First I want to start off by saying Kim did an amazing job making our first visit great! She was extremely knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy about making a purchase. She set up a time for us to come back with her and Tom (who also was knowledgeable and helpful) and they were able to help us get a plan going! I am very excited to continue with working with them! I went to two other Jared’s and they both told me they couldn’t accommodate what I needed. From the moment I walked in, Michelle (asst. manager) was amazing to work with. Decent people. Horrible company. After spending $8000 I get a two day notice that they are ending the layaway program. I had two days to either pay off my item or loss it. End of the day they will do whatever they want and You don’t matter.

I shopped at this location and sales rep. Jackie was really nice and pleasant and the store manager Angie was so welcoming and pleasant. Jackie was very patient and helpful with looking items up for me and I appreciated and valued her professional suggestions. Angie offered beverages upon my arrival and additional input with my jewelry decisions and made sure I left the store very happy with my purchases. Jackie and Angie pleasantries and patience made the 45 minute drive totally worth my visit to their location and I look forward to returning real soon.

I have worked with this Jareds team twice in the past few years. More recently I worked with Tom and he was incredibly helpfully. I needed to have a stone from a ring moved to a necklace. The Jareds team was quick yet careful with my pieces which is always greatly appreciated.

Tom and Matt go above and beyond for the costumer. Wasnt even expecting to buy that day but I did! They put the costumer first and make you feel at ease. If I ever get married a second time I will get another ring through them.

The Galleria of Jewelry, and they do their best to live to that standard. Ive been working with Tracey and Lynn for about a month now delicately deciding every detail on my ring and I cant think of anyone Id rather help me. After receiving my engagement ring that my husband purchased from here I’ve been in plenty of times including buying wedding bands. They are very friendly and recognize me every time I go lol. They are always there to assist you in a timely manner and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Every staff member I have had the pleasure of working with in this store has been absolutely wonderful. I typically dont write reviews but I had to in this case. I visited the store on Saturday March 9th and was waited on by Mat Bobo. He was very nice to my wife and I and didnt pressure us at all throughout the entire process. We bought a ring and Mat told us it could be sized that day by 5pm. At 3pm I received an email that it was ready. I walked into the store where Mat greeted me by name and presented the sized ring. This level of service isnt seen much these days so I cant say enough about it. The whole experience was awesome!!!!

Had my Omega sized here recently. The watch fell off the third time It was worn and Jared will not take any level of responsibility. You would expect better service especially relating to jewelry of this caliber.

I bought my wifes engagement ring from Jared in Belden Village. Angie and Lynn were absolutely amazing. They helped me design a ring that is perfect. She was blown away when I gave it to her. She has been wearing it for a year, and she is constantly getting compliments. I highly recommend this store.

Im not even sure where to start. The worst experience(s).My now Fiance, and I were recommended to Jared by a good friend of ours. We went to look at engagement rings on June at first we felt very well taken care of. We were interested in learning more about the credit card, as I was in the process of rebuilding my credit, especially so we could buy a house. I was honest with the two ladies we talked to and also offered my worries about applying for credit, as I didnt want to harm my credit. They had told us it was $0 interest for a year. How could I not say no to that. They told us they would save us the diamond we wanted if we could put $100 down that day. We ended up putting money down that week but they couldnt find the diamond we loved that they said they would save for us....We get our first bill, and I had a report on my credit that it dropped 50+ points. They had added something AFTER, that put the total balance they had told us OVER my credit limit. Then I noticed at $50+ dollar charge on my statement. Here is was INTEREST, which they had told us was interest free the first year..... Furious and betrayed, I went into the store. The GM was kind enough to fix the overage over my credit limit but said she could not fix the apr, even though it was her employees who told us the wrong info . I had even asked to return my ring, but i was over the time to do so apparently.Our Second Visit, was this past weekend to look at Wedding Bands. We wanted to try to give them a second chance, since they tried to fix some of the problem the first time. Right when I walked in, one of the ladies who was dishonest with us the first time was there to help. I wanted to see how our experience would be with her this time. Right away, she acted like she remembered me by pointing out my rose gold ring ( its yellow gold, and remembered my last name ( which was wrong) everything she tried to connect with us about was wrong and just felt played out and not intimate for this special occasion in our lives. She didnt take the time to ask me questions, or show me rings.The unbelievable part...she said that since my credit limit is almost maxed we would have to open an account in my fiances name. WHAT! to assume that we wanted to pay credit is so insulting. I felt like she judged us, and assumed that would be what we would do. The fact, I had more than enough money to pay cash. We were going to pay cash if we had a good experienced and loved something.She had to end with..if you buy today I can give you $100 off. No thank you. The service heart was missing, the care, commitment to making happy customers....The gold plating on the ring is terrible. some sections of it isnt even plated and you can clearly tell. My biggest regret was buying my ring from Jared.

I went in shopping for a present for my husband and the staff there was extremely helpful. They were full of ideas and were extremely friendly. They even cleaned my ring for free. I would definitely recommend shopping here to anyone looking for a gift or even something for themselves.

Just terrible here anymore. They dont guarantee there work for custom jewelry, even with their extended service plan. Took a necklace in to get inspected, got an email saying a ring was inspected. No attention to detail, and deceitful with their service plans and warranties.

My husband and I went there to pick up my future daughter-in-law ring cause she was running late, plus we have never been there, wanted to see what they were like. When we walked in only one sales woman, who was already waiting on someone else, greed us. She tried to get attention of one of the ladies in the back to wait on us several times, but no avail she did not. We went back to where the other two sales Ladies was standing having a conversation, got waited on. She took a pic of the Ring, then just handed me her ring, not in a box or even a jewelry bag or a small plastic one, I was like really, I wouldnt go there for nothing, I will continue to go to Helzberg Jewelers, thank you.

I couldnt be happier with my engagement ring! Angela Fanizzi took the time to find exactly what I wanted and at the price and budget that we could afford. I get a million compliments on my ring and am overall pleased with how easily everything was handled for my fiancé. Cant wait to pick out our bands!

DO NOT trust this company! I had a custom made engagement ring at Jared 13 years ago. I wanted the diamonds mounted in white gold and the band itself to be yellow gold. They made us but 2 separate mountings, had one of their young, very inexperienced jewlers named Eric(who no longer works there) assembly the ring. It was dreadful! I dont even know why we went back there after that, but out of stupidity, we did. The next day I took the ring to my long time Jewlrey store in Alliance, and their jeweler just shook his head and said Jared should be ashamed they let a ring like that leave their store. I immediately drove back to Canton and talked to the then store manager, Kristin Popko. The ring had to totally be remade! One of side diamonds was mounted crooked and loose. I was lucky that I hadnt lost it. Kristin made things right with us, so we continued to do business there until yesterday. Yesterday I had reason to take some Antique jewelry to a private jewelry who after appraising my Antique pieces took a look at my engagement ring and broke the news to me that the mounting head WAS NOT white gold! It was rhodium plated yellow gold! He put the ring under the microscope and I saw for myself how the rhodium plating is wearing off and the yellow gold is starting to show though! Both times we have had this ring appraraised, the appraiser(hired by Jared) listed the head mounting as 14k white gold! It is not! Jared has probably frauded millions of unknowing consumers, just like myself! The certified geologist/jeweler I took the ring to today explained the process of making white gold to me, they take yellow gold and add nickel, palladium or silver to it to make an ALLOY, just like they add copper to yellow gold to make rose gold and brass to yellow gold for the Black Hills Gold Jewlrey line. When I called the store to complain that I had been lied to from day one, I was hung up on by someone claiming to be the manager Michele Munson, even though the day before yesterday Lynn Essy told me that she was the manager . I still dont know who the heck the actual store manager really is! Just a WARNING! DO NOT SHOP JARED! You will be sorry you did!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do not buy anything from this store. Their associates are cut throat and liars! I bought an engagement ring straight cash from them and one year later I found out they opened a revolving line of credit with my social in someone elses name! They lie and tell you that the information that you are giving them is for their protection plan on the ring that you purchased when it is really so their associates earn a commission for getting a new customer to apply for credit. When I went in for help and to figure out whats going on, they gave me attitude and gave me a phone number to call. I cant believe that I spent thousand of dollars at a store for them to treat me like a second class citizen when Im not in there to buy something. BEWARE!

If you need your ring resized just head out to the garage and grab a pair of pliers and a hammer. Most likely it will be nicer than what they do here when its done. They bent and broke prongs on the engagement ring for my girlfriend. She called afterwards and they were rude. Never again. Zero stars.

My engagement ring was returned to me with two new scratches after my first resizing, and bent! So bent that I could both feel it with my finger and see it from afar! When I went back into the store, the staff was ridiculously rude. After getting my ring back once again, it again had scratches and was still bent. We will never again go back to Jared. Nothing like ruining a $4,000 ring!
