We love this company so much! They don’t try to sell you new stuff that you don’t need unless you truly need it.They service and repair and offer so many helpful options. I love that companies like this are still around, fixing older units or installing new ones because you know that you aren’t just going to be sold up something you don’t need. They truly are a business to trust and it feels like they are one of the few that remain that are truly interested in getting your system up and running and serviced so that it can have the longest life span possible.I wish all home systems had companies like this to help maintain the life of the system over time.I can’t say enough about how much we love this company and the wonderful people that work for it.

I went to school with Bob Stone and have known him since I was about 6 years old. (I am almost 60 now.). He has always been honest and dependable. His company is the same and also very responsive and he has usually been able to get someone out to fix our HVAC issues within a couple of hours of our call. Highly recommended!

This job was a full replacement of the entire HVAC system with wifi thermostat including all new ducts, new returns, new specialized air filter system plus we added the GPS (Plasma Ionization) air cleaner. Bob provided a comprehensive site review, made recommendations, responded multiple times by email on our additional questions and managed the install with quality technicians which all performed well and cared for our home. I gathered two additional estimates for this large job. I was pleased with the accuracy of Bobs estimate and the delivered product. Highly Recommended.

I really enjoyed working with AccuAir. Mark was professional, on time & he was thorough to check all components of the non-working a/c unit. Their call-out fee & service costs are very fair. What I appreciate most is they work through hot holiday weekends. Unlike my useless home warranty company, who couldnt care less if youre stuck in a hot home for two weeks, AccuAir gets to customers as fast as possible. Ill be cancelling my home warranty service as soon as holiday weekend ends & Ill continue to use AccuAir instead for future a/c services.

We have used AccuAir for approximately 5 years now and would not consider using anyone else. Getting an appointment is always quick and easy and they always do what they say they are going to do. They show up at their appointment time and are always very professional. They will not try to upsell you unnecessarily and will happily explain what they are doing in layman’s terms.

Mark was great. He explained everything. Was clean ( no mess left). Only issue was with the communicate schedule time. Their routes are not optimized. 😉

Not as responsive as my wife wished, or as responsive as they usually are. Concerned about the quality of a capacitor that costs $165 but only lasted 2 years. Paul was efficient and professional.

They were very helpful, clear, and thorough when my furnace died. They never tried to sell me anything or so more than what was actually wrong. Professional and honest which is hard to find these days. Shout out to Paul Moore! Guy was awesome when he came and looked at my furnace. I cant say enough good things about this company. They are truly professional. This is the second time I have used them and this time was for a full HVAC system replacement. Their price was unbeatable for a new Trane system. The nice lady answering the phone was responsive and professional and had someone out to my house the next day!The installers were neat and professional, Laying drop cloths down and wearing shoe covers to protect my home. Both times he was prompt, professional, knowledgeable about my system, and offered advice about what I could do to continue my system maintenance. The maintenance plan is very competitive. Bob and his crew installed my cooling/heating units 10+ years ago. I like their annual service contract, you know what you pay up front and no hastle with credit cards with the techs. The techs are friendly/courteous and I feel safe when they come over. Several of my neighbors are using AccuAir as well as we all prefer a local trustworthy business who answers the phone and show up when they say they will.

Terry Cowart was recommended to me by a friend. I was sure my 20 year old unit had to be replaced, and Terry could have easily convinced me that was the case. He was certain from the beginning that all it needed was addition of freon. He was right, and now my AC cools properly. Honest and professional people are not easy to come by, and I’m glad I found Terry and AccuAir.

My old a/c had died in the middle of August. They came the same day I called, quoted a very reasonable price. They were here on the agreed day to install. They finished the install in one day. Hauled away the old unit. Did a fantastic job, came back to finish with the wi-fi thermostats. And its working fantastically.
