For all you people who have given a 5 star rating (including me), BE CAREFUL. If the time comes when you have to file a claim, their professionalism, helpfulness and follow through goes out the window. They will do what it takes to get your business (yes, SO nice and responsive) but the after sale service is appalling. You have been warned!

They helped us get home insurance when no one wanted to cover our house when it was still under my father’s name and then when I went to refinance my house they not only got me flood insurance in a swift manner but you also were the most reasonably priced quote we had gotten and you took care of all the back and forth with the loan company. They really saved us a lot of hassle. I never used to believe in using a agent before but now I am a customer for life.

Let me just tell anyone reading this review...As I sit here chuckling about typing this review, I can honestly say Im the happiest I have ever been after spending money for insurance with Paulette. I am not a hired actor ha ha, but I can honestly say it was a pleasurable experience to obtain car insurance from Halbrehder Family Insurance. Being a co-founder of a private business in Cape Coral, Florida; I always try to keep money flowing in the private business sector as much as possible. This agency knows the meaning of service. They review existing policies to make sure you are getting the best available coverage for the best price.
