I went here to get a battery on my father’s pocket watch changed today, and the gentleman who was working at the jeweler repair station was so nice! He was able to get the battery fixed while I waited, and was so pleasant and kind! I wish I would have gotten his name... They also had a large selection of beautiful jewelry and the facility was very clean! I would definitely recommend this jewelry store to others!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! Yesterday, I dropped off my wedding band to be resized and engagement ring polished. Today, I got a call to pick up my rings. Not only did Paul and Helen deliver a beautiful quality job- They were incredibly friendly and kind. Their excellent customer care was a bright spot in my weekend and a silver lining in this pandemic. I will be going back to this store in the future!

Came in with a very unconventional request. I wanted a moonstoone with a diamond halo engagement ring. Not only were they willing to purchase stones for us to pick from, but were flexible with mixing/blending different rings. I LOVE my ring and how it changes colors in every light! Thank you.

I needed help changing my new Fitbit Versa 2 bands and I called Pauls. They allowed me to make an appointment for the next day (Corona). Both Paul and the woman (his wife, maybe?) were very helpful and friendly. We all wore masks and he took off my older band and put my new one on. It only took minutes. I was very impressed and so happy! I asked what I owed them and they both responded Nothing. I was shocked! I said You guys have to make a living. Please let me pay. They wouldnt. I told them I would give rave reviews and recommend to local friends. Local friends: if you need any kind of watch or jewelry repair or are in the market for fine jewelry - please go to Pauls. Got my engagement ring resized here and two months later the band cracked. The service and attitude of the associate and jewler was very poor.

Paul needs some customer service training. Sad that the store owner for 20 plus years does not know how to speak to customers who want to support local businesses rather than going to the mall. I will never return!!!!
