Stay far far away and here is why1. I reach out to the agent on behalf of my clients for a policy. The agent (Yomara) provides a quote which I pass on to my clients. On closing day, the agent goes behind my back and sends a bill directly to my clients which is $200 higher than the quote. I was never informed. I found out because my clients call me and asked why the cost was $200 more. My reputation is severely damaged with these clients.2. Approximately 3 weeks after close, Yomara informs my clients that the policy premium has not been paid. Yomara does not know how to check facts. The policy was indeed paid. My clients will never work with me again. Thank you Yomara3. Just received a notice of cancellation from the carrier because it appears page 2 of the application was not executed properly. Thanks Yomara. Now my former clients have no insurance.THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO BIND AN INSURANCE POLICY!!! I WILL BE FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL SERVICES.

Andy, you raised my home insurance in 2016 &2017 on my Cape Coral water canal home for no reason! I took the time to get 10 price quotes from other independent Florida home insurance agents! Your still the highest! I never made an insurance claim on you & you need to know I ate $1200 damage during hurricane irma & had a palm tree bent to the left at 30 degree angle also.. that I never turned anything in to you after irma! Shop around & get a lot of home insurance estimates! This cat will get into your billfold deeply!
