IMO, some of the best quality at the price. But, I had an amount in mind I wanted to spend, the sales associates were sooo pushy, I think Ill go somewhere else.

My boyfriend and I went into the North Canton location to look at rings. Tim was our sales associate.Not only was he professional, he was funny and very nice.We left with a Gorgeous 2 carat diamond ring.I noticed that one of the diamonds was not placed in the setting to be flush with the other diamonds and went back into the store to get feedback.Tim was not there upon my return, however they gladly ordered a replacement for me.I went in today as the new ring came in.Tim was there and assisted me again.His professionalism astounds me!!I will continue to come to Helzberg and will request assist from this man.Thank you Tim

I paid 1100 for a repair for 41 year old carat and half flower ring. I went with Helzbergs because of their reputation. I could of had the ring repaired for 500 or so dollars at two other nearby stores. I thought I was making the right decision. When I picked up my piece, it was evident the prongs were left high enough to catch on everything and anything. Also, the diamond they replaced does not match whatsoever. When Heather, the manager, called and told me to come back in, that she had good news and would make it right, I was pleased. I took time off to take my ring into the store and watched Heather and an associate literally hide behind the counter to cut the price portion from an invoice. I was astonished at the lack of professionalism from this goofy store. They did nothing more for me than grind down the prongs. (Which is another concern) I know there are many wonderful reviews and it’s why I went in. I wish I hadn’t. Don’t fall for the big name. They also promised to include me in their appraisal event and didn’t bother calling. I called to check and they said it was over. FAIL! GO TO ANN MARIES ON TUSC! She will do it right.

Went here for a Wedding Band the first time me and my fiance walked in we were not spoken to until a nice young lady from the back spoke to us loud enough. However we did find what we were looking for and my fiance was very happy but not satisfied by the mans attitude that day and I agree.

Faild to mention before I actually purchased a ring it would be impossible to size even though I had mentioned it would need to be.

Cassie and her crew are stellar individuals. I literally flew across the country to get a ring for my girlfriend because of their knowledge and expertise in jewelry. I will definitely be back again and have friends for life now.

Im disappointed. I talked to them about a ring The girl was showing me everything but what I wanted. So she asked me to send her some pictures I designed her ring send her the pictures of my design and an email 2 months ago so never heard anything back. But the appraisal on my diamond that girl was excellent.

Took a couple watches here to get new batteries. My watches immediately started fogging up. I did some research online and it said that its supposed to be done in a special humidity free environment to prevent this. I called them back and asked they correct the fog and they refused saying they couldnt guarantee it. So now I have two nice watches that I cant wear.

Tim was awesome! I panicked when I couldnt get my ring off. I was sure that it would have to be cut off, but Tim got it off first try! I will be back to get my ring sized.

I had purchased a ring about a year ago, and since then it has broken, literally in half, 5 times and we even had the entire ring replaced and it still broke. I made sure it was not our fault,and were not abusing the ring, but no matter what condition it was under it still broke. When I approached the staff about a possible refund, I was told I could buy something else. This has been a terrible experience, especially because I just wanted my girlfriend to have something nice and they ruined that. Please dont go here.

Ive purchased 3 rings for my over the past few years. One was a custom mothers ring, while the other two were resized when purchased. My wife loves all three. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the rings look great.My only humble request would be for them to carry the Gelin Abaci tension ring sets. My wife loves her GA wedding rings, and I believe theyd be very popular.
