I do not have enough good things to say about this place, but Ill keep it simple: Anne-Maries went above and beyond when I really needed help getting a ring engraved very quickly. Alyssa and the owner herself were both extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. They stayed in contact with me, made sure everything went smoothly and perfectly, and had this service done in a fraction of the time other stores were quoting me. I will certainly be coming back, and will and have told everyone I know personally to come here. There are a lot of jewelry stores around, so its definitely valuable to have one with good people you can trust on the other side of the counter.To the fine people at Anne-Maries, thank you so much once again. Visited here to sell a piece of jewelry. Everyone was helpful and kind. They had a beautiful selection of fine pieces. Theyre small enough to try to accommodate you by finding our8 adjusting that piece of jewelry to make it just right for you. They bought the jewelry that we were trying to sell, and they gave us a better price than anyone in the area.

Awesome customer service and satisfaction. Long story short, we had a couple hiccups with the engagement ring/wedding ring, not at Anne Maries fault. The problems were fixed very promptly, courteously, and professionally. I would recommend this shop over any big box jeweler or any jeweler for that matter!

My fiancé had called in and asked about ring sizing. When we called they said they have 3 day sizing. He goes in and they asked if I had seen it yet he said yes and they changed to the 3 days into a week knowing that information. When we go to pick up the ring it was completely lopsided and already needed replated. Don’t waste your time here.
