Complete new HVAC system was installed today. Installers were friendly and professional. They were able to install an additional register at the last minute. Weather has been so nice, the unit wasn’t needed today!!

Air Pro installed our both of our AC Units a couple of years back and were Fantastic, so when our downstairs system was not turning on we knew just who to call. I spoke to Tracy this morning and she was able to work us in despite a full schedule. The guys were out by noon. They promptly diagnosed the issue and had us up and running again in no time. My furnace needed to be replaced.I needed a replacement soon as we have our house on the market.Tracy came out and evaluated the best replacement. We set an installation a few days later. Was advised they’d be here between 9-11. They showed up @ 8:59. The 3 man crew was very professional and replaced the furnace in 2 1/2 hrs. In addition they even vacuumed the area around the furnace when they were done.I can’t speak highly enough about Air Pro Heating & Air. Most rating systems give 10 as the top score, I’d rate them far beyond a 10. I’ve advised the company that they can use me for a recommendation any time.

They installed a new HVAC dual fuel system at my cabin last October.. They had to change the outside unit to a higher efficiency unit. They did that for me and put in an additional return. They also had to change the burner on the heater. They were very clean did the job quickly were on time and Im very satisfied with their service.

They will install it but dont look for service when it breaks. They never would come back when mine went out in the middle of the summer. Only two years old and had to get a new compressor from another AC company. Service is a big part in choosing an AC company. I chose wrong!

I’ve been looking to replace my Heating & Air Conditioner unit and receive several estimates from various companies. I was very impressed with AirPro Heating & Air, Tracy came to my home and explained the equipment and the cost. The technicians (Doug, Matt and Mario)were on time and installed my units in less than 4 hours. I highly recommend this company.

I called Air Pro at 8am on a Thurs and we had a brand new Trane 3.5 ton unit, inside coil and new thermostat fully installed by 2pm the same day, for a very reasonable price. This was after 3 other quotes (2 of 3 much higher) and ALL others stating they couldn’t install until the following week. Tracy was efficient, thorough and stayed in touch with me throughout the day. Wonderful service!

Air Pro is amazing and Mark is the best!! My house was struck by lightening and both my AC & Heater were fried. I originally called Comfort Zone who charged me a $79 service call to tell me that the issue was with a circuit board, and that it would cost $1,107.08 to replace. Mark came to my house and within a couple minutes said he believed the issue was with the transformer, and not the circuit board. He had a transformer in his work vehicle and offered to replace the part to see if he was correct. Of course, he was correct and my AC/Furnace are both working again! Mark charged me $150 for the part and labor, which I thought was more than fair.I am very satisfied with Air Pro and their level of service. They have a customer for life and I will ONLY recommend them going forward for any HVAC issues.

Mark is fantastic!! Always honest, great pricing, never tries to upsale on anything, is trustworthy, and is an overall great person. Weve used him 3-4 times now over the years for regular service, replacing a unit, & most recently some miscellaneous work. The most recent was a job 2 other companies said they could not handle, even though they both claimed to specialize in it. Mark came out to look at it, even though it wasnt a traditional HVAC issue. He was able to correct the issue in one visit that lasted less than 1.5 hours. We will always use Mark for any HVAC or related issues and highly recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC services.
