUGE let down. Twice last summer they cancelled my appointments, one of which I scheduled a month in advance for a wedding. Obviously cancelling the day of screwed me for other options. Both times they told me the girl had the flu. A friend of mine suggested a certain type of pedicure and although I was hesitant to try them again, I scheduled an appointment. Guess what....flu again. Coincidence...I think not. Dont waste your time. I guarantee they will let you down.

Best spa around for whatever service you may need!

DO NOT GO HERE. Never EVER get waxed here!!!!! NEVER!!!!I was a first time client and I was referred by a friend. I went for a Brazilian and the woman who waxed me notified me that she would be using would be soft wax. The wax was extremely sticky and she used linen cloths. She ripped very fast and would reuse the same cloth after using one side. Basically reusing the same strip (yuck). Immediately after a few strips she noticed my skin was swelling. I normally swell but this was next level. It was very very swollen and hurt A LOT. I was swollen and puffy on each follicle and it was clear I was having some sort of allergic reaction. After we were all done she had me use this cream to help with the swelling but it actually burned my skin and hurt even more. I notified the waxer that is not normal. She suggested since it was a honey wax I might be allergic.My swelling did not cease for at least 2 days and I had a really bad rash following that. I was very very sore and she didn’t even remove all the hair!!! I called into the store and expressed my concerns to a manager. I told her this is not normal and I’ve been getting waxed for years. She was not very helpful and told me “well we have extensive notes that you are allergic to all wax” and I never once said I was allergic to any wax!!! She essentially turned all my concerns around on me and was kind of rude. This was my first and only experience here and I would NEVER EVER EVER return or recommend this place.Her only solution was to give me a credit for $25 (although I told her SEVERAL times I will NOT be returning). I do appreciate the gesture but I’m not satisfied with that answer and the manager was really off putting and made me feel as if I was to blame. I am the customer who had a bad experience and she should of made my concerns feel heard not turn it around on me. This place is NOT worth anyone’s time yet alone money. 0/10 would recommend.

My first visit to Warm Springs will not be my last. While I expected a professional staff, they went above the usual, offering refreshments as I completed paperwork prior to services provided in a timely manner by someone who seemed to really care about my needs and preferences. As I left I noticed the wide variety of products available for purchase and everyone seemed knowledgeable, not just the one or two persons working in that area. Warm Springs is an asset to the Carlisle community.

I live in VA, but work here in PA, and was looking for a new salon. Something trendy, something hip, and something that offered very personal attention to my ideas, my concerns, and provided me with honest feedback on those things; good or bad ;) I stopped in to see Hollie for a quick consultation and felt like we instantly connected! She was so energetic, upbeat, and truly listened to everything I had to say. She even patiently waited through my numerous and varied ideas I showed her from my Pinterest Board of Hair. She provided me with insight, elaborated on my own ideas and we booked an appointment. I am sooo excited!

Didnt even have to walk into this salon to be immediately put off, all it took was a phone call. I made an appointment for the following day, explaining that I was hoping to find availability sooner. I asked if penciling me in would be ok, and, that I would call to cancel if I found another option day of. They graciously accepted, then, called back 10 minutes later (in a very unfriendly manner) to demand a credit card number to charge if I decided to cancel. Yeah, no thanks.

Seems odd that they want to keep your credit card on file. Why? So they can charge you if you have to cancel an appointment? Everyone has to cancel an appointment now and then.

My daughters, granddaughter and I recently visited Warms Springs Salon and Spa for the first time for manicures prior to my daughters wedding. We had a wonderful experience. One of my daughters came to the salon with a headache. The warm neck wrap and headache oils offered while she had her manicure cured her headache by the time we were finished. She even bought some headache oil to take with her. The staff was very pleasant and the overall experience was great! Will definitely return!

I had a wonderful facial. My face was breaking out and I am getting married so I called on Thursday and made an appointment for Friday. My face is now super calmed down and I even was given samples to put on for the wedding.

I have been going to Warm Springs in Carlisle since I moved to Carlisle two years ago. Primarily, I go there for hair cuts. Every hair cut I have had, the staff has been professional and friendly. When you arrive, there is a sitting room and the staff always offers refreshments. The hot tea is delicious if you like a milder, sweet tea with a hint of mint.Megan, the stylist I go to for my hair, is always able to help me figure out what I want to do with my hair or the best way to achieve the look I am trying for. She is willing to recommend products if you would like, but she does not push their products on you either. I love the Shampoo and Conditioner brand that I purchased on her recommendation after my first visit and I still use it now.In addition, I have gotten a couple of massages there, which were all lovely and a make-up lesson which was actually really informative in how to do my make up nicely without needing too much heavy make up on my face.

I had a great hair cut today. Certainly will return, thanks to Rachel.

Went to Warm Springs two weeks ago for haircut - best one Ive had for years. Stylist was attentive and listened to my comments. Plan to return in the future.

I have been a patron of WarmSprings for the past 2yrs and I refuse to go anywhere else. I religiously get shellac nails done approximately every 2 weeks, get my hair cut, waxing and massages. No matter what service I get, every single employee offers up the best service Ive ever received, and THAT is why I keep going back.

My massage therapist was fabulous, and the lotion she used was divine. I will be returning in the very near future!
