Eli is Awesome! He arrived early, identified my problem quickly and arranged for my whole house dehumidifier to be replaced under warranty. You don’t run across too many companies often that respond and offer such great service. My experience was awesome and I encourage all who read this review to use them!

The phone representative was very nice and professional. The technician (Eli) arrived approximately one hour early which was great. Eli located the problem with the furnace, replaced the part, and had the unit operating in approximately thirty minutes. I have used Fritts twice and both times they have been prompt, professional and honest. The first time they fought with the maker of our unit to get it covered as it was ever so slightly outside the warranty time and the second was a small repair. Fritts installed two new systems a couple of years ago and had a great price and excellent service. We recently had need to have one checked out and they were responsive and solved the problem in a timely fashion. I have used Fritts heating and air every time Ive had an HVAC issue. Theyve been on time and very reliable and honest. Each time I or my other family members have called them out they fix the problem quickly and very fair price. I called and left a message after one of our units went out. They called back to schedule an appointment within a couple of hours and then next morning, perfectly on time, someone was at our house. Vety professional! I called yesterday mid day to schedule a service all and they offered to come out the same day. Since the temperature wasnt going to be to bad I declined and schedule first thing this morning. This place fixed our heat in less than 10 minutes after we were quoted by another company who did a diagnostic visit gave us a best case scenario $700+ quote. They figured out the issue quickly and we got it fixed for a regular service call fee at less than $100. Highly recommend

Great service! Our technician Thomas arrived 15 minutes early explained exactly what was going on and got our air up and running in no time! Weve had a few companies come out this summer already for our AC unit (it is prehistoric) but this was the best service so far and they are so much cheaper than the other companies that we have dealt with. Our AC system went out the day before we got back from a vacation. We called the heating & cooling company that we had typically worked with (not Fritts) to get a quote for repair. The quote was pretty outrageous and I told them I wanted to get another quote from a different company.We called Fritts and they came out the next day and gave us a much more reasonable quote - and I also asked them for a quote to replace the entire system - which came back in at literally 1/3 the cost of the other company for a MORE EFFICIENT SYSTEM!System was installed in under 8hrs with no issues at all. Needless to say we will be using Fritts for all of our heating and cooling needs in the future!

The crew was on time, actually early. This company does a better job than the others. I shopped prices. Although they are slightly more, they are the only company I called that actually sends a brush through the ductwork and then does the vacuuming of the debris from the ductwork. Other companies only vacuum and do not send the brush through, so you don’t get as good and thorough cleaning. The crew advised me along the way of what they had cleaned, and what they considered the condition of the ductwork to be. They did a minor repair on a piece of ductwork that had come loose. After the cleaning, they replaced the filters. I am very happy with the work and feel better breathing the air. I will recommend this company to family and friends. I actually will be calling them soon to have them back out and explain the thermostats that came with this house.

When my air conditioner went out on a Saturday, I did not have anyone to call. Searched the internet for a local company. First call to a 24/7 emergency company did not answer or let me leave a message. Then found Fritts Htg & Air with all 5 star reviews and called them. What a great company! They had someone out that day and it would have been fixed if the part needed wasnt a specialty part. By Tuesday it was up and running, The entire crew was professional and efficient. The guys that were installing my air conditioning unit accidentally replaced the wrong unit. My downstairs was broken and they replaced the upstairs unit. Luckily I asked how I would know when the downstairs unit was working and they realized their error. They spent the entire day at my house fixing their mistake and now I have two working units. I would still recommend them, very nice and professional.

Fritts Heating and Air is the only company that helped me with a true emergency. My Mother of 89yrs is in very bad health and the other day when it was almost 90 our AC went out, problem is that it went out late Saturday night. We called every company on the internet, Sid with Fritts was the only company that truly agreed that we needed to get my moms room back to a healthy temp, he further said he would put us on the schedule first thing in the morning before it started to get hot, he also said that he was booked, but if need be he would be there extra early. Our AC went out in the middle of the night in the dead heat of summer. We had just brought our newborn home and were going to make plans for my wife to take her elsewhere to keep her cool. But we called Fritts that morning when we woke up and they had their techs at our door at 8:30 to diagnose that problem. Then they ran out to get the part and were back and had it running by lunch. The fast response and the customer service, you can bet we will using them from now on.

I recently had my a/c unit repaired that controls my kids bedrooms. I called and they were able to fit me in the same day. They also replaced all of my filters and closed off a vent. I’m finishing my basement and hired Fritts to do the HVAC. Although the job is not quite complete, the installation quality was great! Eli and crew were fast, professional, and clean. After drywall they will come back and finish with the duct grilles and electrical.
