I have to wait 2 WEEKS for my darn order to even be processed before it’s shipped!! I promise I’ll NEVER go thru zales again once I get my order my business will go to Kay jewelers
Sales lady BRAGGING about getting the vaccine 3 times 🙄 talking and didnt even say hi to other customers in the store. Very unpleasant experience. Buy online.

All of the ladies in there were so so sweet. They were so helpful and they understood what I was looking for in a ring. They were amazing! Stephany was the sweetest girl. I see a lot of comments on here about them being rude, but they must have had a reason to be rude to you. Be kind/a decent human being and they will be kind back.
It was my first time visiting and my sales person Kim was very attentive, polite and she listened it was great a customer service experience with the way the pandemic has things. Very satisfied customer
First of all when dropping off your jewelry make sure you read the fine print! I dropped off my jewelry and never received the call on all the repairs they did to my tennis bracelet. They tried to charge me almost $300 without my knowledge.

Horrible service! Store manager zach was super rude and pushy. He kept running to the back after I told him I just wanted to look around at engagement rings and then when he would come back out he gave me the worst attitude. He was also yelling at other employees in store which made me very uncomfortable!!!I do not recommend coming to this store because of him!!! 0/10!!!!
My boyfriend bought me a ring for my birthday, took it in to get resized and didn’t get it back for 4 months.Literally 2 months later the diamond fell out.. took a month of it being lost for my boyfriend to call requesting the ring or a refund for them to say they’ve had it for days without notifying us. Went to pick it up and the band is silver now.. it was black when we sent it in. This place is a mess.The employees are pretty rushed and kind of snarky. Would not recommend. Go to Kay’s right across from it instead.

Snobby staff...once they realized i wasnt asking for change or bumming a square they were less snobby though...i ended up getting what i was looking for but regardless its hard to believe a jewelry store that doesnt sell loose diamonds can have the audacity to act like theyre above anyone
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. PURCHASED AN ITEM THAT NEEDED SIZED ONLY FOR IT TO COME BACK WITH THE DIAMOND FALLING OUT. SENT IT BACK TO HAVE IT FIXED AGAIN... ITEM NEVER LEFT THE STORE ONLY FOR IT TO COME BACK DAMAGED AGAIN. I WAS TO HAVE A REFUND AFTER THE STORE MANAGER WAS TO CALL ME BACK THE NEXT DAY.. THAT NEVER HAPPENED.. NOW THE RING IS SOME HOW MISSING IN ACTION AND I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REFUND. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT RUDE PEOPLE AND I BELIEVE THEY RESOLD THE SAME ITEM THAT WAS MINE. THE CORPORATE OFFICE WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT AND IVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS FOR A YEAR !!!
The service is hit or miss. The deals are great and when they know you’re going to spend money you get top-notch service. But, today I went in for my first six months ring inspection and the one I encountered is the same one that sold us the wedding set. She approached me but once I told her I was there for an inspection she turned into a super hurried and not very patient employee. She rushed through Everything and I felt like I was being pushed out the door. It was not until my ring was clean she looked at it for a split second and then handed it back to me that she asked if I would be interested in a show that they had coming up. At this time I wasn’t sure my ring was actually inspected, but she was more interested in knowing if I wanted to make an appointment to come in for this show. It was an after another employee asked if she needed some receipts that were where she was working prior that she grabbed one and then handed it to me and said, oh this is your inspection notice stating that your ring was inspected and the date when you need to return it. Wow, I’ve never had a split second inspection before.......
Chris was great, she really worked with us and made us so happy.The new manager is rude wouldnt honor what was told to us. I will drive to Cleveland before doing business in Canton again and I live in Canton

I have been waiting for over a month for 2 replacement chains about every week to week and a half Ill get a call with an excuse on why theyre not there or what theyre doing to get them there or who theyve called throughout the company or other stores to get other replacements there. Finally, I get a call last week telling me Monday, theyll be in and there, give me a call. I dont get that phone call so I going to day, which is Tuesday and guess what still not there. the bad part about it is I wasted extra money for the protection plan to cover the chains in case they ever broke, and I cant even get them fixed or replaced because they keep giving me the run around enough is enough

Their dispute processes are horrid. I went into my local store to have a ring resized. The employee asked if I wanted to open a card to get 10% off. I asked her if it was ok to just open one and pay it off with cash and never use it again. (No monthly fees and all that). She said that was fine, so I did. Three weeks later my ring arrived and all is well. The employee who handled my transaction (different person now) is obviously quite incompetent. I told him that I had already paid for the resizing on my card and to use the cash I had to pay off the card then and there because I was told I could pay it off in store. He says okay and proceeds to check me out. I think all is well, but I was wrong. I kept getting phone calls from an unknown number who NEVER left voicemails until I didn’t answer for weeks. I thought it was a scam number. Finally they left me a voicemail notifying me that i was late on my card payments. So I called them as soon as I received the voicemail. I explained the situation and they told me I needed my reciept number. I then called the store to see if they had all the info and explained everything again. I then went in and the store manager called to try and resolve at least part of this. I was given all of the receipts I needed to call the card department again. I called them again and they would only waive one late fee (I had 2 at this point ON TOP OF the original price). I filed a dispute and the woman on the phone said I would hear back. All I got was a letter better explaining “how to avoid late fees” and then another bill with ANOTHER LATE FEE. Please remember that all of this is because one employee did not do his job correctly. He even rang me out under a different employees log in account, so I had to correct the manager as to not get the wrong employee in trouble. Long story short, Zales does not care about their own mistakes and expects their customers to pay 3-4 times the amount for services and mistakes of their own employees! Never again.UPDATE: I sent in a check to just pay the entire balance off finally. Turns out the check arrived one day late, therefore I was hit with another late fee. I called the card customer service and got the stereotypical There is nothing I can do for you maam you have a nice day attitude. I then called the store to complain about the employee who rang this out as a sale in the first place. To my surprise, the manager actually took the time to listen to everything that happened and offered that the store pay off the late fee. Although I cannot get back all the money I spent on this, Ill say that I couldnt be more appreciative that SOMEONE in this franchise was willing to at least listen and help to the best of their ability.

Worst customer service ever!! Sat in store for 5 minutes before anyone decided to assist me!! Ordereda custom name pendant with a birthstone and they put the wrong stone in!! Took almost 3 weeks to fix!! I will never recommend anyone to them!!
I HAVE SEARCHING FOR MY WEDDING RING REPLACEMENT PIECE FOR A FEW YEARS. I HAVE GONE TO ZALES A FEW TIMES AND FELT PRESSURED TO BUY A PIECE THAT I WAS NOT TRULY HAPPY WITH. SO I LEFT EMPTY HANDED.... UNTIL YESTERDAY. O WALKED INTO ZALES AND WAS GREATED BY A WONDERFUL ASSOCIATE NAMED JACK. HE WAS VERY PATIENT NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE IN MY PRICE RANGE. JACK HELPED ME IN PURCHASING EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! WHAT A GREAT WAY TO ENJOY MY BIRTHDAY!
The quality is terrible and their customer service is even worse. After wearing a pearl bracelet 2 times, it broke and all the lady at the counter, who was wearing cheap makeup, could do was offer a $80 solution to have it fixed. I will never be going back to this location! Terrible experience!!!
Today I visited to look at engagement rings with my girlfriend. The woman who showed us rings suggested to sign up for the coupons and emails. So I told her yes and she said she just needed an ID. I asked “so they just send me coupons in the mail and send me emails right?” and she said yes. As she started to put my information in, a screen pops up asking if I read the credit card agreement. I was shocked, she never mentioned anything about a credit card whatsoever. My girlfriend asked if it was a credit card and she stammered and reluctantly said yes. I almost got scammed into signing up for a credit card that the sales woman claimed was just “emails and coupons in the mail” and I will never return to zales again.
Never again will I step into zales belden.... rude manager!!!
