I recently sold my home, and called Ample to cancel my homeowners insurance. Over two days I left three voicemails. No response, no response. No response... I should have dumped them last spring when I sold a car. Someone answered the phone, said she would take care of it. A week or so later it occurred to me that I had not heard from the insurance company about the cancellation. I again called Ample to see what happened. The woman who answered looked up my account, paused for a moment of silence, then told me another person had taken care of this matter, and she would have that person call me. An hour later, she called. She couldn’t understand how the cancellation didn’t @go through.” Yeah...right. If I could give negative stars, I would.
